The food sucks. They charge more than the national advertised amount . I would not go back thats for sure

Used to have McDonald's as a treat but every time I've gone on the last 6 months my food has either been cold or stale. It's a shame bc am the staff are nice and friendly but the food is not good anymore even when it's busy. read more

Extremely disappointing visit. I don't get to eat out often and wanted a nice breakfast. When I arrived I was trying to see the menus but the screen kept changing. I asked the lady if there was another and she just gestured to the screen. I went to the kiosk to see my options then went back to the counter. Unfortunately I have a sensitivity to meat. So I asked that the meat be put separate. She snapped that it's all on one plate. I explained that I get sick from meat and I need it separate (if I can't substitute meat for a hash brown, and have to pay for it, my dogs might as well get it). She finally went back and asked the kitchen. Never got me my receipt (another employee did after I kept waiting). When I did get my food I started eating, but when I went for my hash brown, the meat was sitting on top (meat patty on top of my potato patty). I went and requested a replacement only to be told they were out. No apology, no trying to fix it, and no concern that my sensitivity (not quite an allergy but I still get very sick) was ignored. This is a fast food chain, surly it couldn't have been that hard to attempt to fix the issue. Or maybe have better customer service. read more

I come through often and use the app, it's great. Alyssa Jasted is my favorite worker she just lights the whole place up

The night manager is always angry and rude everytime I come here and on average I will end up waiting AT MINIMUM! 30 MINUTES! for 2 mcdoubles everytime that manager is on shift. Honestly, if she hates her job so much to the point to were she is obviously getting annoyed and mad by every customer that's just trying to get dinner, then she should just quit. That's just this customers opinion tho. read more

They have forgotten to include parts of our order multiple times but still charged us. We live out of town and didn't realize we were missing an entire entry until we got home and we cannot afford to go back just for a sandwich. They should really double check and make sure they're actually doing their job right. read more

I eat here everytime I am in Libby so I can get a diet coke. How ever only get your coke from the drive threw. For the past almost 3 years the inside dispenser for coke tastes off, as if another flavor has been added. I have pointed this out many many times the past three years! It still remains a problem. I think the coke vendor should check or replace the inside machine. read more

Small town McDonald's are always a little questionable but the one in Libby does it right. This McDonald's works fast and makes food fresh. Even with COVID-19 they are able to keep people moving in the drive thru. Notable items include the quarter pounder, McNuggets, and fries which were all fresh and even looked like what the pictures on the menu look like. Service was nice and friendly. I highly recommend this drive thru for anyone passing by. read more

I don't know why there are bad reviews. It's McDonalds. You know what you are going to get. I made my order with a small modification from standard. It came quickly and was exactly what I was expecting and would get at any McDonalds. It's fast food, not fine food. read more

It's a McDonalds...you are supposed to be able to drive up, order, pay and go. We drove up, ordered, paid and went only to find that we were missing one whole parties meal. Had to get back in line, wait for 3 cars ahead to leave. They never even keyed in the missing order. It's not that they charged us and forgot a bag, they just did not place the order. I enjoy their prompt and fast service they always provide. They are a very clean and honest atmosphere. Makes for a quick effortless meal for low cost. Every time I go they provide fast and courteous service, they are very friendly and are usually in a pleasant mood. Their drive thru is very pleasant also, they provide very fast, waste no time. McChicken, Cheeseburger with no pickle and a small fry are my cheap signature meal. I enjoy the Buttermilk chicken sandwich if I am looking for a little step up. read more

Bought a bunch of food tonight for the kids. Got to the window, paid, waited a few minutes, eventually i got my food which is great but one of the girls there just refused to give me my meal drink. I had ordered an additional drink, and she claimed that was my drink when I specifically wanted milk with my meal. Long argument, I didn't get a drink that i paid for because they refused to give it to me. read more

This place is so incredibly rude.we were waiting for someone to get out the bathroom so we could order because they were paying absolutely no one in line or in the place and they were rudely talking about us behind the counter to the point where we could here it so we walked about and talked our parts did not end up eating at that mc donalds and will never go back read more

The new remodel had really upped Libby's McDonalds. The new updates has really scaled up the look and feel. Food is the usual same McDonalds sort. As they say it's the same everywhere. There's new management so thing are still continuing to change. The inside is really nice though and the bathrooms are clean. read more

Always friendly, service with a smile, food is fresh and hot. Anytime I'm in Libby I go through the drive thru and get at least some fries every time they are just cooked so they are hot and yummy. Love their fries. I have also eaten their Breakfast, cheeseburgers & nuggets. All good. read more

Almost every time I come here, they have managed to screw up my order. Today I came in to pick up a meal and ended up getting the burger I ordered with nothing on it except for pickles. I went back to get it fixed, got the completely wrong order. Had to go back a third time. All in all, this took 30 minutes, would recommend any where else but here. read more

I'm assuming everyone has had McDonald's so you are probably trying to see if there is anything different about this particular one. Well they tend to give me extra ranch cups when I order which is amazing and the service is pretty nice too. I don't mind going through the drive through at all. On the other hand they have mixed up my order many many times. Once they didn't give me my milkshake and I had to go inside after when I realized it, they cleared it up quickly though. And they gave me a large sprite that I did not order once. I was missing a large fry another time and I had all sweet and sour sauce instead of ranch another time. Just make sure you check your bag before you drive off and you should be fine! read more

Dirty floor in front of the drinks, dirty with food on floor in eating area, dirty where the drive through attendant stands with food on the floor and unused glasses, dirty in front of the counter, unbelievabley diry in the kitchen in front of the friers. Just my oppinion. read more
