Friendly people, but really depends on what time you go there. If you want the best service from this McDonalds go in the late hours. Grave yard shift is where you'd get the best service. I'd give that shift 4 stars by itself if I could. During the day service is hit or miss. Ice cream machine is often broken. It's good habit to check your food before you leave. I think a call to the health dept is needed for this McDonalds. I reported to the manager that the handicapped bathroom was leaking, the floor was all wet and a sign should be placed on the door not to use it. I also told him the soap dispenser was out. He said he knew about the toilet and shrugged his shoulders about putting up a sign. And how do employees wash their hands without soap? I have never written a bad review in my whole life but let me tell you the customer service was the worst thing to ever exist we ordered meals with the monopoly stickers got a bag advertising it but absolutely none of our food had it, went inside to resolve the issue and got pushed away after saying the kiosk I ordered on was wrong then later my boyfriend went in after we screenshotted everything on my app and they still only gave the cups with sticker gave one sauce and sent us on our way... Stopped here on way back from Florida on what shaped up to be an absolute nosebleed nightmare of a trip that lasted nearly 18 hours in a vehicle that I basically was chained to drive. Was a rented car so oh well. This is your standard McDonalds really. You kind of get what you're used to and what you should expect with any McDonald's anywhere. Which is: 1.) a semi-clean dining room. There are usually a large crowd at points so keeping the area clean can be a challenge and really - just in general - you don't come to a McDonalds for a dine-in great experience and a five star dining experience. 2.) decent food overall. It's fast-food. You know what you are getting because the staff is trained to make the items the same way over and over and over. Really if you have a bad meal there's really something wrong. 3.) mild bathroom cleanliness. Really a crapshoot. I would recommend putting toilet paper down on the seat and clean as much as possible before using rest room. I got an iced coffee and sandwich. It was standard overall. Not like it matters because it's McDonald's but whatever. Messed up my order (used mobile app, wrong food matched to right order); I had only realized this after I drove home however. I drove back to get it remade, and they had remade it... however when I opened the container the burger was spoiled and/or undercooked. It smelled like a wet dog or rotting animal. Busiest McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life! Seriously! We arrived here around 10am on a Friday morning and there were cars and people everywhere. We were just getting our food to go, but rather than deal with the drive-thru (the cars in line were wrapped around the building), we opted to park and go inside to order. Ordering inside proved to be rather chaotic because it seems they are adding touch screens for ordering now? Also, there were so many lines and so many people (in addition to the touch screens) that no one seemed to know where to go to order. It took a good 15 minutes just to order and get our food. With all the chaos, why 4 stars? Because the food was hot and perfectly put together. I couldn't have asked for better food from a McDonalds. I guess the cooks are use to the chaos. I order a triple with no onions, no mustard, they put onions melted into the cheese with mustard under it, and onions between each patty... I order it with ketchup only, they do the same thing but this time soak it in the world's supply of ketchup, until the bun is soggy. I order it plain add ketchup and they do it right. So st least third time was a charm and makes it seem to be a user error. Just order your food correctly and they won't crucify you for it I guess. read more

Didn't feel like cooking dinner, this was my sons choice he wanted to try the Mac mini. Place is always busy and no one knows how to properly use the 2 lanes to order. Just pick one and commit, looks like employees don't know how to take turns taking orders from each window. 3 cars went through the other lane before someone responded to my yells of "hello". What a disappointment the Mac mini was a quarter pounder dressed like a Big Mac. He somehow convinced himself that it was a mini version of a big Mac. I waited in line at the drive through for about 40 minutes. My review was solely based on my drive thru experience. I was looking for something quick and easy and this fit the bill. Right off of 95 and just straight across the highway when you exit. Modern drive thru with 2 lanes. I spoke right up with my order of 1 sausage egg n cheese McMuffin and expressed no drink or no meals. The young lady was very friendly and efficient and asked me to pull right around to the window. I was greeted with a smile by the pretty cashier with a nice smile who politely took my money and told me to have a nice day which I replied back thank you and to have a great day as well. This world needs more warm faces and friendly smiles to make it a better place. Kudos to McDonald's, I wish I had gotten her name but all I could discern was KS # 13. If you like to be surprised by your order this is the McDonald's for you. Making a sandwich simply the way it comes on the menu is impossible for this location. Undercooked eggs for breakfast with shells in them is grossly common. Undercooked meat is also a favorite here. And when you bring them your burger that's still raw (and visibly bloody and mushy) they're always kind of enough to look at you like you're crazy for not wanting to catch a food born illness (not just once, but numerous visits). This is the only McDonald's pretty much in the entire county, (besides the one on base...) So it's always super packed. You would think that with how busy they always are, they'd be a way better McDonald's with fresh food. Well sadly, that is NOT the case. My experience today is what made me finally write this review. We came here today, and ordered a large WELL DONE French fry, along with a fish filet sandwich. The cashier put "well done" on the ticket, so there should have been no mistake. We pulled up and paid, and got super cold and soggy fries. So, we went back through the drive thru, and told them. They just switched out our fries and gave us even more soggy fries. At this point, my husband had to park and go INSIDE, because they couldn't seem to understand what "well done" meant. So on the THIRD time, they FINALLY got our order right. Meanwhile, the fish filet we ordered was sitting in the car getting cold. I wouldn't be so angry, I wouldn't have went back through the line, and I would have left HAPPY if the fries would have actually been hot or at least fresh! While my husband was inside, he heard an elderly lady ask for more chocolate in her milkshake, (because it looked like it didn't have hardly any in it!), and the employee complained stating that "it's too hard to do." How is putting more chocolate in a paying customer's milkshake "hard to do"? Seriously. Get off of your tail, and do your job! The fact that the staff at this restaurant definitely does not care about their customers wants/needs, is why this restaurant deserves one star. This is a spot with restaurants surrounding it. The order process is a two lane drive through with two windows. I had to spell out my order to the person on drive through. They did complete my order correctly and within a reasonable time. The fries were hot and food was fresh. The parking lot is in good condition with exception of trash on the ground. The inside is neglected its regular walk through cleaning and takes generally need wiping down. I recommend drive through service until more attention can be paid to the customer areas. Now that the employees have got their raises, maybe the management will be able to get them to have pride in their workplace read more

(3/10/2016) Pretty much a McD's like any other. Was on a northbound roadtrip, this McDonald's was very close off I-95. Bathrooms were sufficient, kind of smelly (and yes, more so than even what you'd expect from a public bathroom). Breakfast sandwiches (thank you McD's for FINALLY doing all-day breakfast, took you long enough to figure it out) were piping hot, as was the coffee. Hash browns were a little wan, and dry (possibly too much time under the heat lamp). Nice wide swath of grass on the side for the dog, and she liked her hash brown too (cooled, please). read more

The cashier was very friendly but had to type my order in 3 times before getting it correct. When the order came up, I checked each Happy Meal at the counter, they gave me an extra order of chicken nuggets. My children are young and I told the employee I didn't want it to go to waste because my children won't eat it. He sighed, took it from me, and threw it in the trash. I was so flustered from the exchange that I went out to the car, only to realize they had not given me the 3 milks that go with the Happy Meals. When I returned to get the milks the female employee was very polite. The manager seemed flustered as she knew the staff was not getting things right.
