During Christmas, I decided to stop by here to get the Grinch Meal and it took TWO FU**ING HOURS. Yeah that's right, two hours for a meal. They weren't even that busy anyway, so I don't know why'd they would take that long. When I did get my meal, it was good. But the thing I'm really not happy about was them lying to another customer. They said they didn't have Chocolate Milk, but when I got my meal, they did. Crazy. read more

It's always something with this place. For TWO YEARS every Uber Eats order from here was missing something. Every Time! I've just received a refund each time and just figured they can't handle the extra volume. It happens...not that big of a deal. But TODAY is the last time. They sent us a ROTTEN UNCOOKED burger patty! It's cold, slimy and has a terrible smell. There is no way they didn't know this was bad. Let's just say someone moved too quick and didn't look...the SMELL hits you first! This is someone intentionally serving raw rotten food! I'm calling the health department read more

a few hours ago, I decided to come to this McDonald's and eat with my grandchild (who is special needs) and immediately the cashier at the front look at him with disgust and asked us to leave. mind you he was extremely well behaved and quiet. read more

Ugh!!! The wait times and the customer Service. It's Ridiculous. They need manager oversight at night. read more

I'll give them benefit of the doubt, I usually never have a problem, but when I order a shamrock shake, I don't expect a vanilla shake with drops of mint. Can't even mix it myself with the paper straw I was given. I can't even mix the green stuff in the bottom in. It was a complete waste of $5. read more

This place had one car in line when I pulled up. I ordered a hot mocha on the app. The car in front of me took at least 5 minutes. I assumed they would have the coffee ready. Nope. I sat for another 5. Finally, the guy opens the window to hand me ... a frozen coffee. I tell him I ordered a hot mocha. He goes back to consult with another Cracker Jack employee. Returns after a few minutes and says "it's a frappe." Since I'd paid, I cut my losses and took the frappe. If you enjoy waiting or random subscriptions, this is your place. read more

This was a convenient McDonald's on US301 southbound to buy some ice cream cones and use the restroom. Inside service was fast; drive-thru seemed to move pretty good for eight cars in line. Restrooms were a mess. read more

Absolutely disgusted with this Big Mac sandwich that I ordered with no lettuce ,pickles , or onions so I don't know how they winded up spreader all over the under cooked patty. A refund is totally demanded and a possible meeting with a store manager read more

Went through drive thru, only one lane open. Girl taking the order sounded like she kept talking to someone else, then kept asking what and had us repeat the order a few times...then she said the drink machine was broken. We asked what else there was to drink if the machine was broke only to be ignored and kept asking what size fries we wanted. So we said cancel the order because we didn't want to pay for a whole meal and not have any drinks...guess she forgot her mic was still on because she said with an attitude "ughhhh really". I feel like every time we come through this McDonald the employees have an attitude problem, which is a main complaint I see in the comments. But I guess management here doesn't care because it is still happening. read more

It's a sad situation when you kick yourself for not checking Yelp before going to a fast food spot!! Stopped by this morning (8:25 on a Saturday), no one in the drive thru - yay! Placed order, received the order from a male employee with longer than shoulder length dreadlocks and no hair net - yuck! Caramel macchiato was missing the caramel!!!! Unbelievable. Will not return to this location! read more

Just a warning to the parents of children out there: there is no play place at this McDonalds location. Do McDonald's Corporation of website with this as having fun and it does not. Also, there is something really wrong with the ketchup dispensers. The ketchup is orange and really foul tasting. However, the service provided was. The cashiers really went thw distance for me since I had my toddler and a very bulky diaper bag with me. They helped me get a table and carried my tray and got us drinks! It is a new and very clean McDonalds. read more

This place was awful. Fast food is what it is and standards need to be adjusted accordingly. This store had at least six people behind the counter wandering around and no one could be bothered to take my order. I got back in my car and continued on. Just to cap off the experience the bathroom was disgusting. read more

If you figure they probably can buy their hamburger meat in bulk for about $1.99 per pound. They had to raise the price of a simple cheeseburger from $1.00 to $1.50 that is a 50% increase. You can probably get 20 out of one pound of meat thats 10 cents a piece ad a bun ,pickle & ketchup cost less than 25 cents a piece i,ll bet.Sounds to me they are taking advantage of the so called meat shortage.Farmers are getting less than what they got 25 years a go about a $1.00 a pound on the hoof. Only stop by there once or twice a year or at least i was. read more

The cashiers are the rudest people I've ever encountered in my life. The cashiers clearly dont like people and should be moved to the back. Today, the cashier made me wait at least 2 minutes while she wiped down trays. I'm not sure why wiping downs trays was a priority when there was a line of cars and her job is actually to collect money but go figure. read more

Every time I go in this McDonalds I am not happy. 3 weeks ago I had to make 3 trips to get my entire order correct. Three !!!Time is money as I was working an had to keep going back, Not to mention gas . And waiting for someone to acknowledge me. My most recent and Last time I will ever go there was 5,6,7 people behind the counter no one waiting on customers ,drive-in line wrapped around the building and they all were chatting among their selves. Asked a customer, anyone helping us here....he said no. Uncaring, very inefficient.....thank God for the one on Drury lane in La Plata, md. BOO for this one , don't bother read more

I have to drive past this McDonalds every morning on the way to work. I was stopping here for breakfast at the drive through. I left early one morning and decided to eat inside the restaurant. I am glad I did. I no longer eat there after seeing 3 roaches in the dining area. I did not even finish my breakfast. I would go to a different McDonalds if you just have got have your Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin. There are 5 or 6 McDonalds with on 10 miles of this one. read more

Counter service was polite. Restroom (men's) was pretty dirty. Fresh beef quarter pounder was dry. Fries tasted of old stale oil. I did not expect haute cuisine but this place was far below standards. read more

I haven't stopped at this McD's for years. This morning I was reminded why. Service poor, order wrong, ice tea sour. Drive on down to the one in Dahlgren if headed south. There's another McD's a few miles up the road if heading north along with a chick-fil-a. Avoid this McD's! read more
