I've been at this location many times and have never experienced any problems. I always use the app to order while I'm still in my car. When I walk inside my order is usually ready in under 5 minutes. Always has been correct for me. The place is clean and the restroom is clean with no lock on the door. A sign of a safe location. The food is standard McDonald's and you get what you expect. read more

Unfortunately this location has not improved much over the past few years. Today we ordered via the kiosk at 10:05 am and 20 minutes later the food was ready. A majority of the other guests were waiting just as long. A lot of the team members are much younger and you can tell. They're paid way more than they should be for what they do and they all act McTired. No sense of urgency, no desire to say thank you or smile. The food industry in general has not been the same ever since COVID hit in 2020. We only eat out when we absolutely have to because dining out is usually disappointing. read more

Worst drive thru of any McDonalds that I have ever been to. Whatever you do, don't get stuck in the middle beside lane. The design allows for 2x the number of cars to go through the outside lane. After spending nearly 20 minutes waiting in line they send us to the drive thru parking where we have to wait another 15 minutes. I will never be back to this location read more

At best, half a star, simply for being on the west side of JWP which is more convenient for my drive home. Ordered ahead so I could hopefully be in and out as the "fast" in fast food seems to be optional here. Simple order, 8 cheese burgers and a McFlurry. Sat and waited for 17 minutes for my food. The runner brings out 3 orders at once, 2 people that came after me got their food first. I'm in parking space 2, as indicated on the app and my bag. She goes to space number 4 gives him his order, then looks around confused trying to find space 2. As she's standing in space 3. She asks the man in 4 if that was his bag. By this time I have a crying baby in the back seat and I waved her down and said that was my order. She still doesn't seem to comprehend. Got my food, didn't bother to check it because I quite frankly didn't have the time to sit and wait while they fumbled through fixing it. The McFlurry was melted to the point where if I thought she would get it, I'd have told her to just keep it. Do yourself and go to the McDonald's by Walmart if you're in Maricopa and wanting a Big Mac read more

Disgusting service, ordered a diet coke and got finessed because they gave me a regular coke and had the nerve to press down the diet on my cup, absolutely outrageous, 0 professionalism and bad at satisfying their customers. read more

Hottest McDonald's food I have ever had! 2 times in a row now! The staff and Manager really deserves some recognition at this location. Genuinely my husband and I have never had such fresh hot food! I don't know how they do it but super impressed! Great job! read more

The actual restaurant looks like the better of the McD's we've been to but honestly, prepare to be let down by whatever they whip up. We swing by here for the happy meal toys but the food is whatever. I didn't want to be the next person in line to bash mcd because it's an easy target but you get what you get. I only go here now if we have our digestive aides. Next to a gas station too so fumes. My kids wanted to like it but due to the location right next to road and other industrial environments, it's just not that great. Ambiance is cars driving by. read more

McDonald's - a crust mcmuffin next to the gas station. - Fast Food Near Me - Maricopa, Arizona

Wish I could give 0 stars. They make you wait in parking spots for 15 minutes after. The food is awful anyways it's supposed to be a drive thru for a reason. Not to mention everyone in front of me got small things. Embarrassing to all the workers in this establishment. Never - again. Drive a few more miles to have this place not ruin your day. read more

The morning staff at 7:30 on May 2nd was so friendly and gave our family a great experience. The guy who took our order was fun on the intercoms and up beat. The older gentleman who cashed us out was very polite and confirmed our order. And the last man who ran out our order wearing the yellow vest expressed gratitude for rounding up for charity and was VERY polite and happy. Thank you for an easier morning, McDonald's team read more

This locations is not good at all. I go here late at night after work because it's 24 hours. Every time I go they are always super slow and take forever. They really feel like they could care less and my food always tastes bad. This picture for example is of my burger where the bun is literally black. Like what makes them think this is okay?! Management should really be more involved. read more

Customer service needs improvement, soda machines were all with zero carbonation tasted very syrupy and old, was missing things from my order. Big Mac had one side with blob of the bic Mac sauce, no smiles or welcoming vibe, was sad to bring my daughter there after a long day of driving. read more

Kenzie and her staff Caden provided excellent service for me replacing my meal today the Arafat was kind and friendly they listened and made it right. I am very happy I took the time to come in and explain the issue in person. I was welcomed by very kind employees and I will definitely prefer and come to this McDonald's over the other one by Walmart. Thanks team for being amazing. Even when your tired and overworked you all still went above and beyond for me. Thank you!!!! Also this is a very clean location and well organized. I don't give 5 stars often but you all really deserve it! In case you think customers don't appreciate your hard work team we really do! read more

It's pretty rare that my order is wrong, and they're quick about their business which I appreciate. Also, I've called once or twice and the manager is super nice and chill here. The other ladies are also very nice and accommodating. We come to this location and order from here a lot, and it's been a good experience overall so we will definitely keep coming back. read more

Ordered a fish sandwich and if anyone knows seafood rubbery means over cooked and old........well it was both and on top of it all the bun was hard as a rock!!!! I can see why this place only has one star. I ordered a biscuit egg and cheese and also asked for 2 English muffins with EVERYTHING on it. I was quickly met with a sarcastic condescending reply, " what does everything mean..." To which I replied in the same tone I was given. Egg, cheese and sausage.... Everything. This is the result of my food, out of spite. After returning the same energy I was given. This particular employee has a repulsive attitude and it's rubbing off on everyone else including customers. I definitely will not recommend this business for breakfast ....ordered online When I arrived to pick up breakfast, they told me it was canceled. It was about 10:30 AM. Stopped by here for a quick bite before heading out to Sedona. Not sure why there are such low reviews!? I guess it's a hit or miss. Glad my wife and I didn't have any issues. Drive thru was quick. Just be careful when visiting as there was a cop waiting to pull people over - I believe drivers who cut through the lot, which was tempting to do... glad I noticed lol. read more

10-09-2024 I ordered a fish sandwich and asked for a whole piece of cheese. I was charged extra for the cheese and when the sandwich did come it had the two half slices on the bun. The fish was not freshly cooked, it was drying out and luke warm. The sandwich had been microwave to melt the cheese so now the bun was overcooked, rubbery, and tough. The sandwich was not eatable after two bites it went into the trash. What a waste of my time and money. I will not be purchasing anything from any of the McDonalds in Maricopa they are owned by the same people. read more

This is a review for the service. We all know what McDonald's tastes like lol. Yesterday this mom had a tough day. So much so I felt I couldn't answer simple drive thru questions Camden (sorry if I misspelled it) simply calmly and very kindly repeating himself then when it was my turn to pay he said I hope your day gets better. Such a sweet thing to say. Thank you to whomever is responsible for raising such a polite young man. You kiddo made all the difference yesterday. Natalia was great too service with a smile at the second window. Thank you to this location manager. Keep up the great work and remember these kids are our future. read more

I get it's McDonald's so I shouldn't expect "superb" service or food....and that's fine, but what I do expect is to be acknowledged. I was in line behind 4 people and every single time a new person stepped up to order the cashier just stared at the person. No "hello", no "what can I get you?"....not even a "what do you want?" Miserable employees. Absolutely miserable. Maybe crack a smile rather than being completely visibly miserable and obviously giving no shits about anything. I wanted to ask the cashier "Do you smile? It's 12:40 am, on the way home thinking I can grab some McDonalds. Only the drive thru is open. There are 2 long lines of car. I don't mind because I'm hungry . It finally is my turn to order. The McDonAlf's worker says, "we can only take cash". "Is that alright?". "I said no that's not alright." This is pretty ridiculous when a franchise of this magnitude is unable to accept cards.
