At best, half a star, simply for being on the west side of JWP which is more convenient for my drive home. Ordered ahead so I could hopefully be in and out as the "fast" in fast food seems to be optional here. Simple order, 8 cheese burgers and a McFlurry. Sat and waited for 17 minutes for my food. The runner brings out 3 orders at once, 2 people that came after me got their food first. I'm in parking space 2, as indicated on the app and my bag. She goes to space number 4 gives him his order, then looks around confused trying to find space 2. As she's standing in space 3. She asks the man in 4 if that was his bag. By this time I have a crying baby in the back seat and I waved her down and said that was my order. She still doesn't seem to comprehend. Wish I could give 0 stars. They make you wait in parking spots for 15 minutes after. The food is awful anyways it's supposed to be a drive thru for a reason. The actual restaurant looks like the better of the McD's we've been to but honestly, prepare to be let down by whatever they whip up. We swing by here for the happy meal toys but the food is whatever. I didn't want to be the next person in line to bash mcd because it's an easy target but you get what you get. I only go here now if we have our digestive aides. Next to a gas station too so fumes. This locations is not good at all. I go here late at night after work because it's 24 hours. Every time I go they are always super slow and take forever. They really feel like they could care less and my food always tastes bad. This picture for example is of my burger where the bun is literally black. Like what makes them think this is okay?! I can see why this place only has one star. I ordered a biscuit egg and cheese and also asked for 2 English muffins with EVERYTHING on it. I was quickly met with a sarcastic condescending reply, " what does everything mean..." To which I replied in the same tone I was given. Egg, cheese and sausage.... Everything. This is the result of my food, out of spite. After returning the same energy I was given. This particular employee has a repulsive attitude and it's rubbing off on everyone else including customers. 10-09-2024 I ordered a fish sandwich and asked for a whole piece of cheese. I was charged extra for the cheese and when the sandwich did come it had the two half slices on the bun. The fish was not freshly cooked, it was drying out and luke warm. The sandwich had been microwave to melt the cheese so now the bun was overcooked, rubbery, and tough. The sandwich was not eatable after two bites it went into the trash. What a waste of my time and money. Stopped by here for a quick bite before heading out to Sedona. Not sure why there are such low reviews!? I guess it's a hit or miss. Glad my wife and I didn't have any issues. Drive thru was quick. Our food was hot and our drinks cold. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes! The fries are always old, the nuggets look dried up and the meat on the cheeseburgers are dried out! It's a miracle if you luck up and actually get fresh food. I live 5 minutes away from this McDonald's and when I got home and opened my food I was pissed!
