Mrs. K loves the Blondie, so whenever we pass a 7 Brew it becomes a required stop. The Sprinter van makes things tricky since I sit about ten feet tall and can't clear their overhang. Today I solved that by walking up and surprising one of the baristas. After the initial shock, I placed our order at the sliding walk‑up window. The service was quick, and soon we were back on the road with two coffees. Both were excellent. Mrs. K declared the Blondie perfect, and my drip coffee with a small splash of cream was just right. I still don't understand why the Green Siren people insist on roasting their beans until they taste burned, while 7 Brew manages a roast that is smooth and balanced without any bitterness. That difference is why we'll happily go out of our way for them. The only drawback is that 7 Brew is drive‑through only, so it's not a place where I can linger with my laptop. This is a 3.5 for me, coffee was good. Service was nice, but slow to get things out and expensive...pretty much Starbucks prices. They were laid out like a Chick-fil-A drive thru, but could not get products out as fast. We waited in their two lane lines for 10 minutes, they order quick, but that is it. Hey Der, Hi Der, Ho Der Folks! We had an early start and drive back from Branson Saturday! I was getting sleepy as the wife and kids were all passed out! I was looking for a good place to stop and grab a cup of coffee to keep me up! Had read the reviews of locals that his place was 50/50 and you have to catch it on a good day! Well boy howdy did I catch it on a good 50 day! Line was long when we pulled up and I was skeptical at first! We breezed through that line like nobodies business! We tried 7 Brew coffee a few days ago. It was ok for what we got. My wife had a German Chocolate latte and I had a coffee with cream. I guess if you walk up is messes up the system. 7 Brew is absolutely AMAZING! My boyfriend, daughter and I stopped by because we heard so many people taking about them and didn't realize they weren't open yet!!! But the store manager was there and he was so awesome and gave us drinks. The entire staff that was there was so friendly and our drinks were so tasty. They open Valentine's Day, go check them out!!! Quality of their coffee and flavors are so much better than any other competing coffee shops around, even Starbucks! read more

I've been to this location since its been open and it's really a hit or a miss on your drinks. Paying $7 for a coffee you would hope they would make them right. The way they make them wrong is that they blend it and make it all foamy and half your drink is foam. read more

There was no apology or concern for the customer experience. If the hours posted say you're open until 8:00 PM, that should mean you're serving customers until that time--not walking out the door. Based on this interaction, it seems 8:00 PM means that's when the staff leaves, not when they stop serving. This is incredibly poor business practice. Turning customers away 10-20 minutes before close, after asking them to wait, shows a complete lack of professionalism. Judging by other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident. There are frequent complaints about this location not opening on time or closing early. It's clear there's a serious lack of oversight and accountability. If the owners are aware and allow this behavior to continue, that's even more concerning. I try and stop here every time I'm in town but will be looking for an alternative place. Follow-Up Review / Response to Management: I keep seeing responses asking customers to "provide more information," but the problem is very clear and consistent: your store is not operating during the posted business hours. I arrived at 7:50 PM--well before your stated 8:00 PM closing time--was told to wait, and then ignored, only to be told by an employee exiting the building that orders stop at 7:40 PM. You don't need more information--you need accountability. If your team is routinely closing early, leaving before closing time, or refusing service while still "open," then they are not doing their jobs. Served in the proper short glass, it provided exactly the kind of boost I needed to dig through my mailbox and get everything prepared for the weekend. The consistency here is impressive, and the attention to detail in presentation makes the experience even better. This is a comfortable and quiet place for laptop workers, with seating that encourages focus and a background hum that never becomes distracting. There is street parking right outside, along with a free lot and deck across the street, which makes access easy and stress free. Five stars from me, and I would be glad to spend another full work day here, enjoying both the coffee and the calm environment that makes productivity feel natural. This shop hands down, is why I am on track to graduate early. This weekend, two of the staff members have started telling customers that 'oat milk does not foam'. When I was told this, I thought they meant that oat milk does not foam 'well'. I was mistaken. I received a drink which had no foam. The quality is comparable to a latte which has been microwaved for a warm-up after 40 minutes: Flat. Dull. Disappointing. What happened to the froth? The effervescence? The reason I don't make coffee myself and just add creamer is because I feel the quality of a latte or cappuccino from a coffee shop is worth more than any money I would save making a subpar coffee at home. I love this coffee shop, but I cannot be a patron of this business while this false narrative, born from necessity (milk supplier change perhaps...?) or from laziness, I do not know. I'll end with this protest: oat milk CAN foam!

I was here for about a half hour which was enough time to get a coffee, open my laptop and write a Yelp review or two before heading on. It was also enough time to watch a very steady flow of customers coming in for their expensive coffees. I had a simple blonde with cream which is just about the least expensive thing on the hot coffee menu. It's amazing how much some people will pay for their morning java dose but that's neither here nor there. The dining room was clean, comfortable and it was easy to sit here for a bit and observe.
