I've been to many coffee shops across the US and Signet tops them all! They not only roast their own beans, but they make several things in house, too. Their lattes with homemade caramel and homemade whip are to die for! Cold brew is amazing and they have the best brownies. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is laidback. I. Love. This. Place. I'm here now using their fast free wifi, sipping a buttery caramel latte, and listening to the melodic rain outside. The woman who works here is so sweet, and home makes the delicious caramel sauce that they offer to put in your coffee. Please just ignore whatever diet you may be on, and get the damn caramel. When you first walk in you see all the bags of unroasted beans, knowing that they personally roast all of their beans, makes it one of my favorite coffee spots in town. A huge coffee aficionado myself, I was amazed to stumble across a coffee roaster here in pittsburg, KS. I walked into the store looking for a quick cup of coffee, and low and behold I entered coffee heaven. I had a cup there and it was great!! The following week, after my "Gourmet" house brand coffee supply ran dry, I ended up back at Signet for a bag-o-beans. After the long yet amazing decision making process of smelling every roast they offered I ended up with a bag of both the Sumatra, and 100% Jamaican. Grinding the first batch of Jamaican beans was quite a experience.... the aroma was definitely different and I couldnt wait to try it! My normal cup of coffee includes some store bought pre-ground "gourmet" french vanilla biscotti coffee, mixed with a ton of flavored creamer to make something tasty... This new Signet instance was far from the norm. After adding a little milk, to cool it down I tried the Jamaican brew that was in my cup... I couldnt believe the flavor!! No flavoring/sugar needed. No crazy flavored creamer to mask/dilute the taste. By far the best cup I have ever had! Drink it straight! oh what an experience!! I cant wait to try the over roasts! Lifelong customer gained today!
