After not visiting a MacDonald's in a long time we were so excited to get it. Went through the drive in and when we got home our order was not complete. Very disappointing!! Also we felt like our quarter pounder was slapped together and the French fries were soggy and not salted well. It was one of those days where the kid was in the backseat screaming how hungry she was and how she only wanted McDonald's, so we pulled into this location. We went through the drive-thru to get her a happy meal, because really she just wanted the toy. The things we do to keep children happy sometimes. Anyway, the service was friendly at the ordering station, pay station, and pickup window. This is the worst McDonalds. They can never seem to get anything right. Ordered steak, egg, and cheese bagels - get home and they have sausage instead of steak. Another time, they were completely out of the quarter pounder meat and instead of telling anyone, they just tried to replace with their regular cheeseburger meat. Their smoothie machine has been broken every time I've gone there. We try not to eat at this McDonald's, but late at night or for a quick breakfast when there are not many other options we swing in and try to give it a chance. Fails us every time. read more

I don't usually review fast food restaurants that often, except maybe for In-N-Out. This isn't In-N-Out, that's for sure. I can sympathize with the other reviewers that complain of cold fries, but I've never had problems with the staff being rude. While it's nice to have options, this location happens to be at a busy intersection and at the entrance to a rather busy strip center. It's very easy to get in, but sometimes can be difficult to get out depending on the time of day. I almost feel like I'm staying at the Hotel California. I usually go the drive-thru route for this location, and I really try to not go that often. But sometimes nothing will satisfy like McDonald's fries. It's just disappointing when they're cold. read more

This is the best McDonalds. I have lived here for last 5 years and this place is always consistent. The line moves fast, everyone has always been pleasant and their ice cream machine is always working. Another thing I love admired is over the years I've noticed they hire people with disabilities. That has always made my heart smile. I can tell you I have definitely experienced som pretty bad experiences before and that's why I wanted to say just how truly great this location has been. We stopped today and they had a two drive thru set up and when my husband went to pay, the cashier had the swipe pad sticking out the window. This might have been fine for some people, but my husband is a disabled veteran and was unable to reach it. The cashier didn't even offer to help. I don't understand how it's hard to put together a sandwich and a McFlurry correctly. Literally 4/5 times I will get a burger w about a drop of ketchup and drop of mustard, opposite sides of each other, not mixed so half the sandwich is ketchup n half mustard. Like they just go squirt squirt on the bun all off centered and then just slap it on. McFlurry 100% of the time is just a bunch of ice cream w the toppings sitting right on top. This place is awesome! McDonald's are hit or miss and this one is a hit! The food is always fresh and hot. The ice coffees are always sweet, just how I like them. The best part is that the employees are very friendly! Some McDonald's has employees that act like we are a burden to them, not this one! At both windows I've always been greeted with a happy face and I appreciate that!! The only reason I will not give this establishment 5 stars is because getting in and out is terrible. I ordered a nugget meal tonight, thinking I would get the same flakey, crispy battered nuggets. Instead, I got breaded Tyson nuggets that I vould have baked in my own oven. Cashier was fine. Food ok. But they are drilling, hammering, tearing out drywall, and scattering dust and crap all over the place during service hours while still having the dining room open. One worker literally stood on the booth next to us with a duster to dust the ceiling right by us while we were trying to eat breakfast. We had to move because he was pushing dust all over us. Insane. We will never come back here because management clearly doesn't care if they allow this crap to happen. read more

This is the worst McDonald's in town. Do yourself a favor and travel 3 short miles either North or South to a different McD's. This one, on Marsh Landing, is so disorganized & always dirty. Your food will be cold, you won't be able to put a drink lid on (at the fountain) without sitting your cup in sticky trash.
