I am beyond disappointed with the experience I had today. I placed what I believed to be a very…read moresimple order: a 10-piece chicken nugget meal. This is not a complicated request. It is one of the most basic menu items offered, and I trusted that my order would be prepared correctly. Unfortunately, that trust was completely broken when I opened the box and discovered there were only 9 nuggets inside. To some people, this may seem like a small mistake. It is not. When a customer pays for a specific quantity of food, they should receive exactly what they paid for. I did not order a "9-piece" meal because that does not exist. I ordered a 10-piece meal, and I expected 10 nuggets. Missing even one nugget shows a lack of attention to detail and quality control. What makes this even more frustrating is that I didn't realize the mistake until I was already home. By then, it was too late to go back without wasting even more time and gas. Instead of enjoying the meal I had been looking forward to, I was left feeling disappointed and wondering how something so simple could have gone wrong. This experience wasn't just about one missing nugget. It was about the principle of paying for something and not receiving what was promised. Every customer deserves to receive the full order they purchased, no matter how small the item may seem. Accuracy matters, and these kinds of mistakes can make customers lose confidence in the restaurant. I sincerely hope management takes this review seriously and reminds employees to double-check orders before handing them out. A quick count would have prevented this entire situation. While one missing nugget may not seem important to the staff, it certainly matters to the customer who paid for it. I hope future customers receive the complete meals they order because no one should have to wonder whether they'll actually get everything they paid for. I expected 10 nuggets. I received 9. That should never happen. This is my face to prove how ANGRY I am. I deserve free nuggets for a year.

AUTHENTIC, HOMESTYLE TASTE…read more I was sold on this shop, from the moment I tasted the chips and salsa. I've learned from my travels, that a restaurant that puts effort into the free chips & salsa, will put effort into their main course as well. As Albert Einstein said, "someone who is careless with the small matters cannot be trusted with the important matters." When my mains arrived (quesabirria taco, chicken taco), they were amazing. Meats were perfectly seasoned and tender. I can tell this is a shop that caters to the Latino crowd and not white folks, so the taste is spicy and authentic. With nothing held back.

The location is in the Target area right next to Chicfila. There seems to have plenty of parking also. The food we received was pretty good except I noticed that the chicken didn't have much flavor. In any case, we got the regular cheeseburger combos and the very enthusiastic worker asked if we wanted mugs. I said that I didn't care either way. She brought us heavy, glass root beer mugs like I haven't seen since I was little. She also said that she would give us paper cups, so we could get a refill on the way out. That's pretty amazing. The food was reasonably good. Now, I kind of wish I'd gotten the corn dog bites with cheese sauce. I didn't order those because many stores mess them up and the cheese sauce sometimes costs a lot extra, so you end up with a snack for the price of a meal. Their hamburgers are good, though, and better than most, so maybe I didn't miss JiTB at all.

Guess what?, they have no butter for the biscuits that they sold us. The manager of this restaurant have to seriously think about his/her career decisions.
