This place has definitely come up a lot. You would imagine the customer service would be a tad bit better which is the only tank of a star here. The play area the ambience and cleanliness of the restaurant is overall satisfying for McDonalds. That's not saying much but also saying a lot if you know what I mean. Hopefully I just caught a bad drift of wind with that staff but let's hope it blows in sunshine. I've never had an issue with the food or contents of the area as it is in a more bougie place in Knoxville. The food was disappointing my child had wanted a happy meal and so I got her one, she ended up getting a rose toy as her toy, I tried asking the staff about it, and they kicked me out, and in the play place there was a tampon ad, then we saw a very scary image on the tv, but my child did draw this master piece read more

How the F are you gonna forget ranch on a small order. I ignored the medium drink with medium fry when I asked for large on both but if I have to pay a whole dollar for ranch I better damn well get it. These dumb pieces of waste of human life can't get anything right and they will mess up the simplest orders. I paid for at least 1 large fry and got 2 medium. I swear they hire mentally disabled people. And the fries are unsalted like how bad can the f up, well we will find tf out I guess. I'm about to go back and start throbbing hands. Inflation is too much to f up this bad. If you work at this McDonald's, kill yourself rn cause you don't need to be alive and this dumb. I'm writing about this McDonalds, because its the worst food I've ever gotten from them, but frankly there is nothing left on their entire menu at any location that's edible. I wanted a quick bite to eat so I stopped at the Lovell Road McDonald's. The first out of order issue was the entry door which was covered with fingerprints and smudges. We went inside and the cleanliness standard was unacceptable. Despite not being busy, several tables had not been bussed. The beverage bar had soda splattered all over the counter and the lid dispenser was very dirty with stuck on food. One of the beverage dispensers did not work. There was a handprinted sign, hung on it with a arrow pointing to the other dispenser panel. The partitions that hang from the ceiling dividing the booths, had fingerprints and food residue on them. The men's bathroom was definitely not up the standard. The sinks were dirty with water on the mirrors, and there was no soap with which to wash hands. There was toilet paper on the floor. The bathroom looked neglected. There were three hand sanitizer stations in the dining areas, all of which were empty. What a disappointing visit. read more

McDonald's please provide me with good service somewhere in this country. Unfortunately, this McDonalds did just the opposite. The fast food industry is so moly going down hill. My family and I were passing through Farragut and decided to stop at McDonald's for a QUICK cup of Java, a small fry and a Plan cheeseburger. We placed our order at the drive thru and pulled up to the window. The young Asian gentleman asked me to pull forward and told me that he would bring our order out to us. After waiting a full 15 min I had to go in and say something. Come to find out, no one had even put our order together. The manager asked who filled the order and the kid blamed the manager for not putting the order together. She then spent 5 min getting my Coffee, Fries and burger. As we departed , I looked in the bag and she forgot my burger. Really!!!! Shame on you for not training your personnel. read more

Excellent service!! The lady was super kind! I only saw the ME on her name badge so I'm unsure of her name. It was 3:30 a.m on Saturday night/ Sunday morning. She was patient, kind and friendly. This negative review is focused, primarily, around the "ambience" and, then, safety ... This McDonald's is located just a little bit off of the interstate, which makes it home to homeless and vagrants. Just about anytime you go in there, homeless will be hanging out -- and near camping out -- in the back part of the restaurant. And, just today, I couldn't get into the restroom, because one of them had gone into the restroom; locked himself in the stall; and, gone to sleep. I stepped up to the only person standing behind a register. He then told me that someone else will have to help me. Really? Who? Where is the someone else this guy speaks of? Finally someone came up and she was not exactly friendly. She got frustrated at the register and when she made my Frappe, she left quite a bit in the blender. Where do I start. We drove up to the McDonald's had to wait to order at the window when there was nobody in line ahead of us. So I had to say I'm ready whenever you are. Got to the window to pay and the woman just sticks her hand out for the credit card for payment does not acknowledge myself or anybody doesn't even confirm the order. Then I pull up to the order window and the individual's there just looks at me even after I acknowledge good afternoon she looks at me without any facial expression or verbiage in a way that was unbelievably rude. I cannot tellno if she even speaks or speaks english. She Just handed the food and when I asked if she could speak she evidently then closed the window and then started talking about me to all the other employees in a rude fashion thinking that I had insulted her when all I wanted to do was to confirm if me talking to her was a waste of time because she just stared at me the whole time like she did not want to be there. My experience at this McDonald's is that whoever your manager is has never trained these employees on what good customer service is they reflected the attitude that none of them wanted to be there none of them wanted to work and they could care less if you were there that you actually weren't inconvenience to them. I would never purchase any food at this restaurant ever again unless you want this similar attitude from the employees that they hire there. I tried to call the store number on the receipt and it goes to voicemail box that says it's full then when I call the comment number on the bottom of the receipt that goes to voice message where you can leave your message but interestingly it says don't leave anything derogative only polite responses or they will not respond to you which leads me to think this particular location must get a lot of complaints I mean a lot of complaints. It is the next day and I have not yet received a call back from their corporate office. Most likely because they don't care. read more

I can't speak to the experience of others, but mine was AWESOME! We were on a Christmas road trip to visit family and chose this location based on proximity to the interstate and presence of a PlayPlace for the kids to burn off some energy after being cooped up in the car for several hours. First, the most important part, the food. It was hot, fresh, and tasty. You pretty much know what McDonald's should taste like and this far exceeds expectations. Atmosphere. It's a McDonald's. Nobody expects linens, candlelight, and a harp. However, compared to other McDonald's, this contemporary design and recent construction outshine the local competition by a mile. The PlayPlace is obviously one of the newest designs and was much cleaner than expected. Actually, the whole place was pretty clean; even the bathrooms. It's quite obvious they strive for excellence here and the atmosphere is no exception. Service. The backbone of the, well, service industry. It's clear from the friendly greeting when we entered and the pleasant demeanor of the staff when we placed and received our order that management places customer service as a very high priority. And it wasn't just with us, as customers, but even their intra-team interactions were very amicable and goal oriented (keeping the customers happy). In summary, you really couldn't ask for anything better from McDonald's, or any restaurant for that matter. This location is usually good, but it's absolutely miserable for breakfast. I ordered inside and waited 15 minutes for my order (a biscuit and iced coffee). The customers who came in after me waited for about 5 minutes before someone came out to take their order. When I got my iced coffee, it was a small instead of a medium. I mentioned this to an employee and she argued with me and wouldn't give me the correct size. This isn't the first time I've been overcharged at this location, so I always have to check my receipt. read more

I was very impressed with this McDonalds. The restaurant & restroom were very clean. I received quick service & employee honored an online deal without question. Most impressive was the service. When a patron placed an order, food was delivered to her/his table. I ordered 2 coffees to go with special order on 1 coffee which qualified me for a free apple pie. I had planned to carry the 2 hot coffees & pie to our car. I was offered a carrier for the coffee but I refused the carrier since I did not want to be stuck with it in our car while traveling. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the workers carried the coffee to the car for me. Now that is service! My order was prepared as ordered & my husband who consumed the pie said it was quite tasty. I went to McDonald's on my lunch break. I got to the drive in and was glad to see one person in the first lane and the second lane wide open. I pulled in and waited to be greeted. They finished with the other customer, then another car pulled in the other lane, that order was taken, this happened for 5 cars in about 4 minutes before I got upset and parked. I went inside and saw the manager and told him what happened. He said the other lane was open and the lady must have went to the bathroom. As he said that she walked back in the kitchen from the bathroom with her headset still on ( not sanitary). He asked if I got anything and I told him no, I'll go somewhere else since I was mad at this point. He was content on letting me walk out. I stopped and asked for corporates number. He pointed at the window cling on the door. I then called that number and left a message. To start why is an employee going away from her station and no one covers it? Don't wear the headset in the bathroom. The manager didn't apologize, seemed content in the fact it was justified, then you don't let a customer walk out. How much money does it take to attract a new customer and your just letting one walk away mad, then to just point at a number on the door. That's rude and poor management. Then no call back from the higher ups at all. They must be swimming in customers and sales because they sure don't seem like they need me! read more
