The cashiers didn't greet me when I approached the counter, and they didn't hand me my drink or my order number. Finally, I noticed one of the cooks using his bare hands to grab fries while preparing an order. I really hope his hands were washed, because that raised a big concern about food safety. In the end, it was an okay experience, but there are several things that need improvement. The ambiance was nice set of characters like the neon signs and design of the place like the wood accent.
