I would give them a zero if I could. I go through the drive-through get a medium fry and two Mc doubles. You can't even eat the Mc doubles. You can tell they have sat there on their warmer all day hard and taste like charcoal. read more

Staff is rude. Each time I go thru the drive thru I am told to pull up and they will bring my order out. It doesn't matter what I order. This past time I was given my food while my frappe was the reason I was delayed. Every car around me was also told to pull up. The young girl walked right by the window, with my drink in hand and gave my drink to the car in front of me. Then she tried to get it back to give to me after several minutes. Then, my drink came to the window, it was set down as they proceeded to hand out food to the other vehicles told to pull up. After 12 minutes of waiting to get a drink, I finally got what I ordered. I understand why we are told to pull forward, but when you are having someone pull forward because of a drink, that is ridiculous. The attitudes of staff are that of rude, obnoxious teens who probably spit in your food. Avoid at all costs. Needs better management and training. read more

The rudest drive thru that I've ever experienced! There was one young man that was very helpful. The lady taking the order was the worst. Had to repeat the mobile app number over and over because she couldn't understand and then she was rude when we got to the window and refused to speak to us. They need to hire more competent workers like the young man we encountered. read more

I drove through the Lenoir City McDonald's for my family of 5 after a night of baseball and received a wrong burger and was missing two other burgers. When I went in to request the correct food, the manager had the food line make the three burgers, and because they didn't have stickers on them- he couldn't tell which was which. He proceeded to OPEN THE BURGER WITH HIS BARE HANDS and rifle through the burger to see what it had on them. When he tried to hand them to me, I kindly asked for it to be remade as he had touched them with his bare hands and he proceeded to make a show with the production line where they were pointing and laughing at me and calling me a Gringo among other Spanish words. This is EXTREMELY unacceptable and unprofessional behavior!!!! I was disgusted and disheartened and realize there is a reason we rarely visit McDonalds, instead visiting other fast food places in the area. My sister and I stopped here for a quick lunch. The soda machine knobs in the dining room didn't look like they had been cleaned in who knows how long. There was a nasty gunk on them. Was sitting in drive thru earlier tonight in a busy line of people waiting to place an order. During this time, two employees came out and closed the line that I was waiting in. Other cars were mostly unwilling to let cars in the closed line merge into their lane. I can't say I blame them. Stopped in to grab a quick egg mcmuffin #1 combo and it was not too good...the Hash browns were cold. It's 4:50 am. You would think those wouldn't be cold. They make the food up ahead...and don't seem to check temperatures. I seen about 6 or 7 hashbrowns sitting under the heat lamps. Why don't they check them? Friendl, clean, good fast food and friendly atmosphere. Best tea and milkshakes. We visit quite often and have been very pleased. Prices are reasonable. We enjoy breakfast, biscuits made fresh and crew is always busy working. This McDonalds does a great drive thru and has 2 lanes for ordering. My orders are as ordered. I would recommend. Anyone who thinks they can do better good luck, these employees are every bosses dream team. No swinging doors, same crew time after time. Personally, I could not do what they do. Much respect! This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to terrible service rude employees and awful food

My brother was in there not long ago and ordered two 20 piece McNuggets. When he got home, we saw that they had given us two 10-piece McNuggets. My brother tried taking them back and having them refunded so he could order the 20 piece nuggets and they refused to correct their mistake and instead tried charging him again for the 20 piece nuggets. Tried to have lunch at McDonalds today. Huge banner advertising the Quarter Pounder Meal for $4.49. Menu Board in restaurant says $4.49. Order it and $1.49 cone and clerk ask for over $8. Tell him that's wrong and show the price on wall behind him. He passes me to the manager who tells me the price went up. Offers 10% off. but refuses to honor the advertised price. 10% off is still over a $1 more than advertised. I took my money and left. This store is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever encountered. I feel like an immigrant in a foreign land as almost none of the employees speak fluent English or any English. Service has steadily declined over the last 10-15 years. Went thru drive thru and they got my order all sorts of mixed up. My Order was two cheeseburgers, a basket of fries, and two mcChickens. They gave me two large fries and two hamburgers and I went back around and got told that they don't serve a basket of fries in a basket thru the drive thru. I stopped by this McDonald's today and ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 mcchickens. I took 2 bite of the first cheese burger and it made me sick to my stomach. So I don't eat any of what I bought and drove 30 mins home trying not to puke. When I get out of the car I decided to give the remaining cheese burger and 2 mc chickens to my dog and my dog ended up eating the buns around the chicken and cheeseburger and left them in the floor. You all deserve to lose your job I don't understand how you made something so badly that a dog won't eat it, but you are trying to feed it to humans and scam us out of our money. read more

Posting this review after the restaurant was remodeled. I was impressed with the inside. The self serve order seems legit however I did not use it. My issue with this location is with the drive through. Multiple times I have to wait and go to the pick up area to have someone bring the order to me while waiting. Also, I had a coupon for BYGO any sandwich, so decided on the double quarter lb. This was a disaster. The grease soaked through the packaging and the bag. The burger was a slippery slope of nasty. Stick to the regular quarter lb burger and there are no issues. read more

Just the right amount of cheese. Hot and fresh, but not too hot.
