I only order a medium fry and a Coke. It wasn't rush hour and it wasn't busy. No one had a sense of urgency or speed of service. I come here once a week and keep thinking maybe it's just today but every time I come in it's always something. The fries was trash. I literally watched the crew member turn off the quality timer. Let me start over. I ordered and went to potty. Came back and saw my order served off the screen so I showed my receipt to the cashier who was also bagging the food. Gave me my cup and I stood there thinking maybe she was giving me my fries too but instead took the next order and bagged his food passed it out to them then grabbed some old fries to pass them to me. The French fries expire after 7 mins then it's no good. I walked back and I talks to the manager I tell her my fries are old and it's no salt on them. She throws them in the waste bucket then whispers back and forth with the same crew member who gave me the old fries. Puts salt on the fries , may I remind you the fries are EXPIRED! Then proceed to give me the old nasty fries. I was in complete shock. I just left them on the counter and walked away. read more

The place is extremely dirty, with no sign of any cleaning. The food quality is terrible, and the oil seems so spoiled that it makes everything inedible. I strongly do not recommend this location. read more

View picture in post !!! This was the worst McDonald's iv ever been too!!!the girl in the picture was literally standing in all that trash talking to the other workers. Like it was nothing. I asked her to pick it up because as a customer I do not want to see that filth she told me " no I'm ok" and kept talking to the other workers.. I kept my mouth close and for some reason completed my order. as I stood there I just snapped a picture because I couldn't believe she still hadn't picked it up .. so at this point the trash has already been on the floor being walked in for over 7 minutes. My frappe was finally done and as she handed It to me she said you NEED to delete that picture and I said no I don't. I also compromised and said I will delete it when you pick up and throw away the trash on the floor she told me " NO your not my boss " and I told her again no I am not I am a customer and I do not want to see that no body does. She told me no then the manager tried to ask me to delete it and I said I will not until the trash gets picked up.. at this point the trash has been on the floor for over 15 minutes!!! So They say they are going to call the cops, and I said bring em!! As soon as I did, a cop just happened to walk in haha.. I explain to the cop the situation and this guy tries to take there side and tells them "talk to me in Spanish because he doesn't speak Spanish " and I don't but I understand it and I called him out on that remark and he just ignored me.. anyways I tell him "in Spanish" I dont speak Spanish but I understand it! He immediately starts speaking in English again. Asked me for my phone I told him no because I know my rights. Anyways he told them there was nothing he could do I got my money back and I left.. I don't ever do anything like this but honestly i couldn't believe how dirty these people were and I had to let it be known.. this place needs to be Under inspection I mean who lets there floor get that dirty in the first place!!! read more

The WORST McD's ever based on the slow 40 minute wait I experienced ordering iced coffees. Don't even waste your time here if you're strapped for time (especially after waiting in the long line on the border!) If the kiddos are whining for their Happy Meal, I suggest going to Subway right next door, or pass straight to another McDonald's the next town over. The only reason I didn't give the location one star is for the courteous and polite attitude of the employees apologizing for the service time and wait. Also the cashier must have been new because he was clueless at everything from taking orders to fulfilling ordered drinks. But hey the need all the extra hands they can get because after all it's suppose to be fast food! read more

I stopped here for 2 apple pies, two Southwest salads with "grilled chicken", and two side salads. The apple pies taste cold old and like cardboard. The grilled chicken in the salad was flat out nasty dry no chicken taste at all. The tomatoes were rotten hidden coveniently hidden under a big piece of aged lettuce.
