This McDonald's is fine during the day but at night it is horrible. Every time we come to the drive thru at night, it takes almost 45 minutes just to get our food. Nobody apologizes for the wait, nobody addresses the fact that it's taking so long. So many cars have pulled out of the drive thru after ordering without their food because they can't wait that long for FAST food. Ordered food for take out via the kiosk. No problem there. Received our food quickly for a Thursday night around 10:00 p.m.. Left with our food and took a bite of the Snack wrap (ordered 2) and both were cold and the chicken was hard. The fries were even worse. They were petrified! They are supposed to be open 24 hours but nobody there wants to work so they close up at 9pm and ignore you in the drive thru, at the window and then when you walk into the restaurant they hide, we thought they had been robbed bc we could not find an employee in the place. Lazy. The franchise owner should really wonder why there are no sales after 9pm yet check the cameras and see how many cars pulled in and left empty handed. Horrible Horrible place! The top worst McDonald's ever! All of the employees are so lazy and rude, completely nasty people and for the pay I'm surprised they're that bad! Even the managers roll their eyes at you and are nasty as well and it's so disgusting! My family and I went today and there have been people waiting for 35-50 mins for food and drinks. No one was doing anything and the employees were just walking around not doing anything. This mother that had kids in the car had been waiting for a refund for 20 minutes because the smoothie machine wasn't working and no one took care of her until my husband and other customers had to yell at everyone to give her the refund! We kept having to repeat ourselves saying to give the mother a refund so she can just go home. They finally gave it to her and ended up maki g her a smoothie 2 mins later. But I thought they said it didn't work?? It took us 45 minutes to get a 10 piece chicken nugget not even the meal since they were taking so long with it. And when the other costumers screamed and demanded the manager after almost over an hour, the employees finally brought the manager out. Absolute slowest McDonalds in this area. They just put in a double drive-thru to help but it doesn't. They can still only take one order at a time and it's so very slow. The workers have a cumulative IQ of 13. The managers are barely able to change their own pants so how they are managers I don't know. read more

This is a bad one not that many are good. It's fast food so I'm not rating the food quality we all know what we're getting at McDonalds. This location though had me wait as long as a regular restaurant for the food (20 minutes). Then, they would accept cash, also odd that they would not provide a receipt. Then, the cashier was supposed to give me back 30 cents but counted off three pennies as each being a dime. Which I couldn't care less about the change but the fact that a cashier thought a penny equaled 10 cents was a little disturbing. So perhaps the franchise owner may want to look into their own location a little bit. read more

I have enjoyed this location a bunch of times. The restroom isn't always clean. They renovated in recent years, took away the playground and television. Some of the new seats don't have backs on them. And the counter where you order is not flat/flush - strange design. read more

This place has horrible service. They literally stand around and talk and ignore people in line. Dont even try the drive thru because they ignore that as well. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to hand someone a cup. If you order a smoothie dont expect it to be full. It will only be 75% full so its a waste. I am beyond outraged of this McDonald's location. After ordering through the drive-thru a medium ice coffee I paid my total and receive my coffee. Because I do not come often I am not aware of how big or small the sizes are. I received my coffee thinking it was a little small for medium so I asked the girl at the drive-thru if this was medium. She told me yes and I drove away. When I get to work I have MULTIPLE people tell me she was lied and that I received a SMALL not a MEDIUM as I was told. Not only that I called management and complained. Not only did she carry an attitude with me but continued to tell me I was wrong and I called the wrong location. I double checked the landmarks to make sure it was. Mangagment here is so poor it blows my mind. You would think that a corporate would have a better handle on this. I ordered a milk shake a kiosk. After 20 minutes I got in line to ask for refund, because they never filled order. The cashier told me milk shake machine was broke. Bad deal! Run somewhere else! I was there on Sunday afternoon, 2/10/2019, a few customers in line . . . made my order and was waiting for it at the counter. A female food service worker dropped several sauce packets on the floor and quickly picked them up and put them back in with the clean ones. Items that have hit the floor should be thrown away, not placed back in bin with clean food items. :-( I watched for another minute and then asked her if she would please wash her hands since she just picked up items off of the floor and she was getting ready to place food in a bag. She glared at me, stared at me, didn't say a word, and had one hand in a paper food bag getting ready to fill it . . . I said, "Please." Then she washed one hand under running water while the other hand was still in the food bag. Unbelievable! Several other customers were there watching this. Filthy tables. Full overflowing garbage. Wrappers, straws, lids and napkins all over drink station. They may have remodeled the building but it's the same slow inaccurate abrupt service without a smile and lazy workers that won't keep the dining room or bathrooms clean. I had hoped it would have been an upgrade since the remodel. I was sorely disappointed. Went back a week later same night, Friday after football game. Still filthy, 15 min at front counter and no one even took our order. Asked to speak with shift manager and she told me "well, we're short staffed" and when I asked for corporate or franchise owner number she told me there isn't one. Right..... we left and went to Taco Bell. Next Friday, after football game, gave it another go...thinking "well it can't happen three times in a row". WRONG!!! They're just as bad the third time. They had people waiting for ice cream cones for 20 min+ before we even walked in. And the guy had paid, was waiting, and they never bothered to mention their ice cream machine was broken, and had been all day. OMG. It gets worse... they were filling orders from drive thru slowly and totally ignoring the dining room and customers waiting for orders and to place orders. Asked to speak with shift manager (same incompetent butt head chick from last time with an attitude larger than her very sizable ass) and got, guess what?, more attitude and a nasty look to boot. All I wanted to order was a couple of shakes and when I finally got someone to take the order "2 medium chocolate shakes", she repeated back to me " so, one cone and one shake?" I just looked at her and said "really?" And walked out. My best suggestion is once they lose enough business maybe corporate or a serious franchise owner will buy this piece of shiznit McDonald's and turn it around. if i could give 0 stars i would. we pulled up to this drive thru (one other car at the window) knowing exactly what we wanted and no one greeted us, we said hello and still nothing. said hello again and someone said "be with you in a second" and that's it. we said okay. waited another 5 minutes and left. this is not unusual for this mcdonald's. we have been entirely disappointed by this location multiple times. this place needs to be shut down and replaced with a chik-fil-a or something... these employees are rude and disrespectful and have no sense of work ethic or customer service. By far the most arrogant woman I have ever seen in my life took my order. I waited almost 15 minutes in line waiting to record how this ignorant woman treated me and I was surprised by a nice man that gave me my food. Luckily he didn't give me a chance to askif I wanted any sauce. So I jumped back in line eager to get a video of the first employee. I have the best video of this nasty woman that as you can see in the video, I was extra nice to once again, go viral overnight. This obese pig hopefully will lose her job and not be on welfare.
