I wish I had taken a photo. Gravy was sausage bits with gray water and was SALTY. So salty we could not eat our meals.

This is the best Bojangles I have ever been to! I went shortly before closing as I was craving it and they hooked me right up. Lisa at the Strawberry Plains Bojangles is everything a manager should be. The day before I placed a family order with peach cobblers. When I got home I went straight for the cobble...no cobble, I came back and picked them up. However, when I went to make my full plate meal there was no sides. So I came back the next morning and explained to Lisa. She definitely rectified the situation. My first time trying Bojangles and I was kinda disappointed. The coffee tasted like gasoline, biscuit was dry, and the chicken lacked flavor. Bo Rounds were amazing and carried the entire meal. The staff was friendly and we received our food pretty quickly at the drive thru. read more

Food service is horrible. They're always out of everything and even when you're wiling to wait.. they won't make things they have on the menu. They aren't out of the ingredients per the manager they won't do it even when no one is in line to keep up with customer orders. Very disappointed in the attitudes the workers and management have. If you can get food it's fine. I have no complaints about the quality of the food. It's always been hot and tasty, however, I work locally and just like to swing by for a quick break on my 30min lunch break. The last several times I have gone they have only had a short line of cars in the line but you'll be told at the ordering speaker that they're out of a lot of chicken or other common popular items and then you'll wait 15-20minutes in line for the food you were able to visit. That gives a worker like me just a few minutes to drive back to work and eat. It's a frustrating situation and I won't be back until I hear that they are more efficient. I don't want to wait that long for fast food. It is easier, faster and there are more menu items to drive down the street to Wendy's. No hate for the food or the workers at this bojangles location but the last few visits the service has been disappointing. I hope things improve. read more

Located mainly in the eastern section of the map, you will have to do a little searching to get one near you. This is the second time I have eaten at this restaurant, and both times have brought me to full satisfaction where my hunger is concerned. The chicken is done delightfully well, and is crispy and loaded with flavor. I ordered the 2 piece meal with one side and a med drink and the price was comparable to other fast food chicken places. I received a leg and a thigh and a side of mashed potatoes. The restaurant was very clean and the people behind the counter were extremely friendly and were aware of my presence the moment I walked in. they gave me plenty of time to look over the menu before making my decision. I've only had 2 visits to this restaurant, but both visits have been very satisfying and worth the money and time to stop to eat. if I am ever in another area that has a location of Bojangles I will most definitely stop again, knowing I will get chicken done not only right, but done well.. This is by far the worst bojangles I've been to... the food this time was hot and fresh, but the service was very slow. It took 7 minutes to get through the drive thru and it wasn't very busy... when we pulled up to the window, the woman proceeded to hand me the wrong food. All I ordered was a filet biscuit meal and it took a total of 10 minutes from ordering to getting the food. read more

Can anyone imagine a Thanksgiving without having Turkey? My family and guests can. When I went to my local Bojangles to pick up my Thanksgiving bird, that I had pre-ordered and paid for, I was informed by the manager that "I'm really sorry but we do not have a turkey for you". This was after standing in the store for almost a half hour being ignored, wondering what was going on. But he was authorized to offer me 12 piece tailgate dinner. An hour and a half later, I was called by the unit manager. He made half-hearted attempts to find a solution, sorry to say it was too little, too late. I was getting the feeling and hearing the tone of his voice that he was getting upset possibly because I was interrupting his Thanksgiving festivities. By the way, how was that Thanksgiving turkey at your house? Just curious, the turkey was missing from our table. After all, what's Thanksgiving dinner without a turkey? I will give a shout out to the area manager, I felt that she was sincere in her attempts to right the situation, willing to deliver a turkey to my house, (wonder where that turkey came from since the store manager said there weren't any) but at that point, my guests were arriving and we had to sit down to eat what we had, since my wife had to go to work in a few hours. Just last Tuesday prior to Thanksgiving, I stopped by and picked up a chicken dinner for my family, just like hundreds of other occasions.
