I love Fazoli's for the "Fast Italian food" as advertised. However, this location is fantastic. Everything is always clean and well stocked in my experience. The manager Karen went the extra mile in giving me a free bonus (surprise) at the drive thru window! It really made my day, and this is not the first time that Karen has acted like an all-star in making sure guests are happy and taken care of. The rest of the staff is also very professional, always bringing breadsticks around in a timely manner. I have loved Fazoli's food since I was a kid, and this franchise doesn't disappoint. I visited for lunch on 5/28/18. It was amazing - so much better than I expected. I ordered the Lunch-pick 2 with spaghetti/meat sauce and Ravioli, which came with a drink and bread sticks. All for only $5.00. The food was hot and fresh and delivered to my table fairly quickly. The portions were generous with plenty of meat sauce. They brought around additional bread sticks. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and the employees very nice and helpful. Best of all, the price was unbeatable. It's no wonder the place was pretty full, even on a holiday. My boyfriend and I eat at this Fazoli's for lunch 3 days a week. The staff is very polite. The restaurant is clean and quiet. Service is fast, and the menu has lots of choices to try. Lunch combo is $5 with breadsticks, drink, and 2 mini entrees. When their card reader was upgraded and needing a little work, the manager offered to give me my meal free of charge. She even let me take a bowl of all you can eat spaghetti home one time. The ravioli is my favorite (they have vegetarian options). The brownie i had was delicious. read more

This was my family's second visit this week. Both meals were excellent. The service was fast and the employees were very friendly. We also really appreciate Fazoli's giving back to our kids' school! This is becoming one of my daughter's favorite restaurants. What she likes best about Fazolis is that they have very good breadsticks. And now she's excited for kids' night (Tuesday). Their $5 lunch deal is awesome. You can get any two items plus a drink and breadsticks for $5.46 out the door! The service is great, although you do have to sometimes wait a bit in the drive through, but the employees are always friendly and helpful and make it a positive experience.
