Fastest Chick-fil-A I've ever been. They were so efficient and organized. Went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, saw the huge line and got scared for a moment. However, I was watching how the line was moving so decided to join in. Within a couple of minutes an employee was already getting my order. They had like 6-8 guys out side taking order and cashing out. So once I get to the window my order was ready and I drove off with the right order. I ordered 12 piece chicken nugget with waffle fries and their seasonal peppermint shake. Food was fresh and tasty, it was still warm and felt like it came out of the kitchen. There really isn't a whole lot you can stay about a fast food restaurant it would seem once you've been in one you've been in them all but I am going to take the time to write this review because I do have an extra significant mention to this specific location. I believe that there is always one particular fast food establishment that sets them self a part usually into areas and that is service and cleanliness and in this particular location not to say that it isn't true in any other location I find they have done exceptionally well with their staff. Even on days when they are very busy which is always in the evening after 4:30 PM or during the lunch hour they are very efficient with their driveway customer service and I give them all the credit for standing out in the rain the weather elements and even the heat with a smile. The restrooms in this particular location are always very clean and they smell good, and when you get to the order window it's nice that they greet you with the name you had given while placing your order it may not seem like a lot but it goes along way. I give this particular franchise a lot of credit because you would be amazed at how working with your staff and teaching a simple common courtesies of please thank you and calling someone by name go along way for customer service and customers like me who take notice! read more

Being pressed for time, we utilized the drive-thru.... you know it's a happening CFA when they have two lines.... and have 6 people out taking your order! Even though it was rainy, the workers had a smile on their face when they asked for our order. We were even able to pay before we got to the window, which helped speed the process along. Food was on point, order was correct, and our bellies were full and ready to continue apartment searching. They had me pull around because the food wasn't ready, and when they brought the food to us, they didn't put the sauces in the bag, nor the utensils for the food. When I pulled out the egg scramble bowl, there was 3 sprinkles of cheese, and very little egg... I went in to get that bowl replaced and I sat inside of CFA for 10 minutes waiting for the new bowl to come out. My first yelp review of 2020, Chik Fil A? We were on our way to a bit more elaborate lunch place which happened to close at 230pm. Elaborate is a word rarely used in North Knoxville when it comes to eating out. We were very hungry and at this time of the day the Chikkie parking lot was not full of hungry peeps. I would have liked a bit more fruit and blue cheese in my salad and maybe a roll? No worries because I really didn't pay enough for my salad to complain. My wife who is getting over a cold enjoyed her chicken tortilla soup but mentioned that it may have been a little too spicy. Again no worries how can she really complain at these prices. Well it's not the food, the staff has gotten my order wrong or incomplete a few times here (last week while correct I only received half of the chicken that the spicy sandwich should have, but I'm trying to lose a few so oh well)... I called to let them know they messed up the dressing on one of the salads I got (a dressing that is not liked) and the manager basically said sorry but did not offer to right the situation. I guess one may think that it's not a big deal, just get a dressing you like out of the fridge... well it's not possible when you work in a warehouse and you're across town now. I have been going to this CFA for 6 years now and almost every time they mess my order up. First, they go too fast and act in such a hurry to get you through (even if there isn't many cars), then they will impatiently watch you while you order or check your bags. This specific location is by far the worst I've been to. Five consecutive orders completely butchered. Sandwiches give him without protein, fried chicken instead of grilled chicken, missing items constantly. I've called the corporate office about the specific location numerous times and have yet to get a response. This place has gone downhill if I could give it less than one store I would.
