This location has become so unreliable for us lately. Our orders are consistently wrong (including today's order), and the customer service is terrible. The gentleman hand delivering to all 4 cars - yes, they asked 4 (cars) orders to move forward and wait...had a very unhappy disposition. He delivered our bag with a look of major discontent - a huge frown. Just smile people. My parking (in the second line) made it difficult for cars behind me to leave the window. Seemed dangerous for customers walking in and out of the building. A driver glared at me - I understood his frustration because it probably seemed to him that I just decided to park in the way of the flow of traffic - he didn't know why I was there. I was parked where the McDonald's employee asked me to park to wait for my order. This location used to be a pleasant experience. Even when an occasional order was incorrect. If the order was very wrong, I could call and the manager would ask if I could come back to replace the order. I tried to call the number on the receipt. No luck. I tried calling the number on the website. No luck. There are problems at this location. I hope it improves. read more

I come here to this store on a weekly basis. The food is timely and tasty, including my favorite: the McDouble! At the same time, the store is usually understaffed, resulting in high turnover. The store is clean, tidy, and renovated. Definitely what you expect from a good McDonalds! read more

I'm used to getting poor service. It's McDonald's, that comes with the territory. Today was just a bit worse than normal. I had a larger than normal purchase, but the kid taking the order kept interrupting me asking if that was all. After each item, sure. But if I'm still talking, I'm probably not done. I turn my truck off when I'm in drive throughs so it's easier to hear, but maybe he was having difficulty with their speaker system? Either way, a minor annoyance at best. I double checked to make sure all my items were there when I was still in line, but failed to notice the absence of my sauce for the 20 piece I ordered. Ordered two McChicken sandwiches, plain. Got one plain and one spicy plain. Ordered the new bacon cheese fries. Had maybe a teaspoon of bacon bits (not a surprise, or big deal) and even less cheese (kinda why I got them), and it was all on the bottom, like they added the fries after. Also ordered two of the Grand burgers with Gouda and bacon. Asked for both to be doubles, and neither to have onions. Both came out singles, and both had onions. All of this might've been tolerable, but none of the food was hot. The cheese wasn't melted on any of the items we got with cheese, and the fries were limp noodles. Anyway, I'll never go to this McDonald's again, but that isn't going to hurt their business any, since I go to a McDonalds once every couple months. In short, expect to get things you didn't order, and the things you get to be wrong, and cold. So, I guess, expect McDonald's level service from this McDonald's. read more

This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to. If there are 8 cars in the drive through or none, you will still have to wait for your food. Every time I visit there is nothing fast about this place. Last time the cashier window did not have change for $10 for my $7 meal. Then I went to the next window and told to pull up to wait for change and food . Today they are not even taking orders right away when you pull in . The last 2 cars are waiting at least 5 minutes to order. If my child wasn't demanding McDonald's right now I would leave . I do not understand why there is a problem every time I am here. read more

This McD's is terrible. Ordered 2 six piece nugget happy meals and a large fry. 1 happy meal had 4 nuggets and the other had 5. We had to pull up and wait on fry's! Both happy meals had very little fry's. read more

This particular establishment is lucky I gave them a 1-star rating. If there was a 0-star selection, I would have given that instead. I used McDonald's mobile app to order some items from their menu. When I arrived at the pickup window, I was informed that item was no longer on the menu. If McDonald's wants customers to use their mobile app, the least they could do is to keep their menu up to date. In today's technology, there is no excuse for out of date information on a web site. When I asked if I was going to be charged for the order, the worker at the window could not answer the question. When the on-duty manager came to the window, she stated I would have to cancel the order through Uber Eats. She had no idea on how to contact Uber Eats to ensure the order was cancelled. Does McDs really need Yelp reviews? When I go to McDonald's I expect two things. Quick and efficient delivery of food I know I should not be ingesting and then the afterglow of shame and malaise from having eaten said food. I get the shame and malaise at this location but this has to be the WORST McDonald's for speed and service. Whether it's a coffee in the morning or a quick evening bite they consistently deliver some of the slowest service possible. read more

Food is okay. Kids play area is not kept very clean. The bathroom hardware needs upgrading, always seems to be have a problem.

I don't write negative reviews at all but this place needs a complete re-staffing. Carelessness and lack of customer service is an understatement. Sunday (07/27) afternoon I made a drive thru order (salad for the gf and a large fry). Mind you, I was charged for extra salad dressing. Upon paying, I drive up to receive my order, the male employee doesn't say a word as he hands me the food. My mistake was not checking the order. When I got home, no salad dressing, not even the extra one I paid for. The "large" fry container was filled only half way and cold to the touch. You have ONE job. Put the exact order in the bag. Yes it's McDonalds, and yes the food is pretty standard and you get pretty much what you're expecting, but the problem with this location is making sure you get what you ordered. On numerous visits wrong items have been given and we've had to go back in to get it corrected. Staff just doesn't seem to care, drinks have been messed up, and all of them come out with the "double checked" sticker.... if that's true this location should probably triple check. read more

I hate to give a McDonalds 4 stars, but this place consistently deserves it. Today they gave me coupons for my meal at the register, my son a sticker and they carried my tray out to the play area. My son always meets new friends at the play area and someone is constantly cleaning the play area or throughout the restaurant. On a dreary, cold, rainy day like today, this place gives my son the freedom to run and yell while I can sit and watch and use the free wifi. Win win. read more

This location never seems to have it together. There is always a long wait in the drive-through. Our meals are almost always wrong, and for kids that is devastating. For example, having cheese on your fish filet sandwich when you asked for plain means that your child won't eat it. You also can't pick off melted cheese. I always check now, and more times than not I have to hand it back to the cashier. We have also been here on 3 occasions for a quick ice cream and have been told that the ice cream machine is broken. I was also here one morning and just ordered a biscuit for my child. When I arrived to the window to pay, I was told that the credit card machine was broken or offline. I did not have cash, and was very upset that I wasn't told before I placed the order. My child was super hungry and had her heart set on a biscuit. We didn't have a lot of time to go somewhere else. I asked if there was a manual credit card machine. The kid said no so I asked to see a manager, and she seemed very rude about the whole situation. I said that I could come back with some cash, but could I just have the biscuit for my hungry child. I also asked if they could make sure to let customers know before they ordered that they were not accepting cards. She gave me the biscuit, but it was with a sarcastic comment about me wanting it for free, and no apology whatsoever about not being told that they were not able to accept cards before I ordered. Wow! I probably have not been to a McDonald's in over ten years and boy have things changed! When I pulled up to the drive thru, I was shocked to see the revolving menus and double entry points so more than one car can order at a time. It was a really smart use of space. I was immediately greeted by a cheery order taker that seemed genuinely happy to assist with my order. The menu has changed quite a bit and they now offer oatmeal and egg white options for breakfast. I give most Mcdonald's negative stars for the way they are so stingy with their condiments and how they treat customers like dirt. However, this location is very different. I take my daughter here and the play area is spotless. They are very generous and walk around with extra condiments. Employees smile constantly and ask it they can get you anything else. read more

Mohammed is the best employee at that location! My family goes there almost every Weds evening and he couldn't be more helpful to us! He is the only reason we keep going because they always get our order wrong!! I actually would be willing to offer free business consulting to the owners if they wanted help! Just returned from this McDonalds in beautiful Cinco Ranch, but inside it looked like a trailer park greasy spoon dump. Not one table was clean, there were no lids for sodas, stacks of filthy trays piled high on overflowing garbage bins, no napkins in the dining area, soda spilled on the counter, and " the manager" dropped a mans breakfast on the ground picked it up and served it with an apology. This location is consistently understaffed or lacks good management. How can you order 2 hot mocha coffees and one be right and the other AWFUL. The drive thru is always backed up and the wait inside is horrible(mostly because he employees are not concerned with customer service). Their excuse is we are understaffed.
