Once again, went back to this establishment and it was dirty! dirty! dirty! These kids that they have work there just don't care ok as you walk in the smell of the trash is really bad, then your in line waiting and all you see is tables and floors smeared with food and food all over the floor. And when you were, there's like food all over the line where they serve you and yet you have like eight people working there's no excuse somebody needs to do something. This location is notorious for skimping on the proteins and guacamole, and if you bring it to their attention, they give you attitude including the manager! I have gone a couple of times and brought it to their attention and nothing changes. The kicker for me was when I caught an "extreme skimp" on my portion of chicken for a chicken bowl, I asked the girl if I could get a little bit more 'please", and her response was to pick out "two" small pieces of chicken and put it in my bowl and give me a snarky smile. After adding guacamole, it was like $18.00 That was the last straw!! I will never ever go to a Chipotle again; I still crave it, but the inconsistent puny portion sizes and the cost just isn't worth it anymore. read more

Went to Chipotle. They always have fresh ingredients. Always. Well not this time. All the meats were dry. Like jerky dry. The queso had a thick film on it. So very disappointed. And when I mention that the chicken is very dry the girl making my bowl just days "that's they way it is". Really. Not according to the commercials. Just disappointed. read more

I really don't eat here much. But, my Daughters likes it and still I only take her very seldom. I don't like mainly because it just isn't a clean location. The tables, floors and even the restrooms are dirty. The few times that we have gone in the past, I always have to ask someone to clean the table. Customers shouldn't have to ask to have a clean place yo eat. Anyone that has been here can agree that they are well staffed at this location and can spare 1 person to clean as people leave a table. Food quality has even decreased as well. Corporate should pay a surprise visit to check it out, if they even care. read more

Not only is chipotle a really good fast food type restaurant but the food tastes really genuine to what they traditionally are. Maybe not the cream right, but things like the carnitas and the barbacoa are done so well that the extra Americanized parts of it make it something unique. Bruh and the drinks! The new teas/lemonade things are delicious. There's a hibiscus one that although isn't as genuine in flavor compared to something like TPs, is superrrr tasty. I give it 5 stars for being constantly delicious and trustworthy for the stomach. read more

I ordered a Paleo Bowl with chicken. The chicken was slightly undercooked and gristly and fatty, one piece had skin on it that was soft and jiggly. At least half of my chicken was like that. Completely put me off my meal. The fajita vegetables were raw. Did not seem to have hit the grill more than 10 seconds. Everything was cold. Not sure what happened today. I usually have a great meal from Chipotle. read more

Awesome! Friendly! And Great tasting. I have been to many Chipotle's & the Laredo location exceeds all of them. The staff was super friendly, portions are hearty, and generous. This was my first visit ever to Chipotle. Ordered a chicken and sofritas bowl. Ingredients were fresh, service was friendly, and prices were reasonable. I didn't get a chance to try their burritos since they ran out of tortillas and the line was out the door when I went. I guess it's a pretty good sign. I just wish they had a little bit more selection on the menu. I will go back soon. read more

What prompt me to actually write a review was my recent visit. The employees seemed very hesitant and uninterested in prepping my food. What mostly stuck out from this establishment was the amazing customer service when it opened and later on. I still love the food but the customer service is pretty bad now. Did not care for the burrito. Not rolled right needs more meat filling for the price. Could be hotter burrito was a little cold. For the price not well served. Taco palenque burritos are betted. Hell any place burritos are betted than here. read more
