Really rude customer service when we ordered the lady yelled that she was not taking cash. when I ordered extra pickles I got one and when I went back in to ask for more they had already locked the door and wasn't letting anyone inside and our fries were cold had no salt and utterly disgusting as well as under cooked. I've been here a number of times since my first review and felt it was appropriate to elevate my star rating from two to three. There have been significant improvements in customer service. There are now more polite and professional employees than ones who're not. The drive through speed has also improved slightly. I've had better luck in the morning than at evening time, though. The reliability and ease of use of the app/curbside pickup has gotten so much better. I find that I've received my order faster ordering through the app than in the drive through. Between the improvement of the customer service, speed, efficiency of the curbside pickup, and quality of the food, I feel they deserve an increase in their star rating. The Manager was unprofessional and rude. A hard working truck driver went in for coffee and breakfast. He was adding sugar to his coffee. The manager cane up and told him he had to leave the lobby. When the trucker asked why other people were in there eating in the closed off lobby he said because they were his family. And they could eat in his lobby. But the trucker could not add sugar to his coffee. The manager told him to take his picture and waved with his family. He had his mask down. The unprofessionalism is evident. read more

As a local in this small town, I LOATHE the fact that this is our only McDonald's. No sense of urgency, always asking you to park up front to help their drive through time. AND STILL take forever to get your food. I've ordered on the app to help but they still have you wait a ridiculous amount of time. Not okay, I've got my order wrong multiple times. Was planning to stop, use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. However, the women's restroom had no soap and one of the toilets doesn't work and it's without an out of order sign. Desperate to pee, I venture into the men's restroom. Skid marked tidy whiteys in the full stall trash can, no TP, but thankfully plenty of seat covers. Build a bridge I say! And of course, being that it was the men's restroom, and snips and snails and all that disgustingness that is men, there was plenty of hand soap. Quick rest stop heading back to Michigan. It was conveniently located right off of I-80. We only bought a drink because we already had a large breakfast. It's the usual as you would expect from McDonalds and since it wasn't busy service was quick and friendly. Since the only thing we ordered was a large drink, I can't comment on the food. But the crew members were smiling and seemed to really want your experience at their McDonalds to be a good one. I NEVER would post for a fast food restaurant such as McDonalds because it's fast, things happen. And I understand they get slammed especially coming off of the highway... But I write this literally sitting outside of this location waiting for our food now. They have an electronic menu that wasn't updating or showing the actual menu, just the last person's order. My husband said we can't see the menu... One voice said "I don't have control over that..." The other voice said "just start ordering and it should pop up"... (If I don't know what I want cause all McDonalds locations are different then how am I gonna order?" As we say okay just one moment... my husband asks for me "Do y'all have the spicy McChicken sandwich?" Both voices garble something over the speaker that wasn't understandable. He then asks again and a rather RUDE, and seemingly immature voice says "YES WE HAVE THAT!?" We finish our order, and add a large fry at the end, the voice says so no medium? And husband says yes both...$13.84 (or whatever it is) hella flatly.... We pull up to the window and it's an older lady who says our total, my husband pays so I say "how are y'all doing tonight?" She says "just fine"... gives my husband his change and says pull up to the front door and we'll bring it out. So I started on this review... Eventually got our food, I'd do a formal McD's survey, but we weren't given a receipt? No ketchup, no napkins. Double checked for loogies in our sandwiches though! LOL! They seem fine but if I get food poisoning in the next 24 hours we'll know why. You get what you pay for I guess, but don't expect much from this location. My wife and I stopped in here at night while on the road to get gas and food. sidenote: if you are looking for food, probably avoid this stop- I think Mcdonald's was the only fast food option. I saw 3 other customers who had to Waite a long time and 2 that came before us waiting for there orders.
