Stopped by and grabbed the Huntrix meal the other day just to try. It came in a cute oversized happy meal style box. Everything in it was what you can get on a regular day, such as chicken nuggets, French fries and a drink. But, what made this meal unique was the Ramyeon seasoning packet that you're supposed to season your fries with, the 2 different sauces "hunter" and "demon", and the collectible card. The seasoning for the fries was, in my opinion, similar to the ramen noodle pack seasoning but less salty and with more dried herb type pieces in it. Flavor was good though. The special dipping sauces were both different for sure though. The Hunter sauce tasted like Tabasco. Almost like a sweet chili sauce with Tabasco flavor and it was pretty spicy. The Demon sauce was a fun purple color, but also looked weird at the same time. The flavor wasn't too special for this one but it did have a little spice kick as well. At this point it gotta be over 10 times I had to correct this establishment on a ticket they did not fulfill correctl. I watched as they had to correct the guy before my order and they messed up mine too again. then at that the manager makes me the new sandwitch and grabs the old one to serve to a new customer like I didn't have my hands on it. I asked him excus just because your making a new one doesn't mean you can take what's mine and he just ignored me. i ordered a big breakfast w/hotcakes and when I already arrived to work I realized the workers did not give me any syrup or butter. the drive thru using the app I've been consistently missing items. ordering inside is a better experience. I'd say workers need to pay more attention when people order from the app or thru the drive thru cause they always be missing items And most times we can't go back to ask for these items cause we are already at work. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been too. It typically have to go back in and have them add something they forgot or have them make fresh fries. But today really was the worst experience I've ever had. They literally served me a half burnt patty. It was stiff. When I went back and asked to have it remade they didn't apologize or seem remorseful. They did made another and it was wrong. The replacement burger was literally missing ingredients. read more

Strange how all other reviews for this McDonald's have disappeared since it is of course just a McDonald's with the regular issues and problems most McDonald's have. I can't say I've had any issues with my orders even though I can't remember ever ordering anything other than for myself. I've had some old tasting fries but it was late at night and can't blame them. Just yesterday I thought it was weird I got put in their holding pattern for 2 breakfast burritos just for the girl to come out almost immediately and bring out to me before the vehicle behind even left the window. Not a complaint, just strange. Overall your typical run of the mill McDonald's with semi-friendly staff and good tasting, not good for you food. This base has limited options as is so this place is convenient, reasonable, and fast. read more

I appreciate this place a lot for how hard they work and support our troops with the service they give. They are a great contributors to all those who live on base and just need that kick of something else than galley, spuds and bowling alley food. This mornings breakfast was delicious and made very well as well as my Frappuccino. Great job guys and I will definitely be back for more sometime. If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all they gave the car in front of me the wrong drink (my drink, the handed it back to the employee with the straw in the cup. When i get to the window the employee proceeds to give me the cup he had handed to the car in front of me to me. He did not even bother to remake it or nothing. I asked him to remake it and he just acted like he didn't hear or understand me, I had to repeat myself three times before he did anything. He then caught an attitude with me. He told me to pull around so they could bring my food out. I got my bag and they just threw everything in the bag, food upside down, fries spilling. We did not end up eating the food because they probably did something to it. This was overall a shitty experience, save yourself some time and go elsewhere. read more

This is the McDonalds on NAS Lemoore. I've primarily gone through the drive-thru. It's a "nice" restaurant give it's fast food/drive-thru. I really like how many of the McDonalds are incorporating more contemporary decor/style. I'll say this is by far some of the best and most consistent service I've received at a McDonalds. Some of the worse customer service I have ever encountered at a McDonald's. I placed an app order to pick up. When I arrived I notified that that I had arrived and gave them the space number I was parked at. I sat there waiting for my order for 30 min (yes I timed it) and still did not see any signs of receiving my food. I gave up and got in line for drive through service. They couldn't find my order and once they finally found it they proceeded to give me a lecture about staying in the pick up spot and wait for them to bring it out. I pointed out that I had waited 30 min. Their response was they were busy and I needed to wait until they had time to bring my order out to me. I won't make that mistake again. I'll go elsewhere for breakfast where I'm appreciated and provided with decent service. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any eating establishment. I get it, it's McDonald's. I don't expect 5 star dining, but what I do expect is to be treated like a human being and that I matter as a paying customer. My wife and I were waiting for our food in the drive thru and noticed that the customer in front of us returned some drinks as they realized it wasn't theirs. We pull up to the window as it was our turn, the guy (didn't catch his name as he wasn't wearing a badge) working proceeded to give us said drinks. So, my wife politely asked for new drinks as they were in possession of another person for quite some time before they realized the mistake. The guy then proceeded to lie stating that they were brand new drinks. My wife then asked again for new drinks, which the worker then closed the window while simultaneously giving us attitude. He then spoke to his "manager" (who also conveniently not wearing a badge as well). The two workers then proceeded to have a conversation with each other while the window was closed and looking at us and smiling. The "manager" finally made us our drinks then asked us to pull forward to wait for our order. After we received our order, we then checked to make sure we got the correct stuff. All of our food was just thrown into the bag, fries were upside down and the whole order was ruined. We didn't even bother going back for our money as we wanted to avoid an even bigger disaster to our evening. Also didn't even bother to eat what was salvageable as we were too afraid of what was done to it. I gave this place 1 star because yelp doesn't have a lower rating system in actuality this place deserves 0 stars or negative stars, they should pay me for having to go through such a painful ordeal. I really feel sorry for the franchise owner as the bar is real low for the type of people you have "running" such a mediocre establishment. We will no longer be eating at this location and will let our friends and family know of our ordeal as well. I can throw a rock and hit another McDonald's. This place gives me the biggest headache. Idk where to start. Coldest fries I've ever been served. Quarter pounders "made to order" already tossed out the window when I pull up. I get rush hour but I'll pull ahead and wait. Used to ask for sweet tea with creamer until they messed up my order so many times I gave up. Apparently ordering sweet tea is code for unsweetened tea as I've been given this as a substitute on multiple occasions. I ordered my food through the app and made sure my order was how I wanted it which is without cheese on my sandwich. When I received my order I checked and saw that both stickers on both sandwiches said no cheese as well so I didn't look inside the box. Once I drove back to my hotel to eat them I was surprised to see cheese on both sandwiches especially considering the sticker and the receipt even said no cheese. I drove back as I was very irritated with how they could miss it when it was even on the sticker and they corrected my order no problem. I understand things like this happen, but I didn't receive anything for my inconvenience. The ice in my drank had already melted and my fries were cold by the time I was actually able to eat. Not really up to par on getting orders ready by the second window. Every time I come there I sent to wait, people are built up around me. This was the worst time though because not only was I waiting for 10 minutes but the others were brought out their order before me and I was stuck there for another couple of minutes after.
