Absolutely the worst place to go anymore!! Twice this week I did a mobile order. I get there and can't check in so BOTH times end up going inside. Both times they didn't have my order. First time it finally popped up while I was there. This time never did. Took forever to get it made. It was cold. Fries stale. Big Mac had no cheese. Really going downhill. read more

Management is horrible.. customer care is horrible. They don't care about people with disabilities or people with PTSD.. I've seen them treat people who had strokes like garbage... Especially higher ups in the business. They cuss and scream at customers. read more

Yesterday I went through the drive thru to get a simple 10 piece chicken nugget meal for my son and they took my payment handed me my drink then asked me to park in a stall. I sat there in stall 1 for 20 minutes before having to go in and ask where my food was. The staff barely acknowledged me and then saying excuse me twice they came over. Turns out they parked me and another car then my order got deleted so who knows how long I would've been sitting out there. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are more obsessed with their speed than their accuracy or taking care of the client. I definitely don't think I will allow them to park me anymore if they're so concerned with their times, maybe they should focus on getting the food done and helping the client out or slowing down and stop worrying about their times. read more

Horrible experience everytime. Fry's halfway full, forgot 2 things from my order, after they made me sit off to the side in the drive thru. Ridiculous read more

McDonalds - McDoublemcdouble - Fast Food Near Me - Lemoore, California

I typically refrain from one-star reviews, but my recent visit to McDonald's in Lemoore left me with no choice. While I try to find the positive in dining situations, this experience was overwhelmingly negative. Firstly, McDonald's, especially this location, struggles to accommodate special requests despite allowing customization via their app. If customization is an option, it should be honored. With the recent increase in fast-food workers' wages, one would expect better service, but sadly, it seems to have worsened. The service is lacking; waiting at the counter for minutes before receiving attention is frustrating. Employees often avoid eye contact, making it clear they'd rather not assist. When I order a Filet-O-Fish fresh from the oil and explicitly state that I don't mind waiting, I expect it to be fresh. However, employees often reheat dried-out sandwiches from the warming box, which is far from fresh. Additionally, requesting extra sauce and not receiving it, despite being charged for it, is unacceptable. Having to drive back to correct their mistakes negates the convenience of fast food and adds to the overall cost. McDonald's, when the food is fresh, it's enjoyable. However, inconsistent preparation and poor service tarnish the experience. Emphasizing proper preparation to your employees can save both customers and staff unnecessary trouble. In conclusion, I urge McDonald's to prioritize customer satisfaction by fulfilling requests and ensuring food quality. Let's work together to improve the dining experience for everyone. The restaurant seemed clean, I did use the restroom and it was clean read more

Take long other people that wear behind 4 cars got their food and they take long took almost 30 mins and when I asked for my money back there system was down bullshit ass McDonald's and manager and we also asked order of crinkle cup pickles and apperntly they never get it right read more

Pathetic. Waited for this and got practically nothing. This location should be investigated. All ways missing things like a hash brown or fries. Also they take forever and ask you to wait in the front when there's already 7 people in the front making the line se short. One cashier is rude and will look at the line and not help until the line is really long. She basically walks around the dinning area pretending to clean. All in all this place is a joke and the number one reason I stop eating at McDonald's for lunch/dinner. Next time I'll go to Panda Express. read more

I would give it a big FAT 0 if it let me. I ordered my food and 40 minutes later I still hadn't received it. A gentleman come in and order through their Kiosk just as I did, and receives his food in about 5 minutes. The Manager Moses calls me bro and says we are busy and another one of the employees tells me that there are other food places to go to. If your hungry I'd advise you not to visit this place because you will starve to death before you get your food, and the employees will treat you with out right disrespect! read more

Horrible service, Manager was rude and giving us attitude. We ordered breakfast at 10:20. $55 worth of breakfast for my family just for my order to be canceled. Bad service experience. Was told to park anywhere in the front of the restaurant so I did and the young girl who walked out to give me my order gave me attitude for being parked in the wrong area. Also she asked me what I had ordered to make sure that was my order. So I proceeded to tell her the meal number #2c and she said she wasn't going to give me my food unless I told her the name of the burger. Walked inside to grab my food after I told her I would do that and was hustling asked to leave from the manager after saying her employee was being rude outside. Didn't get the name of the girl with attitude but everyone else was polite read more

I don't like that they stop serving breakfast at 1030am. I think they should close breakfast down at 1145 or 12 not 1030

The food is alright since it's McDonald's, but the service is absolutely terrible, it should not take more than 20 mins to get my food. I went inside and it was just there, I had to grab it myself since no one wanted to take it outside. read more

Wanted to shoutout three workers at this McDonald's by the names of Teresa, Mrs Linda, and Jada. These were the only three workers working on Christmas Eve and were so quick and efficient with their orders. I got my burger perfect with only pickles and ketchup. I also forgot to order another McFlurry and came inside. The lady working had my order and my ice cream ready in less than a minute. What a great group working that night. Effective, quality-oriented, and quick! McDonalds needs to give those workers a raise or reward them some how! They got to understand the hard workers they have employed! read more

Standard, consistent McDonald's food. But the 'deal' offerings in the app for this McDonald's are just bad. I went twice while visiting family, and the 'best' breakfast deal awaiting me either day was 'one free hashbrown with purchase.' Come on! I'd always heard that the franchisee in Lemoore and Hanford was cheap, but this really solidified that for me. Makes you really appreciate the deals available through the app at every other McDonald's! read more

food is awsome i love it! i have no idea how anyone can hate this place! staff are nice and never rude the delightful fries are sooo good

If I could give less than 1 I would on top of deplorable management the wait times and the fact you may not get what you order is never good I waited 20 minutes in line made my order got home and realized I hadn't been given 3 of my items 1 a mistake okay 2 questionable but 3 makes it negligence and then asking at the window (before I left ) and being told by the manager yes everything is in there in a snarky attitude and a kind of eye roll needless to say I already didn't care for this location due to problems in the past it is safe to say never again would I go here and recommend you don't either. read more

It doesn't surprise me that this McDonald's only has 1.7 stars. If I could give this place zero stars I would since I can't I will give 1 star. The food is what it is. It's not a five-star restaurant and I don't expect that but what I do expect is to get the food that I pay for and put together in the manner that you train your employees. Normally the french fries are cold as hell and I just learned to expect it from you guys. The customer shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes. I don't know what it is about the food in Lemoore I think could sure take a lesson from the Hanford location. read more

I had one wish today and that was to get a quick sandwhich and head to work and carry on my day today without any problems. Food is very important when carrying on your day and today made me realize that for sure. I asked for 4 Hot and Spicy Sandwhiches all with Mac Sauce. Checked the ticket the ticket reflects Mac Sauce of course with the extra 70 cents to the order but what I actually received was four sandwiches without the sauce. Now I haven't had to many problems with this place. But today really disappointed me with this restraunt for I was looking forward to just having a simple worry free day. Unacceptable. Hopefully in the future you will take steps to prevent errors like this in the future. read more

I never write reviews, but I have to this time.. Horrible! I went through the drive-thru for breakfast this morning and got 2 sausage McGriddles and two hash browns. They asked me to wait on the side for my order. I waited for bout 14 mins. I counted 12 cars pass me while they exited the drive-thru. I got tired of waiting and had to go inside to ask about my order. They let me know that it had somehow been forgotten and it wasn't even made. It would've never came out if I didn't go in. My baby sat in the backseat screaming while waiting for our food. Just horrible! read more
