The crispy onion rings were the highlight of the burger; they added great texture and a satisfying snap. Adding barbecue sauce helped bring in some of the flavor the burger was missing. Overall, it was a decent burger, but not memorable. What really made me question returning was the service. The cashiers didn't greet me when I approached the counter, and they didn't hand me my drink or my order number. Finally, I noticed one of the cooks using his bare hands to grab fries while preparing an order. I really hope his hands were washed, because that raised a big concern about food safety. In the end, it was an okay experience, but there are several things that need improvement. The ambiance was nice set of characters like the neon signs and design of the place like the wood accent.

Fresh patty with perfect amount of seasoning. The bacon was crunchy and the slice of ham enhanced the flavor. The Grande is filling and the fries were pretty good too. A bit smaller and they would have reminded me of the Freddy's frozen custard fries. Only thing I would do differently is ask them to toast the bread more.
