Went to a friends house tonight and McDonald's is the only place open for food past 10 so we went at 11:45. We sat at the drive thru microphone for a minute and then drove up to see if they were still open. The people inside saw us and ignored us. We knocked on the window ( the window that had a sticker that said "open 'til midnight") and no one came. We pulled back around to the microphone and it turned on. A guy in the background said "I think they just pulled around again." The microphone shut off. I said "hello?"...nothing. Don't say you stay "open 'til midnight" and then close up shop at 11:50. McDonald's sucks though, so I'm actually glad I end up getting anything. read more

Three days in a row (three strikes, if you will) I gave these clowns an opportunity to earn my business. Three days in a row they colossally effed my order up. The first time instead of just giving me my money back, they tried everything they could not to open their cash drawer. They offered to compensate me with two free standard McFlurry coupons...only to find out upon further inspection what I received were two snack sized coupons (and later discovered that standard-size coupons don't even exist) Day two's screw up had me writing McD's corporate contact info, via their website. Later that evening I get a voicemail from the manager at this location wanting to rectify the problem. Day three (not twenty-four hours after the apology voice mail) I go to pick up breakfast and low and behold - another eff up. I demanded a refund for all three days - they didn't offer. If they don't comply, I will (without hesitation) dispute the charges with my credit card issuer. Avoid this place like the Black Plague. Not ~just~ because it's a McDonalds, but because for a friggin McDonalds it's an absolute waste of otherwise good space. read more

I typically love the iced coffee from McDonald's...but today they got the order wrong several times. I finally left with my crappy coffee and I am not happy with it. The coffee tastes old and they put too much creamer and sugar in it...when I specifically asked for half of the amount they normally put into it. Hopefully they can rectify the situation in the future. read more

Went to this McDonald's for the first time....lesson learned as I should have read these reviews prior to our visit. Upon entering the establishment, I noticed immediately that the floors were extremely dirty, i.e napkins, ketchup, shoe prints, trash. We ordered our food and in less than 20 minutes, we had it; not sure where the word "fast" fits in, but the fries were salty and cold, as were my cheeseburgers, and my kids Happy Meal was missing fries and the drink, so I had to go back up and wait. My waiting was okay as my family needed that time to find a table that wasn't disgusting and dirty, I guess we should have brought our own rag, and mop, and broom, and staff. As I went to get napkins and ketchup, both were completely out so informed the staff who seemed to be receptive to my request, but didn't move a muscle, good thing we had our own. The staff appeared to be okay, but there was no acknowledgement of any sort on the amount of time we had to wait. At the least, someone "maybe the Manager" should mouth the words, "sorry for the delay folks, it's been a busy evening", ya know something that makes a person feel welcome. I know we will not go to this location again. In the event that we are starving, and driving by this McDonald's, I'll choose to eat whatever is on the floor of my car first or will simply starve. read more

I always do drive thru. People are nice but the food is always cold. Fries seem like they are day old, heated up in the microwave and then set on the counter until they are cold again before they get out the window read more

Waited in line 9 mins for 2 1$ items on breakfast menu. 4 cars in 2 lanes, total. Slowest McDonald's ever. Guy in front of me orders, two cars let through in other lane. Car they let in front of me had problem with transaction. Worst McDonalds ever. And my standards for fast food are very low as it is. read more

Terrible customer service at this location! I just went to the drive thru for an egg mcmuffin, but had to pull in and park because there was no cheese on it. Inside, they just slapped a piece of cold cheese on my (then) cold sandwich and handed it back to me--unmelted and unappetizing. The English muffins were not toasted either. Not good! Consistency is the only reason to go to Mickey Dees so they're really missing the boat here! read more

If McD is in a slump, this location, if typical, is the biggest reason. Just an overall horrible experience. Register problems, register operators untrained. I have complained about this location before and can't believe I went back! I am a McDonald's lifetime customer, but corporate needs to address this place. It has lots of business since it is the only McD for miles close to Lafayette so I don't think the operator cares. read more

I travel a lot in the areas around and through Boulder to South Denver and this McDonalds has YET to goof my order...! I only do the drive-through, but the cashiers are always quick and professional (cool, perhaps, but not snotty, mean, nor incompetent). The food is standard, and I have yet to experience the overly salted fries another person Yelped about... I'm here on average of about two to three times a month (I know... Anyone know a good cardiologist?). Clean and quick, I don't think you can ask for much more from a McDonalds! read more

Pulled up to the speaker in the drive-thru and waited at least 5 minutes to place my order. Quickly got through to pay and then wait and wait and wait at the second window for my food. Girl handed me my food, muttered have a nice day and walked away. More than half of my order was missing not including the butter and syrup for the hotcakes they also forgot. Had to park and go inside to retrieve the rest of my order that wasn't even made. Second time they have forgotten something in the drive-thru. Never again. read more

Every time I go there they mess up my order. I ordered ICED COFFEE and got plain burnt tasting coffee. Sometimes I don't even get my full order, then don't realize it until I get home., You can't call the store to complain, nobody answers the phone. When i submitted feedback I did not get a response. Last time I submitted feedback they gave me a buy one get one free coupon. Why would I want to spend more money there for them to screw up my order again. This is the worst McDonalds ever and it is because of management. The same manager that lied to me( about toys he was going to throw away which I offered to buy) and was rude to my face about a safety issue in the play place ( which prompted a customer to be rude to me over his children's behavior) is still there and the staff gets worse and worse as does the food. Have complained many times to corporate and they do not even bother to call you just send coupons. location is always dirty. This last time was in the drive thru and the rude manager was at the counter, guy at window did not even look at me when he handed me food ( he was talking to manager), coffee had grounds in it. Would advise not even going no matter how convenient. Burger King is across the street, clean and nicer. read more

Gone from bad to worse. When they went to all day breakfast they seemed to have a good crew, lots of smiling faces, and I was hopeful, but something has happened, they don't have more than 2 or 3 on duty now, lines are long, and the two burritos this morning (how can you screw up an egg burrito?) were old, and tasted bad. Last complaint, how in the world can you screw up the fountain service? Well, don't provide enough flavor and the soda is always flat. We're done with this place. read more

Nicest looking mcdonalds I've ever been inside, the remodel looks great! The service is okay, as well as accuracy..some days just are better than others. My roommate goes to this mcdonalds like every other day and the employees do great with him and his speech impediment and some of them even remember him (which is always a nice feeling) and he will make small talk with them. read more

If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. I just looked this location up on the corporate website and it says they are owned by McDonald's Restaurants of Colorado, Inc. I generally go to this location each week after the Broncos game, with my elderly parents. Colorado McDonalds have a special for a $1 egg mcmuffin with sausage or a $1 big mac on the day after a Broncos game. No matter what time we go, they have one cashier working the line. At noon or 12:30 (and particularly during school holidays), this results in a line up to 15 people long. The line would be longer, but many people see the line and walk right back out. Today, I counted at least 6 people walking out just in the time it took me to get to the counter. The woman who works the lunch rush cashiering is nice enough, she really seems to want to do a good job. I'm not really fooled by the ton of stars on the brim of her cap. When we tell her the order, which admittedly has one big mac customized by leaving off two things, she has a very difficult time understanding what the order is and how to put it into her register. Today, she rang it up to have all three burgers customized (not good - my parents like those ingredients!). I marched back to the counter with the wrong order and the manager did replace the burgers - but he acted like it was my fault! Excuse me, who is the customer? No "sorry" or other niceties. The manager was "working" expediting the orders for the counter only. The drive through cashier was doing his own order expediting and assembly. The cashier for the counter - the one and only cashier - had to keep helping the manager put together orders, while the line stacked up. The manager kept stopping to "catch his breath." The man looks like he eats in his own location too often. The sweet tea dispenser was empty. The only ketchup is in packets at the counter. The floor almost always looks like it needs to be swept. If a franchisee ran his location this way, Corporate would yank it away from him. I do not understand how this location can run this way for months on end - or years from the rest of the reviews. read more

Clearly the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Frequently, I stop by after the gym, mostly just to get a coffee. The drive thru is dysfunctional. If it is not working for some reason, they could post a sign. Instead people wait in line until someone finally comes on the speaker to tell them that something is down, but "you are welcome to come inside". On one occasion the restaurant was closed in the middle of the morning, doors locked, with a sign indicating that the staff did no show up. It is simply disorganized, poorly managed, under-staffed, poorly trained staff. Wish there was a McD's closer to me. read more

I went through the drive thru. I stopped by today with my children to get an Ice Cream, a smoothy and a coke. However the ladies at the drive thru made me wait so that they could finish their argument. When they finally took my order, they were rude. They got my order mixed up blamed it on me, did not give me my change, or receipt. When I tried to ask for my correct order they proceeded to roll their eyes at me and say that they would not give me my correct order. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a fast food restaurant. read more

Crap service at the drive thru window. I proceeded to one of two lanes here to get my order taken. An employee told me to hold, so I did. However, after being told that, another car in the other lane was getting her order taken, but she arrived after I did. After she proceeded to the drive thru window, no employee began to speak with me. I waited 2 minutes and still no reply. After that another car went to the other lane that was now open, and he got his order in and began to proceed to the drive thru window. By then I was fed up and backed out to go to the other lane, where a female employee spoke to me in a matter of seconds. She asked for my order, but I wanted to know why I was skipped TWICE without my order being taken. She just replied "well, you're here so what do you want?" With such a terrible reply with no apology, I told her I no longer wanted to do business with this place. She annoyingly said "okay" and left. "Great" job with the customer service here. read more
