McDonald's is McDonalds, I get it .... but come on already. 35 minutes in the drive thru while we watched the two cars in front of us get their orders messed up. Food was hot.. thankfully... management.. get it together. These days there are so many options out there.. I will never come back to this location. read more

I ordered for my kids on the screen in the lobby, and then went to the counter to ask a question of one of the employees before ordering my food. The staff, in spite of seeing me standing at the counter, steadfastly ignored me. This is one of those locations where they have screens, so the employees won't take orders at the counter and seemingly avoid it like the plague. By the looks of it, they also ignore the cleanliness of the lobby throughout the day. We won't be eating here again. read more

The worse customer service . I ask for lemonade refills and that answer a was ridiculous wrong because MC DONALDS only charge for orange juice since is considered a special drink. The way the manager answer a was totally no Mc Donald's customer service. I ask for a lemonade and she charge me for the large to take my money. Her attitude a was unacceptable. She didn't want to give me her name or her identification. Person like this should no be there. Also my daughter asked before me for a refill she was incredibly rude. Worst costumer service I honestly do not recommend coming here to this location she was so disrespectful. Many others could say she is racist as well. read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

You know you can really see why the review is 1.5 stars; it's not even like the line is wrapped around the door but the person who ran the food was quick to leave as soon as the bag was pulled off the stand; and they forgot the fries on a large meal. I get it when you're busy but when it's slow and not that busy of a store in comparison to Jacksonville stores; you gotta do better. Felt like a middle of nowhere joint but was right outside of a major metropolitan. Do better McDonald's do better! read more

I have no idea why I was craving McD's- but this was the 2nd one I stopped at- the first one (in Gainesville) had 2 drive thru lines that weren't moving at all! This one was easy- just a couple cars in line and the line moved easily. The young man taking payment was great- real smile and told us to drive safely- funny how something as small as that made a huge impression on me- thank you! Second window I was admiring the staff uniform shirt that listed various movies and tv shows that McD's are featured in, which cracked me up. Food was out fast and hot- my burger was comically assembled with a stack of pickles in the middle- like 4 pickles on top of each other, what a mouthful. The fries were meh- there were some old, nasty ones in there. But it's McDonalds- so I have low expectations for food- but the staff pleasantly surprised me! read more

Big Mac. Not Chicken Big Mac. Eeewe. Sauce doesn't work for chicken. What revolting unnatural concoction is this? Why? $15 and y'all get a chicken and cow mixed up. Now everybody wants pot too. I bet the ice cream machine isn't ever broke, but y'all save it for yourselves. read more

Last 3 ir 4 times been through the drive thru the service has been so slow. Not sure what has changed but normally they can have a line to the road and start to finish wait time 15 mins. read more

Service was top notch all around! Went through drive through and the person taking our order was clear and professional, next to no wait time , and our food was fresh and fries were cooked in clean grease ! Let me just say all of that is hard to come by in the next town over so I drive 20 mins out of the way for this McDonald's in Baldwin . Thank you Baldwin crew! read more

At the drive thru speaker she had us repeat each item ordered 3 times before asking "what else". Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a large sweet tea, a kids nugget meal, and a double quarter pounder w/cheese meal. When we got to the window we paid & they gave us 2 drinks and our food. Good thing I checked the bags--we were missing the kids meal apple slices and the large fry from one of the meals. The lady fought us about the missing items before asking to see what's in the bag. They gave us the apple slices but made us pay for the fry... so they charged us for a spicy chicken sandwich then gave us a free large sweet tea (bc they apparently didn't ring it in as a meal) and then made us pay for a fry they forgot. Clearly someone on the headset hear us say meal bc we got 2 teas... Immediately ran to Yelp to see the other reviews & we were not disappointed. read more

Stopped on a road trip with the kids. Friendliest service I've ever had at a McDonalds' -- a young woman, with a big smile on her face, was going through the dining room, one table at a time, checking on everyone. Great service attitude that is so hard to find these days. read more

I get McDonald's French fries 2-3 times a year. It's such a treat to myself! I always ask for "fresh, hot fries". The employee said she would drop a fresh order, but the fries were warm NOT HOT) and soggy. She promised they just came out of the fryer when I asked, but these fries had been sitting. What a disappointment read more

This Mcdonalds NEVER gets you order right, I go inside to get my food, The inside is so dirty, Flys everywhere, I ask the cashier are the flies this bad in the kitchen she (haha) they don't go pst the front counter, I laughed in her face for that stupid answer, Don't stop at this McDonald's go to Chaffee rd or Ma to eat 9/2/19 I decided to give them one more chance. I got so sick off the food there, I made a call to the health department. Don't waste your money or time unless you want to live on the toilet for a few hours. read more

Seeing as I work out in this city I maybe a little bias. I've been going to this mcdonalds for the past 3 years. Every time I hit the drive thru it's a speedy and pleasant experience. They handle the morning and lunch rush with ease. Getting in and out is easy. If you're merging back onto I-10 west you may have a little trouble as the exit for McDonalds is right in the middle of the merge lane for the highway- a lot of truckers won't let you cut in front of them. Just drive down a half mile and make a u-turn. Super friendly staff! read more

We periodically get takeout from the Baldwin McDonalds. They pride themselves on slow and poor service. They often get our order wrong, but gluttons for punishment, we keep going back. Tonight my husband ordered an apple pie for me, but they were out. The cashier said they had fresh cookies, so my husband said he'd like 4. Guess what... there were NO cookies in the bag. Also, My son ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was burnt. Well done, Baldwin McDonalds, you are consistent; terribly consistent. read more

I never knew it was possible for an order to be messed up this hard. I was supposed to get two identical chicken mcgriddles with egg and cheese. Neither of the sandwiches I got was correct and each was wrong in different ways. MINDBOGGLING. read more

Unbelievably bad. Nasty bathrooms. While I was standing in the door looking at the horror that was the bathroom, this huge cashier pushes past me and goes in the stall. I was here first I said, but she didn't reply. Then my order- even using the kiosk they managed to get it completely wrong, and the potato cake was nearly rancid. I don't know if they're frying in oil or brake fluid. It was the worst ever. There was nobody in the dining room yet all the tables were dirty and sticky. There was food on the floor too. You would think since there were no other customers in the dining room that they might take the opportunity to sweep and wipe down the tables. But the 4 ladies were all over in the drive-thru window area gossiping about somebody's boyfriend being no-good. I'm sure #mcdonalds would raze this place and start over, but it's probably a franchise store that nobody cares about. read more

I have been in Baldwin since 2014 and I always have to wait on a super long line and there's always so much attitude once you finally get to the window. There's a lady name Quilla (sorry if I spelled that wrong) that is absolutely amazing, she has the best customer service attitude and moves the line very quickly and efficiently. Great at managing the cash registered and orders at the same time, I would give a 5 if the restaurant in all was better but Quilla herself gets the review for me read more

Super slow service. I ordered through the touch screen automation system. I got a medium coke, large Fry, and a regular hamburger. My order got called and I felt how hot the fries were through the bag which made me happy I don't mind waiting for hot fries. When she called my number I went up and got my bag then she walked away I said excuse me where do I get the cup? She ignored me then went and got the cup. I got out to the car after making my drink and looked in the bag. While the fries were the perfect temperature there was maybe half an order in the fry container. Total rip off totally disappointed with this visit. Buyer beware check your bag before you leave. read more

Yet again my order is messed up. I ordered two chicken snack wraps and two breakfast burritos. There is more tortilla than anything else . The chicken in the snack wraps looks like it was a chicken patty cut in half instead of the usual chicken tender. Hardly any lettuce hardly any cheese or anything else by the time I peeled away the over abundance of tortilla I was left with literally half of what I usually get from other locations that use the homestyle chicken tender. As for the breakfast burrito hardly any filling whatsoever more tortilla than anything so was kind of a waste so disappointed and felt like it was such a waste of money. Granted you get what you pay for but I mean come on step up your game McDonald's don't cheat your customers read more

30 minutes waiting for our walk-in order and still waiting... Yes I understand Covid but come on..

Very slow, probably just lack of good management but definitely NOT fast food. Won't be coming back. :/

Absolutely terrible. This place so bad, I don't even WRITE reviews and I felt the need. I am actively sitting in the drive through line and the car in front of me clearly knows the employee over the intercom. They have just been chatting for 7 MINUTES, shooting the breeze. There are 9 cars in line behind me and that doesn't count the many that have left already. I would have too if I wasn't blocked in. Then when I got up and ordered, I had to repeat myself multiple times to get her to understand my order when a second ago she had zero trouble hearing. Absolutely awful service, even from a fast food joint. A drug den could and probably does provide better service than this shit show if a restaurant. Oh wait, oh WAIT. We have an update. Now those two are just talking at the take out window. Just chatting. Well if you need me, I'll probably still be in this line by the time someone reads this. read more

Save your money they slow as a snail. 5minutes siting at the order box in drive threw and then another 10 to pay and wait for food that is cold and nasty. I am a worker at McDonald's and I love my job But I also love seeing my guests with happy faces when they get their meals I know McDonald's has been having a difficult time trying to get everyone's order done correctly we cook right when you make your order so it'll be fresh that is the point of a fast-food restaurant to be fresh and we do the best that we can, especially when we're short on staff because most people don't wanna work at McDonald's because it gets a bit crowded in the store and the driveway I know for a fact but we do the best that we can if we make mistakes we do the best that we can fix them but We would love if we had more crew members and managers Working at McDonald's because that would make all of the workers and the customers at McDonald's happy and it would make it easier and faster to get meals done quicker but it also really pins on the traffic on the highway which is crazy We at McDonald's feel extremely bad for the customers because we know they have places that they have to be at so we do the best that we can to get you're meal ready as quick as we can so we can send you off With A happy smile and a full stomach so with that being said I really hope in a way that this clears almost everything up about McDonald's we know we have a lot more work that we need to do to improve our fast food restaurant and we're working on it every day and no I am not getting paid to say this I'm saying this because it needs to be addressed read more

Worst McDonalds ever. Flys everywhere. Food all over the floor. They have no idea what they are doing.

Unfortunately this review isn't much different than the others posted. I've come here many times on my way to Tampa and my orders have never been correct and the service has been slow. After waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru (this is no exaggeration, my boyfriend fell asleep and thought I was going through a second McDonald's drive thru when he woke up), I've decided this is my last time at this McDonalds. read more

Nasty dirty. It's even an updated floor plan. The floor was soaking wet near the drinks, the bathrooms were filthy and I don't just mean they weren't picked up. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. None of the order machines worked and the staff didn't care. The customers keep trying to use them. When we called it to their attention, they denied it. They advertised they brought the food to the table - forget about it. Orders took forever. The food was bad. Burgers meat was tough and cold. Fries over cooked. Lots of flies. Don't stop here - not even for the restrooms. read more
