Drive thru... I hate it when the person giving me my order has an attitude!!! Usually the gentlemen are very nice, but the girls.. hey!!! I understand we have our bad days but EVERYDAY??? I have lived in 5 states and this is by far the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. Not only is the service slow and frustrating but at the end of that slow service it's more likely than not that your order will be wrong. The drive thru is constantly backed up due to incompetent staff and even though there are two drive thru lanes there is no benefit. read more

This had to be one of the worst experiences.. walk in and our the place is an absolute mess food every where tables are dirty.. I had to ask twice to have the tables cleaned.. when I went to order food there were 6 people including myself that were waiting to order.. one person at the cash registers.. she was tied up with an elderly couple and instead of asking for help the line gets longer.. I finally asked for another cashier and instead of opening another register they switched places.. I asked for the manager and when she finally showed up she opened another register and she gave attitude.. I've always had very pleasant experiences here until last night. At 7pm or so went in for some food. Before we entered I could already tell something was wrong because the young cashier, a short African American young lady had her arms crossed. I could feel that negativity from behind the glass door...I kid you not. Tapping her foot, openly annoyed with the customer at the register. The elderly man asked what the supervisor's name was and called her name twice and the supervisor blatantly ignored the both of them. The cashier angrily asked the supervisor to void a couple items on the screen. On edge and literally so RUDE. Both my friend and I started out in customer service so we observed her being extremely rude to the other people in line before us. I can't even begin with the tone in this rude ass little girl's voice. What size? What size fries. Ok is that it? Is that it? Anything else? Lord it came to be our turn and we were about ready to slap this kid upside her head if she tried that bullshit with us. The utter disrespect this disrespectful kid displayed was enough for me to have to post. I only gave three stars because there are employees here that I adore and have had nothing but great experiences with. Never in my life have I ever felt the need to be overly polite to a disrespectful ass child in order to avoid her ass saying the wrong thing and getting cussed the fuck out. She doesn't deserve her job and obviously doesn't belong in customer service. read more

I have been to the local McDonalds the last three days and the service is crap to say the least, their new burger is not even close to the picture they use in the advertising, it has nice big slices of bacon and onion rings that at least look appealing, the ones i got on my burger were 2 pieces less than 2 inches long, the onion rings were tiny slices of onion rings that were completely black from being burned. The manager is completely out of her league and has no business being a manager. She is completely out of her league as a manager, she looks like she is a teenager. She argued with me on in the restaurant in front of other patrons until I said "please walk away" multiple times. She made no offer to make the situation correct, also worth mentioning, the clerk sold me two sodas prior to telling me that they were out of ice, so warm soda it is, could the manager not have sent someone over to Frys 200 yards away, to buy 10 bags of ice, problem solved. The ketchup pump machine was also broken with no sign or any advance notice, I figured it out when it blew ketchup all over me. Again the manager made no effort to solve the problem. A simple sign to say out of order would have been sufficient to warn me that it was broken. The staff was so rude and had absolutely no interest in speaking with me, even though I was standing at the counter for about 15 minutes, and no less than 4 employees looked me in the eye, and not even said "can I help you". I will never go to that McDonalds ever again, so folks if you are in Maricopa AZ beware, AWFUL service and AWFUL food. read more

We are a household full of workers and college students so we do get a good feel for the fast food restaurants in Maricopa. Its not good for us and its probably not our only options but its the easiest. I Dont normally have an issue with costumer service but the drive thru is usually different. They can be rude and degrading. The main problem I had though happened the last time I went there. The guy in the first window took my order roludly kept asking "is that all" and became annoyed when I kept ordering. I was making an order for over five people in my house that evening and when I pulled up he made rude comments about my weight. Yes I am very over weight and jot happy about it. But for him to take my order for five people and accuse me of ordering it all for myself is just hurtful and uncalled for. When I made a complaint the gentleman informed me of his name. When I contacted management for make a formal complaint and the manager kept smiling and laughing while my mother (who had to go down because I was very embarrassed) explained the situation. As the person who was insulted I wasn't put to get him fired but I felt action needed to be taken. The manager informed my mom that he was sent home for the week. But after finding out that he had made several rude comments to other customers she felt further action needed to be taken. The manager could only smile and say that he isn't the usual manager and he has no power. The actual manager attempted to contact us once and said if we wanted it resolved would call him back. Ordered two small smoothies and a vanilla latte. She asked me, "hot or iced?" and I said, "iced - no, HOT." After waiting almost ten minutes, I finally saw them set two smoothies and an iced latte on the counter. Telling the guy behind the counter that it was supposed to be hot just got me a skeptical look and a request to see my receipt. So they had rung it up wrong - and after another wait, I finally got my hot latte. Which was anything but hot. It was cooler than tap water. So I took it back and asked for another. That one wasn't as "hot" as the first one. "Can you nuke it?" "No." "Are they always this lukewarm?" "Yes." Asked for my money back. read more

This McDonald's is disgusting. The fries taste like oil and they often shriveled up. I asked them to make me a fresh batch of fries once, to just test out to see if their fries are always like that, and even the fresh batch was like that. I once received a disgusting chicken sandwich from them, and at the time I loved those from McDonald's so I ordered them from any McDonald's I went to. I have no idea what was even on it, but the meat was weird and there may have been a little piece of bacon on it but I have no idea what it even was. The place used to be covered in dead flies, too. Not so much anymore, but their food still sucks and they often get your order wrong. It's gross. Go to the McDonald's in Walmart. It's sad that the one there is better, but it is. read more

I guess McDonalds is pinching pennies to make a buck. Ordered food at drive through got bag and drove off. Got down the road and had no napkins. Really how difficult or how much does a couple of napkins cost. It's take out that's customer service. I've stopped at other fast food restaurants in the vicinity and never had an issue. This McDonald's is just like the next one. It is the same old fast one you can find at any corner basically. The child's "tree house" is rather cute though. My two nieces have a ball running around on it with other kids. And the customer service has never been bad when I am around. Over all it is pretty good for a McDonald's. read more
