Definitely no stars! Stopped for a quick bite with my 6 & 1 year old and the place smells funky.I figured it was because it was newly re-modeled. I wait for 5 minutes before I place my order because the guy at the register doesn't know how to make change for the person before me. Then, when it's my turn I don't even get a hello how can I help you just a blank stare. I finally order my food and after waiting 10 minutes I get my food, I get to my table only to find my fries ice cold and my McRib had onions & pickles (I had told them to hold those). So I complain to the manager and also bring to her attention the lacking customer service only to have her get upset and use the excuse that the employees were new....by the way the high chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month and the play yard was filthy :( read more

One star is too many for this AWFUL mcdonalds. Never have i had one restaurant mess up an order so many times. I work about 2 blocks away and just due to convenience would get bfast on the way in. The last time i finally gave up, when i ordered 4 egg mcmuffins with no meat, as my coworkers and i are vegetarians, and got meat on all, not to mention double meat on one. I mean really? Had to leave work to exchange sandwhiches and called ahead, got there and no one had even started making them so i had to wait. No sorry, not even a free small coffee for the inconvenience, just a deep sigh and attitude when I said what i was there for. I asked for a manager and asked her why it was so hard (as this had happened about 6x before)to just not put meat on the sandwiches. the manager gave me a blank stare, said what do you expect when your'e working with minimum wage people, and walked away. Oh, and did I mention that when I got there I was in line behind 2 OTHER people that were bringing in wrong orders? Somethings obviously wrong. Customer service sucks, and if thats how your workers are, give the job to someone who actually needs the money enough to do their job properly. read more

The slowest McDonald's coast to coast. Took 15 minutes for two burgers and fries at 10:15 at night. With 2 managers on the floor, imagine how long it would take during lunch or dinner rush times. A person would retire before getting their meal. Management meatheads will certainly cause me to drive a little farther to get my food in a reasonable time. I waited 10 minutes for cold food. I have never left a bad review, but this one warrants it. I was in the drive thru and there was only two other cars and nobody in the dining area, it was probably closed at this point. So it's not even remotely busy, but it still took 10 minutes. I don't mind waiting a little longer because that usually means the food is being made fresh, but even then, 10 minutes is unreasonable. Then when I finally get the food, the fries are literally cool. Just a few fries were somewhat warm and still hard/stale. I've had fries that were starting to get old several times, but never cold fries. Meanwhile, I hear that iphone keyboard clicks of someone texting or something. They should put down the phone when there are costumers and make sure the food is up to par. Management needs to step it up, considering how many one star reviews there are. They're taking people's money, they need to have a little pride in what they are serving, even fast food. read more

MANAGER (chubby Hispanic man) has the worse attitude ever! I came to this MC Donald's because is very close to my work. I had bad service and a different MCDonald's do to the staff messing my order up ONCE AGAIN so I received a coupon that can be used at any Mc Donald's ... so I came to this McDonald's and Manager STATED YOU can't use this here go to the one the Mc Donald's that gave you this... also you need to consume and pay for something else in order to receive the voucher for a free burger and said I'm doing you a favor and walk off. Today we went to eat lunch...first of all i have a stoma and i needed to drain my stoma bag when i seen that the rest rooms were out of order( both! ) and i asked the manager when it was going to be done cause i needed to drain ( it was urgent) first of all managers need to know what going on , but for me she didnt have no clue but she said oh im sorry.....shake my head. I asked her were they can use the restroom , she said pick up stick ( wow making me walk with a semi full bag) i didnt have no choice......i went and when i came back my food was cold ( thank to the damn staff ) then i notice people still going in and i seen 5 disabled adults needed to use the restroom but they didnt do nothing to help the person whom was with these adults....dining room was messy , smell like pee.....this is the wrost " wrost " mcdoulds ive ever gone to....and it will be my last coming here!! Really bad experience! This is not the first time it happens to me but I when to get 2 Big Mac meals on the drive thru and by the time I got home I open up my hamburger meal and there was no meat on it, just bread, lettuce and cold cheese, so I went ahead and opened my husband meal and I did find meat but it was not even warm and the cheese was not even melted! I'm so not happy cause I tried calling back and they were acting like retards, like I was the crazy one! But u know what! This is the last time we will go to this place for the really bad experience we had and the bad costumer service! Do not even try going to this place please! it's not worth it! I've never really been a fan of McDonald's. The food is generally subpar for most chain fast food places. And the prices never match the food for sure. But every once in a while you get that hankering for a Big Mac and often times end up in one of their drive thrus. Well this location is about average. Nothing great about it, nothing too terrible (outside of the expected). They do have a playground park which looked and smelled like it did in fact (Tina C pointed this out perfectly) need disinfectant. Shoes off is never a good policy. Their drive thru service is below average. They were at least nice but, not helpful. They at least got the order right but without a smile. The drive thru went through quickly but the cost was terrible for what you got. There was adequate parking but shares a lot with other eateries. For the same price just go to Jack in the Box, even if you might end up speaking to someone who repeats your Jumbo Jack order as a Yumbo Yack. read more

Usually have no problems here, but some of your night crew could use a little attitude adjustment. Came in tonight with a large order, my husband just got out of surgery and loves the rolo mcflurrys, So I ordered one, added extra oreo and m&ms to it, extra charge? NO PROBLEM! I get its mcdonalds so they get cheap people, I work in customer service too so I've seen it all, i know how annoying it can get. BUT there was no caramel, spoon full of reese's and barely m&ms or oreos! She made it half assed, and she knew she did, as I heard her ask someone if there was more reese's topping in which her co worker replied it was in the freezer, but did she go get some? NOPE. LAZY. I asked her to put more, and The big girl next to her cleaning the tray's responded with "Thats an extra charge" in a rude manner. GIRL I ordered all the damn toppings you have, what more of an extra charge for you to make it right? I never thought I would have to yelp a damn Mcdonalds of all things, but your workers really pissed me off. I thought every Mcdonalds was the same, but I guess yours is "cheap" at night, or you have the type of night crew to say the ice cream machine is broken lol. This McDonalds deserves no stars! For the 3rd time in a year, we ordered brkfst with hash browns, and the hash browns were awfull!! They had a horrible bitter aftertaste from the oil not being changed in a loonnngg time. After I complain, they do ok, then they are back to their old non-caring ways. Out of all the McDonalds restaurants around the world, this corporate location has to be one of the worst. Long lines in the drive thru, cold food, along with bad service and management are just the beginning. I have never in my life been as discussed with a McDonald's as I am with this one. Everyone should go to any other McDonald's but this one so that it can be closed down or better staff is hired. My son went to get me a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. Which they made sure to charge me! It's was all vanilla ice cream with very small amount at the bottom it was even less then what they normally put there was. The girl at the window told him it was extra ( more like extra nothing) he then asked for a manager who told him there was plenty of it there and that she would not doing anything else for him. So he headed home with my vanilla ice cream. We live about 2-3 minutes from there. When I called and asked information about the store the person on the phone started off nice until she realized what I was calling about then the additude started to come out. She flat out denied saying any of that to my son. When told her date and time stamp on the recipe she was hessitent and started to get upset. this mcdonald's was good to me in all categories. i went through the drive thru and they were super fast. as a matter of fact the fastest mcdonald's drive thru service ive experienced and witnessed the people ahead if me have. everyone got their orders under one min. as described on their sign posted at the first window where you pay. they were very attentive and polite exactly how real customer service should be. i was very pleased driving out of there. i gotta give credit where is due. read more
