My daughter and I went to McDonalds 2 days ago at 609pm on 1/26 /26 We were the only two patrons in the restaurant. We did not touch the kiosk due to the current flu season. We eventually were noticed by an associate Placed our order and and waited as we observed four drive thru. It is now more than 20 minutes at our table.We then received our so called food. I took a bite of my Big Mac and guess what. Basically cold or room temp . I noticed an absence of sauce as well. The burger was inedible, the fries were not hot as well, just warm. I put the food on the counter in the presence of said associate and told him how crappy the food was.It was at that point I used an adjective that is now part of our lexicon. We agreed to a refund to my bank account and I thought it was fair knowing I would never walk in to a Mc D's the rest of my life.It has now been 3 days and never received the refund. One star because zero is not an option. I stopped in on 4/23 at Kipp Rd about 1:30 to grab a quick lunch on my way to Jackson. First off it was not quick and the building was going through a remodel. It took ten minutes just to order from the drive thru. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal with a large coke and fry. It took another five minutes to get to the pay window. Oh well you can eat and drive at the same time. I had one burger down before I was on the highway(they are tiny) and the other soon followed. Before I got to Jackson my stomach was on fire. I spent that evening on my knees in front of my toilet and the next day sitting on my toilet. It has been two days and I am finally starting to feel better but sore and drained of energy. I'm just wondering if they actually had to kill the cow and grind the meat to make our burgers. That's the only reasonable explanation I can come up with for a dine in order taking 15 minutes to prepare. The manager blamed the single employee working with her, but didn't do anything to help (she took the order from us). The fries were hot but only because they were cooked after the burgers were served. I watched 2 customers walk in, wait to place an order and leave after a fairly long wait without being greeted. This is the worst one of the whole string of these throughout the world. ABSOLUETLY NOTHING is cooked right, they very rarely change the fry oil so the food tastes burnt and like onion rings(oh yeah they do fries and rice gas in the same basket so if your like me and hate onions well your out of luck), the foods always cold and the pop is almost always flat, I like the apple pies at McD's but not at this one cuz they're cold IF they even have any. Absolutely horrible! Came at 7:15 on a Friday night. Waited in line. There were two people in front of me and three people behind me. I asked for her to tell me which Beanie Boos they had available. My daughter was right next to me, excited! She said "I can't. You can come back later but I don't have time to look." It was the MANAGER! I've been going to this place for twenty years. They have become so slow I dreaded stopping. Yesterday there was only one other car in line and it took 10 minutes to get to the window. All I ordered was a hot chocolate. They came to window and I paid my $3.17 and didn't see anyone for ten minutes and had to leave without getting my order.
