Ordered a med vanilla iced coffee tonight around 10:00 pm. It tasted stale. Had to pour it out. I love McDonalds coffee. Drink it almost every day, from WR., Byron, and Macon. The problem is that it is never made the same at any of the locations. It's a gamble every time. It's either too sweet or it's really good. I just wish they would be consistent with how it is made. 1 person will put 6-8 pumps of vanilla ( yuck) and some will do like 4. I just wish the whole chain would be consistent .. but yeah it was stale tonight. Ick, bad taste in my mouth still. read more

This is the first time in a long time for a Big Mac for me. But I had the BOGO free coupon for Big Mac or quarter pounder or fish filet, and Husband wanted a Big Mac. It was easier to order two of the same. This was a busy place at 2PM on 4/3/22! Two kiosks were working. Two were not. Husband used his app & working kiosk for $1 large fries. I waited patiently for a cashier (someone was at ordering at other working kiosk). I ordered our 2 Big Macs, & a soda for him: $5.28. What a deal! Husband's kiosk said to take the 10 placard. But it didn't exist. He also received no receipt. I got a receipt, change, and my order before him, and I ordered after he did! He got his drink while I waited for the fries, but was annoyed that there were no lids for a large drink. He did get a lid when he got the fries. The restaurant was somewhat clean. Chairs were on tables to either limit seating opportunities for cleaning or encourage social distancing. We are glad the booths were available. We'd been driving 5 hours, so sitting inside, at a clean table, with good food, was what we needed. As we ate, we observed the staff. The girl at the first window had horrible customer service. Making us wait while she takes selfies sticking her tongue out and couldn't even bother to ask if we wanted a receipt just shut the window while talking on face time with her AirPods in. guy at the second window was amazing tho!!!! Stopped here on the way to Orlando from Atlanta. Walked the dog for a few minutes in the small grassy area in front of the restaurant. Used the clean restroom, then bought a drink before continuing the drive to Orlando. Not all customers wore face masks. Employees seemed laid back; so laid back that they didn't go out of their way to help customers. read more

great!!! i couldn't believe where i was! i had to rub my eyes and pinch myself, it was amazing! spectacular even, i have never been to such a wondrous eating establishment such as this. As I made my way to the counter, I took a step back and breathed the fresh foody air,, aaah it was perfect. I was taken aback at the service though.. it didn't meet my expectations... it EXCELLED THEM! The ambiance was so magical, the greases flying in the air so majestically, the popping and sweet crackle of the fries and drink machines. Came here multiple times in the last two months for my morning coffee. Despite the sign out front reading, "Oreo frap is here" the Oreo frappe is most certainly NOT here. We pulled up in the drive thru at 5:57am waiting for the line to keep moving considering their online website as well as their physical hours have yet to be updated. We called the store and whomever answered very rudely informed us that they don't open until 6 cause "they just ain't changed it yet" went proceeded to sit in the line the customer service at both windows was horrible all we ordered was a sausage biscuit with cheese and a large sweet tea and it took a while 20 minutes..I would not recommend this location and whatever district manager is running this place is obviously not doing their job as well as their in store management. With that being said this McDonald's totally sucks and I would rather eat at the circle k across the street. read more

This location was closed yesterday for a 'private party' for two hours. Welcome to small town, Georgia! The drive thru was open and considering we were driving from Tampa, Florida to Dayton, Ohio, we didn't have time to stop to dine in somewhere else. My daughter wanted something to drink and we ordered her some cookies. We were asked to pull around because a fresh batch just went in the oven. After waiting 15 minutes, my husband pulled around and I started knocking on the door (the line for the window had about 10 cars in it). The manager finally let me in and gave us our cookies. The ladies at the window had completely forgot we were waiting and were unapologetic. I also grabbed the straw they forgot to give us. The manager was very nice, but the drive thru associates need some customer service training. read more

We stopped on our way down to Florida. The bathrooms were clean. We ordered at the counter & our server didn't seem like she wanted to be there. We ordered & waited for our number to be called. We filled up our drinks & walked back over to the counter. The manager/owner walked over and gave us a bag of food & told us to have a good day. We waited a second I went to check it & it was someone else's order. We waited a minute longer & got our order. Something to do with the tickets on the counter and putting them in the bag or something. We got our food to go & ate on the way. The fries were fresh but I should've asked for salt. This place is more of a place where the employees family members come to hang out and socialize with their relatives than it is a McDonald's. I've never seen anything like it. This is probably the worst McDonald's in GA. Not only are all the employees rude, ignorant, and lazy but they NEVER get your order correct and then act like it's the customers fault.. Also, they don't even know how to accept coupons from their own app! I've called corporate too many times to count and will not be going back. The last time the manager told me that if I was not satisfied with my service to go somewhere else. I eat here a couple of times a month. They consistently have the unhappiest employees of any McDonalds I go to. Will not be going back after last time. Was told very sternly that I could not get a refill on Coke after eating in the parking lot. She said it is their store policy... Could have at least acted like she cared. read more
