I went up to the counter and the gentleman handed it to me & let me know the register was closed, he said we were fine though. Fast forward 15 minutes and a women came up (guessing the shift manager but didn't catch her name) with the ice cream we order & I thanked her. Her response "lobby closed 20 minutes ago, get out." When I called back (it was obvious she was being interrupted) I told her what I thought happened and she said " Well what time do you get off work?" I told her 4. She said "just bring it in after work, we'll see you a little after 4. I said okay but if she (the cashier) needed it for her drawer to be correct she could come get it. She said we don't have enough people to do that. I said okay. She said bye. I can not remember the cashiers ( I believe she is a manager) name but she was awesome!!!! Simple order, bring the salads then the Tuna Tartare appetizer but when It was time for the Tuna Tartare this inept waiter brings some weird looking block of way under cooked Tuna claiming it was Tuna Tartare. About half way through this block I noticed it tasted really salty and I asked my girlfriend and her reaction was bad. Really bad. The inept waiter finally returns to see if we wanted to take those salty logs with us and I told him to through them away and bring the check. Girlfriend then reminded him about the cake, AGAIN! He returns almost 10 minutes later, takes the card and runs off towards the entrance. When he reappears almost 10 minutes later and puts the folder on the table, girlfriend AGAIN asks about the cake and he says he's going to get it right now but instead he decides to take a beverage order at another and spend time doing a lot of small talk. After another 10 minutes here he comes with the cake. What is wrong with this guy? You can't leave cake out in the open air. That piece of cake was dry, stale and getting a hard crust. I ate about a third of it and we walked. NEVER in my life have I experienced this low of service. Did your inept waiter think it was funny serving some weird Ahi Salt Brick? Did he think we were joking about my condition? We're pretty sure you have cameras so see for yourself. Do not asked us to return. Do the right thing and refund those ugly, nasty logs.
