I needed to take a break from the road for a minute to shove something unhealthy down my gullet. A gun wasn't available so I chose McDonalds instead. The burger was hot and fresh as were the fries. They only gave me a single instead of a double Quarter Pounder with cheese but that's okay. The restroom was clean and there was a bit of a shady spot outside I could park the car in as I was traveling with my dogs. Consistently one of the worst run McDonald's I've seen. You will NOT get your meal at that second window. EVER!!!! Every single car going thru drive thru will be told to park. Doesn't matter the day or the time. To the point they run out of spots on that side of the restaurant. I would rate the food but after 15 min now 3 times over 2 years I've had to give up and leave. It isn't good at best, it's fast. If you have to wait longer on a fast food burger then you do a real burger at a sit down restaurant what is the point? And sure every business is going to have an off day. But 3 similar experiences over 2 years? That's poor management and proof that things won't change. Try Hardees on one side of interstate Wendy's on the other. Subway across street. You want to wait 20 min on food that comes out cold and wrong items McDonalds on 43 hwy joplin is your new favorite! read more

I really like this place, but whenever I try to order to my house, it says your delivery cannot be delivered at your address, but I really like this overall, but I wish it could be at my address but honestly, I love it. My favorite place to go eat at but that's all for my review. read more

When I opened YELP to give a review of this McDonalds restaurant, it came as no surprise that it only had a one star rating. It is only because one star is the least that can be given. We constantly have stopped at this restaurant and have been disappointed many times but this last Friday evening at around 8:00, we stopped and ordered our two sandwiches as usual and when we gave the coupon, we were given an amazing amount of grief from management who refused to honor our coupon. They claimed that we had to use it within 7 days even though it clearly states that we had 30 days. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLY MANAGED RESTAURANT AGAIN! Save yourself some grief.... Worst McDonald's. I had to repeat every piece of my order as the clerk was not paying attention to me I ordered a meal but only received the drink and burger. No fries. I was old upon pickup that the burger did not come as a meal! I have always ordered it as such. Was told that the clerk may not have known, NO she was not listening. I stopped in at this McDonald's expecting to go to the bathroom in a decent facility. The bathrooms were disgusting, from crap on the walls to dirty baseboards dirty doorhandles and dirty sink I would never go to the bathroom in the bathroom this disgusting. I could not even bring myself to go Pee. The bathroom reminded me of those horse stories where the bathroom looks like crap all over the walls.... Not only was the bathroom disgusting but the restaurant and parking lot both were disgusting. I do not believe they own a mop here or any cleaning supplies. Stay far far away from this McDonald's. read more

My name is James Langston, at 520 tonight we pulled into line at this McD drive thru all we wanted was a soda bd coffee! At 550 we pulled up to the window to get our drinks, they asked what we ordered. That was my second clue that a disaster was coming! They prepared the soft drink and the gave it to us, when they handed the coffee to us the lid was not good and it came off and the hot coffee burnt my wife's hand. Everyone stood there like a knot on a log!! Finally got the manager over and he ended up calling me a jackass and refused to talk to me! I will call the day manager tomorrow or the owner if I can get their name. Come to find out all three young ladies working that window were working their first shift!! read more

We stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast on our way home from seeing family out of state. A bad experience is an understatement, I went inside and ordered a sausage McGriddle and hash brown at 10:14 at 10:30 I was still standing there waiting on my order while people were coming in from the drive thru getting their orders. At 10:32 I hear one of the workers yell they are out of sausage, so looking at the screen there is still 4 orders to be filled ahead of mine. So I had to walk up to the counter and ask twice for a refund since my order could not be filled, they weren't going to let me know they could not fill my order until my order was up on the screen so needless to say if I would not have asked for a refund I would of had to stand there probably another 15-30 minutes before getting my money back and they still made me pay for my small drink.
