There were small red particles inside of my ice cubes. I pulled two Ice cubes out showed to two different cashiers. I asked to speak to a manager and no one came out. You can clearly see the red particles in side the ice cubes. They said they'll notify the maintenance to clean the machine. They didn't offer another drink nor a refund. Also I went to desk to purchase a pack of cigarettes, I stood there for 5 minutes no one came to help me. I went and sat back down. I waited went back 20 minutes later, I'm standing in front of the counter waiting to be helped a Mexican man walks right up and she said next. I said excuse me I want a pack of cigarettes. The racism is obvious and blatant. I will be at Loves for now on. Update, I have severe diarrhea. Never again dirt bags

Couple questions... 1- Why are there only 2 washing machines…read more(both currently broken) for 150 drivers? 2- If you're our partner over the road, then why (especially since you have big business leveraging power and buy in massive quantities) why is fuel $3.70gal today and down the road 3-4 miles at a small humble little place it's $3.03? Is that what my OTR partner does to me? Charge an extra $200 per fuel up? Cool. As well as the $15 / for 4 small hose clamps. Retail value everywhere else in the world = .98 It really shows what you think of us. #Price Gouging 3- If you know the garbage cans are gonna keep blowing over (because of the wind in this area) Maybe address that, so there's not garbage everywhere.

However, I proceeded to get the $27 full service cleaning treatment and it wasn't bad for the price. Although the service was not quick it was effective. My car was cleaned inside out and the car was shinning like new at the end. They also have vacuums and a cleaning station if you want to do it yourself but since I had my daughter with me, I let them do it. The do it yourself service will save you $12 because that's the cost of full service add on so if you can spare the time it's a good option. I would recommend this place. It's better than ttbe competition in Laredo.

You're wasting money at this place run by kids. This place is a joke! We did oil changes before but…read moreonce new management came in we noticed a decline in service and quality. The last time they took over 9 hours for a like change even though we were the first one there when it opened. They told us at least three times that the vehicle was ready when it wasn't. Hours later, finally it was ready and they wanted to charge full price despite having or at least they had previously stated online that they would pay for every minute they went over after telling a customer it's ready. Come to find out today that they changed brake pads about 1-2 years ago. Guess what??? They already need to be replaced. Our original manufacturer brakes lasted eight years with more driving than the lat 1-2 years. Forget this place and go to Toyota where they charge about the same BUT provide more services for the same amount of money. Even if you don't have a Toyota they can do oil changes, tire rotations and all of that, better than Grease Monkey's. Sure the Grease Monkey's location is convenient for the area, but at a high price to pay financially and emotionally. Your wallet will thank you by going else where.
