I used the McDonald's app to place my order. Once I arrived I was able to select my preferred way to pick up and was sent a code to give the person who took orders. I selected pick up in the drive through. My order was ready when I arrived and perfectly cooked. I had a custom order so pleasantly surprised that it was ready and accurate. Honestly they NEVER get anything right from the service to the quality of their food. Sat at the drive thru that was backed up to the street for 10 minutes before a single car moved forward and that was only because 2 cars got tired of waiting and left. Dear Mr James Abbate, I know you are the store owner to this " fine" establishment. But seriously you need to retrain your front counter girls or practically the whole staff at the Mcdonalds in Lemoore. I finally decided the order my food over the McDonald's mobile app and it was a HUGE mistake. There was over 15 items I ordered and received about 9 items. I paid over $40.00 for my food only to be robbed out of my money. The two happy meals didn't have fries or the apple juice. The two medium fries I ordered weren't in the bag. The food was stale and cold. I thought the whole point of the Curbside pickup is that it's quick and efficient. I got the complete opposite, waited a total of 15 minutes. When I would go and ask for some ketchup one of the girls who was the food runner just threw 2 ketchup on the counter and when I asked for a bit more she grabbed 3 more ketchup packets and rudely gave me the ketchup packets. This has happen to me more than once but this visit has me pissed, it sucks to know that it's the only McDonald's here in town. Because I would go to a different one that's not owned by you. Until I see a difference in your customer service at your franchises I will never be returning.
