I was at this location around 1:35pm on 1/26 and was very disappointed by the customer service at the drive window. I hope this reaches the Higher management / director. The girl was caucasian with darker hair in a ponytail and appeared to be maybe late 20s or early 30s. Typically, I never leave reviews. In this case, I feel someone needs to be aware of the poor customer service and attitudes occurring at the window. As a Regional Director, customer service is my first priority when visiting my locations and other comp locations. I pulled up and read off my coffee order, the same order I get daily from other locations. The girl interrupted me while I was ordering twice so I repeated my order then she rudely said to pull to the window. At the window, I put my card in the reader and communicated that I did not need a receipt. The girl said obviously. (Unsure why this comment occurred) The attitude still occurred even after a generous tip was left. The girl handed me my coffee and I started to drive away but quickly noticed my cup did not feel full. I backed up to the window and asked her if I could get the coffee full or the correct coffee. She rudely asked what was wrong with the coffee so I pulled the lid off to show that the coffee was not in the cup. It was only an expresso shot. Instead of an apology and trying to correct it, the girl rudely said, "well the latte comes with an expresso shot so my confusion but I did ask you to read the screen so". I politely told her this is not how they are made and I never have had an issue prior. I just wanted the coffee and go. The girl continued to show attitude and make snarky comments. I highly encourage this individual to not work on front line or drive thru as customer service is not a given skill. I will attempt to visit this location again in hopes the atmosphere has changed. They have an I quote a quote on the side of their building saying "This store is dedicated to people United by their courage to serve our country" that doesn't end there though they also have inside the store a banner that says "Military Family Store" Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay Kingsland GA. I myself am a service member and I am not only flabbergasted but I am completely aghast and disturbed that they still do not give service Members their proper respect and appreciation that we deserve! With use of the Starbucks app add it to your cell phone you can pre-order you're a cup of coffee in multi sizes and breakfast or snack food also from small sandwiches and wraps. To pastries like cake slices, donuts, cookies and cupcakes. The App warn you if you order too early your food might be sitting and getting cold or if you order too late you might have to wait by the time you get there. So it knows the distance between your location and your chosen pick up Starbucks store. Which you could change at any time. That's good technology. The staff here is friendly and always greet you upon entering their store. The outdoor seating and the indoor facility is in good standing. The Internet is always usable and I have never experienced any downtime with it. I typically enjoy their seasonal drinks and snack foods. That seems to change every few months. The parking is decent however sometimes The drive-through line goes through the middle of their parking lot and block people in. Even if you're just going inside for your pre-paid pick up order. You might find yourself in this dilemma. Not always but sometimes. So I park far away from the drive-through as I can. I will return :) read more

Rudest. Manager. Ever. Meagan was a nightmare. And I mean that almost literally. Went in to order because there was a 6 foot banner outside saying WE'RE OPEN. Spoke with a nice barista, but then Meagan rudely butted in from a different register area, yelling at me that I could not order inside and explaining they were closed for cafe orders. I said "but your sign says 'WE'RE OPEN.' " And then it just got stranger. She became aggressive and hostile and even threatened to call the police. Ny Asia was obviously not wanting to give the normal Starbucks experience of friendly service. We did get attended to right away. I just wish if people don't wanna work they just stay home because why should I get money for poor service. So now that were in the car and try and our coffees two of the three coffees are cold I really can't believe it. Are two breakfast sandwiches were warm So that's the only plus from our experience. Dirty sink, floor and toilet in restroom. Despite ordering ahead, waited 15 min past the estimated pickup time for my tall Pike.

Inside is closed for ordering and the drive thru line is around the building making it hard to enter or exit drive thru line and / or park and get in and out. We did a mobile order and entered the drive thru line, then thought we could go in and pick up our order, then saw people walking away from building with nothing in hand and discouraged. We circled the building again and got back in the drive thru line, then saw people coming away with orders from inside. Finally saw one end of building is open for mobile pickup. Very confusing and drive their line needs to be re-thought so it doesn't wrap around entire building. read more

The best visit ever to a Starbucks Coffee. Kingsland Georgia is the brand new home to Starbucks Coffee full service brick and mortar. Near the Georgia-Florida border off the I-95, Three (3), and approx 1 mile East on Boone Ave: That welcoming familiar green and white sign and building on the right lit up and ready for business. This is opening day, and I was so very fortunate to be able to meet the new baristas. Very spacious inside and well lit, there are single two person tables spread around an extra large wooden table. Padded orange chairs and a matching bench style seating around a round table gives the ambience of a place which serves up something special to their customers. The drive thru is a bit tight like most modern ones you see, be careful and slow. My experience was fantastic. Now that the season to be jolly is in full force, there are those wonderful turkey sandwhiches and cranberry bliss bars, PSL and peppermint mochas, plus all the fine ornaments and gifts. Speaking of; Bring back the twenty oz spill proof stainless tumblers, Starbucks. Also, need more AMERICAN MADE products. Each visit is a complete joy here. An example for other stores. Terrible people, extremely slow service, 32 minutes of sitting in the drive thru and it's not as though they didn't have the staff. That place was busting with people when I went through. I pulled into the parking spot seeing as there were customers in the lobby and an old man looked me in the eyes as he came out before I walked in and put 'lobby closed'. I looked at him, then the people inside. Then back at him. There's no leaving either cause the parking lot successfully makes it to where you're trapped unless they get the drive-they moving which they never do. Not a good experience for a college student needing a quiet coffee environment to work in to avoid a loud home at 1 in the afternoon. read more

Nice place though very busy, so just if you decide to go inside and not drive thru it takes a bit. Also you may get stuck in parking spot as drive thru lines wrap around the building... and people block you in. But coffee and food is always perfect and service is great! I am usually not the one to feel the need to leave a review but I was BEYOND dissatisfied after coming here today. I asked for a venti size ICE WATER with a splash of açaí, reason being I hate the taste of the tap water but I don't like overly sweet drinks. Emphasis on SPLASH OF AÇAÍ. I was originally charged for a water and then a +$1.00 charge for the juice, which I know is standard as I previously worked at a Starbucks from my home state: NJ. This was expected. Once I got to the window I was informed that I couldn't get my drink because it couldn't be charged like that, which confused me because I've never had an issue at my location making this order or when I've went to other locations, receiving my order. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to be charged for a "custom tea latte". This was absurd to me because I literally just wanted an ice water with a splash of juice, it could've barely been a tablespoon and I would've been satisfied. I don't know if they thought I was trying to finesse the system and pay less for a refresher but instead I was charged $5.00 for my cup of water.....I have to say that I will not ever go back because I've never had such an awfully wrong charge for a drink I'm familiar with. I don't know if it's a corporate decision or just a decision made by the woman at the window but either way it was enough for me to decide that I'd rather go anywhere else. $5.00 for a water is RIDICULOUS. wish I could give 0 stars... read more

This is the worst Starbucks, the caramel frappuccino always tastes Horrible to me, it is not is good like the one on Yulee.

I would love this Starbucks if they would stop closing their lobby. Every other time I go it seems their lobby is closed. I've made Mobil orders before and had to pick them up through the drive through. I made a Mobil order today and it was sent to the Starbucks in the next town because their lobby was closed again ( it was open the day before). The app showed the Starbucks closest to my house as the favorite so I thought it was ordering there. Once I went through the drive through they told me I made the order somewhere else but asked what I ordered and they would check with the manager to give it to me free since I already paid. When I got to the window they charged me and when I asked about it, they said I needed to call the number in the app to get a refund. So I had to pay twice. There is no phone number in the app btw, you have to chat with a robot. But I did get the refund so... yay? read more

This Starbucks recently opened in my husband's hometown so we stopped by on our way out of town from Thanksgiving. The store is very clean and has plenty of seating space. The store was busy but it didn't take long to get my drink order. I placed my order with Anthony who was very friendly. I overheard him tell the person in front of me that he served in the army and he thanked her for her service in the Navy (Kingsland is the closest city to Kings Bay naval base). As I waited Anthony personally went around and made sure everyone had what they needed and that they were satisfied with their order.
