The wings and customer service are always great here the only issue is that the last few times my dad has dined here there always seem to be a lot of flies inside. I understand that with the amount of traffic coming in and out of the restaurant that flies are inevitably going to come inside I just hope there is something they can do about it. read more

Great customer services, food is on time, and the wings are pretty massive. Fills you up and super juicy chicken wings. They do come around your table and asked if you need any refills or anything else. Definitely coming back here with friends and family. Giving this place five stars for services, wonderful atmosphere, food is magnificent and cleanness tables and floor. Can't ask better services than that, so stop reading my review and get over here. It was my first time at this chain and I walked over from Target to get some food on Valentine's Day. I was surprised to see that it was busy inside. While standing at the door and figuring out my order, at least 3 workers came up to the registers and asked me what I wanted. To each one I motioned that I was not ready and needed a minute. I found the menu confusing with many combos. The sauces are not listed and it wasn't clear what the best or most popular items are for one person. After standing and looking at the menu for a while inside the door I saw an open bench and sat there. Another, different worker came to the register and asked me what I wanted. When I said again that I needed a minute, she started hollering at me and then actually came at me from behind the register, saying that I couldn't sit on the bench. Jesus christ. I didn't feel I needed to explain that I wasn't ready to order to another person with the noise and commotion, and she was plain rude and inappropriate toward me as a customer. It was cold and snowing outside but I became fearful by her actions and left quickly. If I can't spend a couple of minutes figuring out the menu as a first-time customer, idk what to say. I felt accosted by these women as they joined in about sitting on the bench. I will not be returning and most likely will not try this chain in the future. read more

The menus is great, but if you order to go you need to check your order on the spot or THEY WILL GET IT WRONG. On top of that you will hear "I need you to calm down" when you call in to complain and the manager will be "currently helping another customer" if you ask. I experienced the worst costumer service ever, thanks to employee by the name of Alfoso. It started with a female associate walking away from me when we approached the counter to get my order, and then I proceeded to go with Alfoso, who was rude and condescending. Alfonso provided me with part of the order, I reminded him I was missing my drinks, and he started helping another guest. He then told another associate to get me my drinks and walked away. I use to love ordering here but recently I ordered the bundle 16 wings 6 tenders large fries.. I added an extra large fries since it was me and 3 plus eating well the tenders where good but the fries where burned and they where not even a large they where regular to some people it may not be a big deal but if I pay for large I expect a large.. then the lady ask if I wanted cheese thinking she was offering it as one of the dips..Nope she ended up charging me almost 3 bucks for it if I knew that I would of never got it.. I love Wingstop, in my opinion I think they have the best wings in town. The only thing I don't recommend is ordering online it seems they take quite a while to complete it. I ordered online and my pick-time was 9:28PM and I got there @9:35PM. I paid for my order and I received my drinks and I waited. I just left right now @10:20 almost an hour later because they forgot to give me my order. I understand it can happen because we've all had those days but hopefully it won't happen again. Now I'm going home with cold fries and wings but other than that I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Hope no one else experiences what I did. read more

I think this one of the best chain store wings places ever! The wings are just amazing!, Cajun style is my favorite from here. The Fries are also killer , my favorite fries of any kind.
