Ordered a strawberry milkshake and the worker continued to give me a vanilla milkshake and said it was a strawberry one just not pink. So i asked for the manager who then said the strawberry seeds were stuck in the machine and it wasn't turning pink. I then asked for an actual strawberry milkshake and the worker gave me complete attitude and a cold shoulder. They also forgot our food and we had to remind them to make it. Went here with my parents on Saturday June 28th 2025. We had entered Interstate 95 in North Carolina, and had to get off to use the restroom somewhere. That somewhere was here. The restrooms were clean. Though we didn't get anything this visit. Easy on and off to I-95 in North Carolina. read more

We always make it a point to stop at this McDonald's on our way back to Baltimore from Myrtle Beach. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The food is always freshly prepared and good. We enjoyed the special of 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins for $5.00 - a tasty deal! The coffee is always fresh and hot. It is a great stop for us. read more

This McDonald's is located on W 5th Street and can be accessed from Exit 17 on Interstate 95 in North Carolina. This place is fairly easy to spot, even from the interstate. We were on our way home to Virginia Beach. After we got off of I-20 and onto I-95 in Florence, SC, my niece said she was hungry for lunch and wanted McDonald's again. This seems to be her favorite food place. After looking at reviews of McDonald's along our route, I found this one to be one of the higher rated locations, so we held out until we got here (around 1:30 pm). Getting to the place was quite easy from the interstate. When we got there, it wasn't overly busy, likely due to the time we came in. Since there was no wait, we were immediately greeted by three different team members. We all needed a minute to make a decision. For this visit, I ended up with the Double Quarter Pounder meal since I really wouldn't be having much else until we got much closer to home (about 5 hours later). There was one mistake with it, as the meat was all over, not on the bun as it should be. I went back up and showed one of the workers and they took it back to the manager. Next thing I know the manager comes back up and apologizes and will replace the item. About 5-10 minutes later, the replacement came out and was exactly the way it should be. There were many apologies for this, which is hard to find anywhere you go these days. Overall, this was one of the better McDonald's locations I have been to. They definitely passed in how they handled the issue I had with professionalism. If my travels take me this way, I would definitely come back here again. If you are in the area and looking for a McDonald's, skip the others in the area and just come here instead. read more

Super bad customer service. We used the drive-thru and the girl just did not want to listen to our order! She just kept rushing us and kept on sliding our receipt over the menu so that we couldn't add to our order! Our order was also messed up. We clearly said sweet and sour, not tangy barbecue. There was no salt on the fries. And the fish patty for my fish burger was cold in the middle. They also seemed very disorganized, asking us many times which order was ours. And then they asked us to go through 3 windows for our order. I have never wrote such a bad review on a place and McDonald's is one of my favorite chains, but this one really disappointed me! read more

Upgraded inside was food is always pretty good and decently priced. I like their breakfast and lunch. Sausage burrito cinnamelt breakfast platters and sausage and gravy all delicious. I like the McRib burgers chicken nuggets. McCafé drinks are good under $4. All under $10 per meal read more

i use to work at this Mcdonalds a long time ago. When the manager by the name of Mickey ran it it wasn't bad he kept it up good.. If i go to this Mcdonalds now which Mickey dont run it no more some lady is now.. the drive through is SLOW.... I mean SLOWWWWWWWW... i sat in line once for over 15 minutes for a large COKE when i get to the window to get my COKE they pull me up and tell me i have to wait on it their ice machine is not working right.... SO I pulled up and WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED for 30 Minutes i keep seeing cars drive buy they are drinking their drink so i call the store i felt i shouldn't have to get out my car when they said they were gonna bring it to me and me waiting 30 minutes for a LARGE COKE and thats IT. i was PISSED....
