If you're curious about the vibes at this brewery, I'd say it really depends on when you go. I've never seen it wild and energetic but I'm certain it can be on the weekends at night. If you're looking for a more tame experience, I'd go earlier in the day, probably before 6. Regardless of the time of day, day of week or how busy they are though, the staff is always on point while being super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend the Black and Tan for regular coffee, but if you are interested in getting flavors, I would get the Creme Brulee. It's tasty without losing that yummy coffee taste. All of the baked goods are excellent. There are also always great mugs, trinkets, etc. for family, friends or yourself. I love that the Mason location incorporates the bank that it is attached to in its interior, which has plenty of seating but feels nice and cozy. As you will get with any Biggby, the staff is incredibly helpful and cheerful. As an added bonus, you are supporting a Michigan-based business. He was uninformed and ignorant of the bi-laws governing service animals and chose to not look at the state of Michigan website or the Americans with Disabilities Act website that the woman with the animal took the time to find and show him. He got in the lady's face, raising his voice and attempted to put his hand on her. Only after the police were called to the farmers market did he finally leave the woman alone but stared and glared at her and her daughter (a vendor at the farmers market). He should be replaced with someone who has the best interest of not only the patrons but the vendors of the farmers market. Someone who is willing to continually educate themselves on the changing regulations of the state and local laws concerning the disabled.

The things I'd like to see fixed is the attitude/efficiency particularly of the money order machine-either fix it or stop advertising you have one and get rid of it. The other is the printer tape in the outside machines being constantly empty. I print the receipt for my record-keeping, so I prefer them printed outside for efficiency so I don't have to go in and stand in line for it to be printed out. The store is good overall, but could do better. I'd give 3 1/2 stars, but there not an option for it.

Never get orders' correct. They often completely forget items altogether, such as sauces, patties, nuggets, fries etc. Slower than normal service on weekdays. All in all there is a McDonald's down cedar that's much better. read more
