Today i sat in my car ready for someone to take my order, sat there for 5 mins, no one came on, even when i tried to saying hello??? another 5-6 mins to get to the window again bc service is so slow and per usual it's some kid sitting on the window (which i think is gross) who had no clue she never took my order. I gave my order there and waited. Got my food but drove off without my coffee. Had to park and go in. The place completely empty except for the 2 girls working there. Again one girl sitting on the window - love it when they have shorts on and are big girls...great professional look for the company. Coffee was already cold. i can't do it anymore. The high prices, unsanitary conditions and wait time are too much. I don't need to be this stressed out on my way to work. It's too bad bc i live close by and met hoping it would get better but it hasn't. I will not be back. Based on lack of management i don't even expect a return email back.

Driving around to the girl working the delivery station, she really had an unfriendly attitude. We asked for bigger straws and she looked pretty annoyed by that. The drinks were still good but they are the same thing, which means our order was inaccurate. I would still recommend this 7 brew but definitely check your drink order.

We ended up moving to a booth in the back, which was more comfortable and a little warmer. It does get loud as the day goes on, so I recommend bringing headphones.

The menu is available online, but it doesn't have prices. I had it narrowed down to two choices when I pulled in, but the menu with prices wasn't readily available when I was several cars back, and if the rotating menu boards did have prices, I couldn't have seen them until it was pretty much my turn to order. So I decided to get the exact same thing I got at the 'competitor' earlier this week. I ordered a medium Sugar Free Tiger's Blood; it's an energy drink with coconut and strawberry. The drink itself was a little lighter in color; it also had a much different taste. It had more of a bite than I was expecting; maybe it had less strawberry? I'll assume it had similar calories, but anything I've seen online shows it might have a little more caffeine than the other, at 114mg for a medium. I still had absolutely no idea of how much it was. Well, surprise, excluding tip, it was 81¢ MORE than the competitor. Cons: Online ordering not available Nutritional information/calculator not available Prices not readily available Drink ordered less expensive and better flavor elsewhere So would I get this $7 energy drink again? Absolutely not. However, I might be willing to try a coffee or tea based drink hoping that it's not as pricey and I can get it with the creamers and sweeteners I prefer.

I was specifically super excited to try their seasonal matcha special, which was made with horchata (also from Salud!) and strawberries, if I recall correctly. Unfortunately, we walked in only to find they were out of the supplies needed to make the drink. :( I was caught off guard and didn't know what to order, but the barista recommended a latte with maple flavor so I went with that. The interior was clean and spacious and had a relaxed and calm but energetic feeling to it. Good place to hang out or work quietly. There's a self-service area to spruce up or fix your drink or grab lids or stir sticks. Service was nice and my drink came out quickly. It was pretty good but not really the "right" drink for me. I like my stuff on the sweet side and this was much more balanced and coffee-forward. That said, it held its own against my sugar-craving taste buds and I drank most of it, which is usually the hallmark of good brew, lol. I don't really blame them because I blanked on what to order and just went with what was suggested. It's probably a great suggestion for lots of other folks! Would be happy to come back and try a different beverage. Seems like a nice place overall. :)
