I go to this mcdonald's when I get back from my school everyday, i'm so appalled by this cleanliness of the store. The food is okay, it isn't the greatest mcdonald's i've had in my life, mid. I haven't had any problems with the service (cause i don't talk to them) but the state of the restaurant is awful. It's most likely the abundant of other kids that come here and how badly they treat the place but, at least try to clean. If you are coming here through the drive through, you'll get some alright 5/10 food, but if you come here to sit and eat inside maybe with your kids or family, I wish you luck brave solider. read more

I asked for my fish sandwich to be freshly cooked. After waiting for 5-7 minutes, guess what? Not!!!

As far as a McDonald's goes, this one is about average. Be sure to check your order and their ice cream machine is NEVER working!

If I could give a no star rank I would. We only received half of our order and was unaware until we reached home...11 miles away. I tried calling 7 times between then and now (10:39 am of the following day). Noone ever answers the phone. It goes to voicemail, and no, I didn't leave message. Mark and I stopped here for dinner on Friday night. This location is a free standing location in front of a grocery store. The drive through line wrapped around the building and appeared to be very slow moving so we chose to order inside and take the food home. We used the self service kiosk to place our order. ALL of the motion activated hand sanitizer stations were empty or nonfunctional. None of the kiosks touch screens were sanitized between patrons. Plexiglass barriers are in place at the register and pickup areas. The napkin dispensers were removed so I couldn't even wipe my hands after touching the screen. Employees and patrons were not consistently wearing masks despite signage that it's mandatory. The self service beverage station was off limits due to COVID. It took a long time for our food to be prepared and multiple patrons that had previously been in the drive through were coming inside to complain about incorrect orders or long wait times. When our food was announced as ready it was quickly placed on the counter and the employees took off before we could request condiments. We had to wave our hands to get their attention. Total time from ordering to departing with a complete order was 27 minutes- the staff was clearly overwhelmed and understaffed- no smiles or pleasantries from anyone. The dining area had dirty tables and the floor needed to be mopped. Our food was hot and fresh. My fish combo was delicious and the Diet Coke was icy cold. Mark's Big Mac and fries and Diet Coke was delicious. We both were cheated on the large fries- both our containers were only half filled. This location needs better staffing, customer service training and consistent cleaning and sanitizer for today's Covid situation. read more

This is the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. The service is terrible and the food is mid. I was in line for breakfast around 10:22 and the workers waited until 10:30 on the dot before taking my order and then let me know that they were serving lunch. This has happened TWICE. The unprofessionalism is astounding. I have reported them once and never heard back. I also tried calling to speak to a manager and no return call. Next step will be stopping in store and demanding a managers attention. This is absurd. After reporting to a manager, I will not be dining at this trash place again. read more

As hot as it is the ice cream machine should be working all season so I visited McDonald's tonight and they told me the ice cream machine was down. so this McDonald's is not the McDonald's I once knew I used to get ice cream cone and hot fudge sundaes. either the employees doesn't want to work the machine, I don't know what is going on so please do something about it and get it working again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went through the drive thru and got to the second winywhen I realized she charged me for the wrong order. I told the guy at the door and they took my card and I assumed they refunded it and just charged me for mine. on my way to work I started looking at the papers she gave me back and notice I had my ticket and someone else's. I look on my credit card and I had been changed not only for mine but two other peoples. I can't get the manager to return a call and I have been up there 3 times and so conveniently, no one can help me! aomeone is stealing or something is going on. People can say what they want about this McDonalds There is a SWEET GIRL who works here and has probably for 5 years or more and she knows me and my 2 daughters personally!!! She treats us like family and is very kind!!! This place sucks to the 100 degree..I do not go there anymore and live really close but tonight we were passing by and decided to stop. We go out our way to Mickie D's because this location is done as far as quality. Asked for 3 meals, had to pull up, brought 3 sandwiches out..no fries or napkins..my sandwich was a special order in which I did not make. Just a regular filet o fish meal. The fries were cold, the "special sandwich" was cold but thankfully there was ice tonight because the drinks were cold. The only reason for the 1 star is because that's the lowest it goes on the scale...the trip tonight further let's us know to stay the (BLANK) away from this location. Superior fast food. In comparison to other fast food chains, I would have to say this one is the best. They have the best fries, the best breakfast deals, and the best service. This location has two drive through lanes so they can handle the rush hour traffic. I'm not mentioning any names but I have been to other fast food restaurants nearby that take forever and mess up your order. I like the menu and they serve you well here. There was a long line outside before closing and they decided to stop taking orders before it was actual closing time. The manager literally saw the line, and instead of taking orders of the people in line or AT LEAST taking orders until closing time, she just stopped. This is by far the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. We frequent this location expecting better results because it is right by our house. Every time I order a Diet Coke with extra extra ice & ALWAYS get three pieces of ice...today I got a microwaved breakfast sandwich & a hash brown that was nothing more than undercooked & full of grease! Any time we order sauce (that you get charged for) we, more times than not, get home with no sauce. Ordering fries? Don't expect them to be hot and good. When we get them, they've been sitting for ever, they're cold & they don't even fill the cartons up. The workers are the RUDEST people I've ever encountered. If you want better service & fresh food I highly recommend going to exit ten McDonald's in Hoover!!! It's out of the way for us but we will never be back to this McDonald's!!!! read more

I literally asked for a medium ice vanilla latte this manager asked multiple times whats the flavor and ended up giving me a hot latte and then I told her it was wrong and she got mad about it and asked me to pull up. It's 12:42 and the drive thru is suppose to be open and nope it's closed. We have been out here since 12:30 and we see the employees in the parking lot by their car but no burger flipping or fries frying no where. This is just unsat. I gave this mcdonalds the benefit of the doubt because the food was good but customer service could definitely do some tuning up and they forgot about my smoothie but that's not too big of a deal.
