We were the very last customers at the drive thru last night. They took forever getting our food which I guess is understandable but after giving us the completely wrong order after asking us what our order was seems a bit shady. Buck was the Shift Leader at this location when we visited 6/24/26. Our food was hot and tasty and we enjoyed every bite. I love the croissants. I was looking forward to my order because I'd not eaten in a day... the manager was upset I didn't tell him I had a coupon when I ordered my food from the drive through... then he got super annoyed that I asked for sauce at the window as an afterthought.... The eye rolling and hearing a grown man whine about minor inconveniences didn't phase me. Worse things have happened in life than taking his disposition personally. My total disappointment appeared when my order turned out to be soggy fries, and a whopper that had a stale bun to round out the cold meat patty. Imagine fasting for a day or so, getting hyped about a meal... to be met with someone else's disregarded hopes and dreams wrapped in a Burger King bad, served up by a fella who could really benefit from customer service training. Overall, my $15 adventure did make me feel very grateful that I have a positive, cheerful heart... I work in customer service and thrive off of good interactions. This location has been going downhill for a while now, first with the changing of the spicy chicken sandwich, but now overall things just aren't up to any sort of standard. When we got our order the food was cold, and of poor build quality, and smelled strongly of weed. This is after an already long list of issues from this location that we've had, and we've decided we're probably not going to be returning here. read more

We went through the drive thru and ordered when we got home one of the sandwiches were completely wrong. Chicken instead of a burger. Then we called and ask to speak to the manager she says come back and they will re-make it. Also Refused to refund the order. Well I should have read the reviews. Horrible. A guy orders before us and his debit card don't work. He says he is going to go get his other one. He leaves and we walk to the counter to order. The employee tells us oh he went to get a card that works. She then starts playing on her phone. A few minutes later the guy has yet to return and the employee is still playing on her phone. Worst BK I've ever been to.... seriously. Extremely slow drive thru service IS THE NORM with this location, even when they were absolutely NOT busy. 4 employees inside with one girl on the register at best. Fries are cold at PEAK of lunch hours 12PM.. and this is a going trend with this location. Other fast food places in Mcpherson have ZERO issues getting customers through at a decent pace with hot food. Never spending another dollar here and I advice you do not either. read more

The king is here!! Burger King just added to the list of fast food restaurants in McPherson, and it's doing a pretty great job. I wasn't the happiest to see more fast food, however it's becoming my favorite place for a cheat meal. Here's my break down: Setting : 5/5 The restaurant is on Kansas Ave right off of I-35. It's an add on to the 24/7 gas station. The inside is pretty small but clean and bright. The drive through might be hard to find but it wraps around the building. Customer service: 4/5 The staff here is amazing and very quick on producing the food. Always friendly and helpful. I give them 4/5 for the fact of me waiting 15min in the drive through one morning for a breakfast sandwich. Luckily I received two sandwiches for my trouble. Food: 5/5 The food is hot and fast! I haven't got a single complaint about the food from here. Burgers are hot and prepared properly. I hope that the fire doesn't burn out once the restaurant stops being the new kid on the block, but for now it's top dog. read more

Very slow service. Waited inside the restaurant for 20+ minutes. The cashier/window girl/cook had her baby daddy and her kids hanging out at the dining table. You could tell they we're just hanging out. She kept leaving the counter to go play with her kids and kissing her b. boyfriend. All the while the guy in the back took 5 minutes to put each pickle on the burger. 10 minutes for each bun, so on and so forth..... got an overpriced order for my family of 6, 30 minutes later........ read more

If I could rate a zero I would. I had ordered a CHICKEN salad. The lady (SHELBY) even confirmed that I wanted grilled chicken. After receiving the salad and noticing there was NO chicken. So I turned back around to let them know they forgot it and was totally disrespected. SHELBY decided to inform me that I told her I didn't want chicken on my CHICKEN salad. "You told me you didn't want chicken on your salad... but ok." So I pulled up to the window and asked her why she charged me for a chicken salad instead of garden salad if I indeed did not what chicken on it. She just stared at me and then told me they have a grilled chicken already dropped and it would be done very shortly. I then asked her why she had a grilled chicken dropped if I was the only customer that was there when I ordered, unless someone came through, ordered and received their food in under 2 minutes. (Not likely for this BK). I've never be disrespected or treated like that before at a restaurant. Also what is the point of arguing with a customer. The service is incredibly quick , and the food just as good. They have an all around hard working crew and it shows. Some of the male night employees always seem o be working incredibly hard and they should be commended. Try the New Crispy Chicken sandwich! It's the best , in my opinion , compared to all of the other local fast food chicken sandwiches. read more

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been too. The manager was yelling at the staff. Inappropriate language was used my whole stay, yelling in the back constantly, and my food wasn't pleasing. I will not be visiting again. read more
