I have to stop her so she can get all my items. My friend ordered buffalo shrimp salads and she just brought them Buffalo shrimps and no salad. These lemon pepper tenders were exactly what I needed in life. I can already foresee myself visiting this place countless times to eat them. Fries were just regular fries. My reasoning for not giving the 5 star simply was because it was a very long wait. I ordered curbside and they gave me a estimated time of 30. My wife likes the cucumber margarita, so we get there Saturday around 4pm and see the Happy Hour sign on the table, We ask the waitress about Happy Hour, and she said yes, so we start ordering drinks from 4-6pm. After ordering food and beverages, we asked for the tab and got charged the regular price for drinks (margarita and draft beer). The waitress changed the story on us and told us it was not happy hour and beverages were at regular price. She had the audacity to try to fool us and tell us that someone else had stopped by our table to let us know it was not happy hour . We called the manager at the time Jaime Salazar, which was a waste of time, Salazar pretty much said he couldn't do anything about it, while many tables had a happy hour sign. It is ridiculous how this place puts a few dollars before a customer. Never again will I visit this place, The worst customer service, place, and restrooms smell and look dirty. by far the best service we have gotten in any restaurant . after we had enjoyed our meal and ready to leave we ended up forgetting our to go plates which was quite a bit of food . We didn't realize till about 2 hours later that we got home that we had left that bags at the restaurant. We called up wing daddy's spoke to Eddie the manager in the evening he mentioned to him we had left our to go bags at the re and asked if they had thrown them out already . Eddie immediately asked what our order was and that he would make us a fresh order of wings and ribblet platter no questions asked and NO HESITATION. Its not always that such good customer service is given especially since it was on us that we left our food . The Blasphemous Bacon sauce was described as 'possibly the worst thing I've ever tasted' and likened to when you burp something up. The regular barbecue was bad. The Honey BBQ was ok. I've heard great about this place outside of town. Sadly, at our home town it wasn't the best experience. First the booths are way to tight. Second the tap water smelled and had a nasty taste to it. Sleaze balls didn't live up on how they were described. Not much flavor. And ingredients were missing. Ordered a draft beer that took to long and we kept being told they were making it. Like where were they actually brewing the beer because you don't make it at the restaurant. A friend ordered a grilled Caesar salad came wrong and they brought the plate back saying it was correct when the menu description said otherwise. Chiefs and waitresses don't know the menu. Our waitress was ok but definitely needs way more training to be in this field. At times it took to long, or she would completely forget. Me and my other two friends ordered the most disappointing wings I've tried. Burnt, dry, with to much vinegar. I couldn't even get past two before I completely stopped eating. I feel it's due to the fact it just opened and they weren't prepared to handle a high crowd. So I hope they fix these mistakes. I know this is a new place - but they must have given the waitresses special classes on how to ignore paying customers. Finally got the barkeep to pay us some attention (and we are sitting right there!) and ask for food order to be placed (we are about 25 minutes seated at this point. Order finally placed but no food comes. We get ignored, attempt waiving (they see but don't acknowledge) and ignored. Finally she accidentally meets eyes and has to acknowledge. Turns out she failed to submit our food order (so add another half hour to the wait). You would think an apology would be in order? Nope. She says "they'll start working on your food now". And it wasn't just one person. Place is very disorganized. Food was fine (i just didn't know I was in for an 1 hour 38 minute lunch...).
