A quaint old store front building on the town square that offers a perfect view of what I consider the most beautiful courthouse in Missouri and one of the best in America - worthy of a side trip in-itself. My cortado was smooth and my wife's cup of drip was robust. plenty of seating options and things to look at while you enjoy a traveling break. The hours are unposted and a little odd, but I've had good luck getting in every time I go. I love all the white equipment which brightens up the space, and the smile on the barista (who I believe is also the owner) finishes lighting up the place. Even with my random travel schedule, she always remembers my name and my drink order. On this stop, I found out that the owner has recently started roasting coffee as well. I had an amazing cup of Guatemala coffee that she had roasted. So smooth, very aromatic and the tasting notes were spot on.
