Food was amazing. Unlimited bread sticks and endless Whitney Houston on the loud speakers.

We dined in. We both weren't super hungry but we're down for breadsticks. Ordered the Chicken Broccoli Penne for $11.99 + make entree a combo for $4.29. Combo includes a drink and choice of pizza slice/chips/house side salad. We chose the side salad. They gave us a number, the salad with packet of dressing, drink cup and we picked a table. The dining area was clean. Our entree and breadsticks came out in a few minutes. The assistant manager came around to check on customers; her name is Leilani and she was very kind and helpful. Great staff, Great food! We enjoyed the Hospitality of the One Girl manager there. (Didn't catch her name) My Husband and I LOVED THE Orange Dreamsicle Cheesecake! Absolutely a Hit!! He actually ended up surprising me to go order more for later at Home. The breadsticks were mediocre. Wish there was more butter or garlic on them, but I'm Italian so we know good breadsticks!! The Alfredo was good. The chicken Parmesan was also good. Could add a little bit more sauce... But everything was overall Great!! Plenty of Searing and Parking. The sink didn't work in the woman's bathroom but there is a Place to wash your hands... The Dude at the register was kind and helpful!! Thanks for serving us!! Stopped here for a family meal when our 1st choice was unexpectedly closed for the evening. We wanted something casual with kid-friendly options. On that front, Fazoli's definitely delivers! The menu was straight-forward and had many options that are kid-tastic like ravioli, spaghetti, and pizza. There is a limited kids menu that comes with a main dish and a drink. Two of my kids ordered pepperoni pizza and the other ravioli with alfredo. My husband and I ordered the sampler and spicy sausage baked penne. The food came out very fast and very hot. All of the meals were fine and on par with what you'd expect from fast Italian. The pastas a tad overcooked and the sauces majorly lacking in flavor/seasoning. However, the breadsticks are soft and amazing and the moz ball appetizer was really tasty! The seating area is spacious and tabletops clean. What a treat. The food and the service were exceptionally good. All the employees were wearing smiles that were not forced. It truly looked as if they enjoyed their work, which is a rare sight these days. It was a pleasure to not have to worry that a frown would ruin a fun night out. That's a sign of great management and ownership. Lily welcomed us with a smile, and was attentive during our stay. She then thanked us as we were leaving with that same genuine smile. Management can request that of an employee, but as in character, you just can't teach it. Lily is a success in the making. Our order came to our table quickly and hot. We all enjoyed our selections. I ordered the 3 meat lasagna. All three meats were in attendance and were abundant. Benjamin loved his spaghetti and especially the hot breadsticks. It had been quite some time since I've been to a Fazolis, so it was good to enjoy their hospitality once again. My local Fazolis in Southern California bit the dust for some reason or another. It's good to know that they're alive and kicking here in the Knox. The food is a solid 4 stars. The reason they get a 5th star is because I didn't have to shove a folded up napkin under a table leg to keep it from wobbling. Quick Tip: Just because the breadsticks are unlimited when dining in, it doesn't mean that you can hoard enough to build a mansion. Be reasonable, a one bedroom should be sufficient. read more

I just recently found out that they have gluten friendly options! You never know if it will actually be good or not, but there's is delicious! I ordered the gluten-friendly, chicken pesto rotini!! It was a large, filling portion for only $9.99!! Thankfully, my daughter can have gluten friendly options, so this probably wouldn't work for people who are strictly gluten free. Taste delicious I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with added meatballs makes it very filling and enough for 2 meals. Also the breadsticks are top of the line. Coming into Knoxville on a small vacation, I was surprised to find a fast-casual Italian restaurant that served a variety of pasta dishes. Boy, was it tasty! I ordered their baked spaghetti and meatballs and it was delightful! The bread-sticks were also delicious. Since it was my first time ever seeing a Fazoli's, the counter attendant helped me decipher their menu and place an order. 1st I asked a question in the drive thru and I guess the lady thought I was an idiot so she made fun of me. Then I paid $10 for FET ALFREDO. When they handed me my food I'm not even kidding there was 12 noodles in my bowl swimming in sauce!!!!!! I asked for my money back. I am so disappointed. My coworker had told me they were under new management and the food was better. Well I will not be back. Such a shame. No wonder there are only 2 locations left. It has been a number of years since I went to this location. It has undergone a renovation and transfer of ownership. I ordered the lasagna, and salad. My order was ready in under 10 minutes. I've given this 3 stars, but it is a very mixed review- The good: the food we've ordered has always been pretty good. My orders are always right and the staff is nice. The bad: The drive thru is closed almost every time we come. It's actually a running joke between my husband "if the drive thru will be open today or not." It kind of defeats the purpose of fast food Italian. There is often a crowd of people waiting 15+ minutes or more to get the food because they are so severely understaffed. It really isn't the employee fault but the staffing is a serious issue that is affecting the service. Summary- decent fast food Italian, just don't expect to get fast. read more
