We started early today so it was helpful that this Dunkin' starts serving at 4:30 am. We were here at closer to 5:30 and got a large coffee for the road. Super incredibly hot, it wasn't at a drinkable for close to 30 minutes. Yowza! But once it wasn't at Third Degree Burn temperature, it was the right flavor and had the right amount of cream in it that I had ordered on the Dunkin' app. There is a drive through here but my Sprinter van won't fit. Staff are amiable, the food is fresh. The place is clean. Everytime I have walked in three employees are working on the drive through and one person is on the register thus if you are online there is always a wait. I do not mind waiting however when the line gets longer, how about someone coming over to help out? I will return but would hope for a little pep in their step. read more

First, love DD and I have been to this location probably 30 + times. Today... they really let all their customers down badly. I timed it in my phone, 18 + minutes to order a half dozen donuts. One customer in front of me (inside). Meanwhile the drive through I saw at least 10 cars go through while I waited 18 minutes inside. On 10/31/2020, at 5:01 we attempted to order a drink and 2 bagels. This 10 min process (with only one person in the line in front of us) resulted with the attendant lying that the manager told them that they cannot make a drink a specific way. "The manager is right here and they said they can't make it... I'm sorry." When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that the manager on duty was not there. After we accepted that we weren't going to get our beverage the way we had gotten at least 10 times before, we were then told that they didn't have any bagels. We weren't offered anything, but a refund not even a sorry from the manager... because the manager wasn't there. This is absolutely abhorrent behavior especially from a business that is in competition with other better businesses in the immediate area. read more

Poor management of this store was our experience today. Trash piled up in the trashcan spilling out onto the sidewalk outside. Inside the ladies' room trash again spilling out onto the floor. The men's room had soap all over the sink where the bottom head come out of the soap container. Someone had placed a tissue over the soap, as if that was going to help. Again, in the main dining room, the trashcan was filled to the brim. The poor young girl who was waiting on us was woefully undertrained. She was taking people's orders and then taking other's orders right behind them, not filling the orders immediately, so then she was confused and was getting orders wrong.She was confused and obviously unable to handle the transactions alone. There were two other people in the store, one exclusively handling the drive-through, the other a lady in the back who worked for Baskin-Robbins and was obviously putting together the ice cream cakes and delivering them to the front freezer. Another employee, a girl with long brown hair came in during all this, the young girl asked her question, she literally threw up her hands and said "it's not my job" and went to the back, still leaving the newbie to try and deal with customers who were waiting and waiting . This is a very busy store, right off of I 95. There is no way that there should be so few people manning the store during spring break week. I feel bad for the young lady who is new, I would be surprised if she hangs around very long if they continue to treat her like this. I won't be stopping at this DD again. read more

Stopping here with a family of 6 the day after Christmas was a risk as we knew they would be busy. And we were right. I placed a mobile order with some items while still on the highway to shorten our inside order. Once we arrived, I ordered the rest of the member's items inside. The staff were on top of their game. Friendly, prompt, attentive along with double checking we had everything from both our mobile and inside order. The line was out the door but they handled everything with swiftness and grace. The only downfall was the drive-through line was too long to be able to park in their parking lot so we had to park at the gas station next door. While I appreciate the time and effort it came for the Dunkin' Donuts associate to get off his phone and come face to face with me and tell me they did not have my order/wouldn't have my order/didn't want to substitute anything after I'd already paid online .... wait .....no I didn't appreciate it. Because during a pandemic the very last thing you want from someone is their face in direct contact with yours and no friends he wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. I get it. Democrats made up the Coronavirus to get Trump out of office. Still. You know you work in fast food. You should wear gloves. Did I mention I paid? A large amount of money for a large order. You don't have croissants? Okay ....may I have a bagel? You can't do that? You don't have the drink my son wants? Why not substitute it? We stopped by to get donuts and drinks for the kids, and we didn't even receive half of our order. We were told to come back at 5am to "get the rest of our order". My son brought me donuts and coffee. He said service was friendly and quick. Only thing he said was if your ordering donuts through the drive thru and don't know what there selection is (which he didn't) you end up with half a dozen donuts you don't really eat. They are always out of something. Cups, lids, food, it's endless. If you request any food that requires toasting, do not expect it to be toasted. Nothing you order will ever be toasted. You'll be lucky if the food is even cooked through (nothing like mushy, sort of warm/cold, microwaved eggs). Drinks are rarely made properly. The line is usually fast. I asked for a flavored frozen coffee but never got any flavoring and when I asked them to please fix it they put way too much in.
