Waited 30 minutes for a McDonald's. What more is there to say. They must have been tired. Chick fill-A took 7 minutes for lunch.

This McDonald's service has gone to *ish! The prices are steadily going up but the food is horrible. The fries are always old, the nuggets look dried up and the meat on the cheeseburgers are dried out! It's a miracle if you luck up and actually get fresh food. On my last visit I ordered a double cheeseburger, large fry (requested it to be "cook to order"), 4pc McNugget and a large sweet tea. I live 5 minutes away from this McDonald's and when I got home and opened my food I was pissed! The fries were not only old but they were cold, the cheeseburger tasted like it was cooked the day before and the nuggets looked liked dried tree bark. I paid over $10 for this disgusting meal and received horrible food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MCDONALD'S!!! read more

I was curious about the new chicken sandwich they advertise on TV. I know now why I don't go to McDonald's. The sandwich was a total disappointment. As a matter of fact if I didn't know any better, I would swear it was the Mc chicken sandwich. Word of advice, stick with Popeyes, Chic-fi-le. Atleast the meat is real. If you want to go to those places, Jack in the box is always excellent substitute. Cheaply/sloppily made, tasteless. Items are weird or missing when I order for delivery! I've given this location 3 tries when ordering for delivery, with months of time spaced in between... First try: our coke was missing. Second try: our strawberry crème pies were missing, and there was some kind of white liquid in the bottom of my sister's strawberry banana smoothie that didn't look like part of the smoothie. That was also only filled halfway... Third try was yesterday: I left a comment asking for the items to be checked before delivering, since we previously had items missing... I received my sandwich okay, my fries were soggy and cooled down plenty, I couldn't finish them. -- I was excited to see Frozen Hawaiian Punch! Ordered two for boyfriend and I. Those were filled halfway. -- We got all our drinks but NO straws... I ordered 4 strawberry crème pies, only received 2, and 4 chocolate chip cookies. (We received none) I was so sad and ended up calling the store about it. We've gotten refunded for the things that were missing but not for the things that were wrong... the woman I spoke with sounded robotic and un-phased... I work in the food industry myself and these things would never slide. I'm afraid to go to this location moving forward, and most likely won't. Half the workers were on their phones, talking about if the shamrock shake was green enough. Place is dirty floors usually by the soda machines never get clean not often the I called manager claims they don't enough employees for the evening shift to clean I'm sorry about that was her she answered. Worst service I've ever had in a drive thru. No hi. No how can I help you. Just simply "what do you want". Too much negativity all around

The drive thru line was not long at all. I had to repeat my order a couple of times. When I received my order, I double checked my order before leaving the drive thru. I found I was missing a sandwich. I let the girl know and she took it back. I was given my order and left. When I arrived home, I was disappointed my McDouble's were a mess the buns was covered in ketchup and the buns were not lined up properly. I am not normally one to complain, but I wiil think twice before returning to this location. read more

This location has disappointed on more than one occasion. I'm always having to go in and fix my drive-thru order because I'm missing food or given the wrong thing. The time that set me over the edge was when I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my daughter and got a chicken nugget box with a spit on old burger patty. That was it! All that was in the box. I was furious and when I went inside to let the staff know what had happened the manager who was working didn't seem to care and kept asking to see my receipt. We will not return to this location again but do recommend the Maricopa Casa Grande highway location instead. read more

Why does it take forever to go through drive through here? I'm not kidding, I once waited almost 20 minutes for a soda!! But once you're in the drive thru you can't get out. The fries were hours old. The nuggets were literally little bricks. Not over cooked, just regular cooked and probably from yesterday. Quality was absolutely terrible. I live 3 minutes away and can assure you it wasn't fresh when it was bagged and taped closed. read more

Both McDonald's drive thrus are a hot mess. Unorganized, unprofessional and way over priced for the horrible quality food that you get. If you're starving for a quick "burger" and a coke ...maybe you hit up Micky Ds value menu for McDouble ..but don't use the drive up ...it's a disaster. read more

i have no idea why this McDonalds can "NEVER" get your order correct. We have come here probably 4 times thru the drive thru, not one single time have I came home with my correct order. You would think I would learn to check it before driving home. For the past few days they have consistently messed up my order. I will ask for a twenty piece nuggets and only get a ten piece but be charged for a twenty. They also do not listen to directions on things to take off burgers. I will ask for no onions but end up with more onions. They also have failed to give me honey mustard when I have specifically asked for it on multiple occasions. The staff seem to not know how to take constructive criticism. They will talk like a auctioneer on crack but when we tell them to slow down they give a lot of attitude. Other than these things the food comes out pretty good. You guys really need to get it together. First of all I was NOT greeted by the boy taking my order. He stood there staring around for about a minute, it's busy so I don't know what was going on with him. He didn't say anything to me except my total. Not ONE OTHER WORD. Worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Went over the order to make sure they got it right. Nothing was right. Wrong type burger and nothing that I wanted on it...just catsup which I don't like. This is the worst McDonald's in Maricopa. I order 2-4 coffees daily through the mobile app and they are the only location that refuses to check you in if you have a mobile order and can't connect in the app to check in. The app literally gives you a code for employees to check you in if you can't check in through the app but the employees either don't know how to do that and would rather say they're not allowed to (which is NOT true) than ask for help or management has not properly trained their staff. Either way, I usually end up having to go to the other location in town even though it's out of the way. That location is great and I fully recommend them as one of the best locations of all McDonald's I've been to. Save yourself the time and hassle and drive the extra 5 minutes if you have to. Don't bother the check the Maricopa AZ John Wayne Parkway menu before you go because they don't have it. What McDonalds doesn't have a McChicken sandwich (even though it shows on their Menu) You also can't get a Iced Carmel Mocha because they don't have it. Once you placed your order in the drive thru and get up to the window you are fortune if they have half of your order and the rest is missing. Better check your order at the window or you will have to go through the line to order the missing items or worse yet you may drive all the way home and find half of it missing. If I could give them a quarter star I would even though that would be generous. read more
