I am guessing the cashier did not like the amount. After we paid she whispered something to the girl making the smoothies and they both looked over at us. If that's the case the management needs to handle that behavior.

I ended up ordering a green smoothie with fresh bananas and coconut water. I added fiber too. I opted out of getting their premixed juices cause I don't like overly sweet drinks. Not upset tbh but I hope the owner sees this because the kids you're hiring need training fr.

I have had their food a few times and it is average for a coffee shop, but good enough. The staff is friendly. However, I do think there is an issue with their app/online ordering. My last 10 or so online orders have been wrong. I order a hot latte and they always make it iced! I think it must be an issue within their ordering system. They are always happy to remake it, though. Their lattes are fairly consistent. I have had a few below-average orders, but it's rare. They are very well priced. I rate their lattes better than the local Starbucks and Foxtail, and much better priced. I do think asking for a tip every order is ridiculous, though. This isn't even a sit-down cafe. It is purely a drive-through. What is there to tip? Even the app asks for one before your order is even made.
