In August 2018, I said I would never return to this McDonald's, but I thought, "Hey, it has been a year and a half...I should give them another try." (big mistake) I ordered a Fish sandwich and a Big Mac. 2 for 5 bucks special. The bun on the fish sandwich was stale around the edges. I asked for tartar sauce on the side and they put the sauce in a chicken nuggets box! Huge mess! The Big Mac sported a burned top bun and a big soggy mess bottom bun. Does this manager/owner care about ANYTHING, I wonder? I would be ashamed to serve food like this. If I was associated with managing this place, I would go to McDonald's remedial training at once, or just close the place down. If I could give zero or negative stars I would...I am not a bitter person, I love spreading joy but when I encounter a place as HORRIBLE as this, I have to speak out! I ordered 4 mcchickens, 3 medium fries, 2 sides of Mac Sauce, 2 iced vanilla coffees and 2 cokes. I paid for it...then moved to second window, when the nice young man told me to pull forward and someone would bring it out to me. We waited 20 min till the manager came out and asked what we were waiting on...I told her we ordered 4 mcchickens, 3 medium fries, etc...she said ok...10 more minutes waiting and she brought out the bag...my daughter reached her hand in for a hot fry and closed the bag until we got home. When we got home and unloaded the contents, we were 1 mcchicken and 1 Mac sauce short, the medium fries were not even half full in their containers and all of our other sandwiches were smooshed and definitely not fresh so WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG? I called to complain after a 30 minute wait, and smooshed sandwiches and missing items...the manager answered the phone after I called thrice and no one picked up. She remembered me because they screwed up so royally, she said I could come back up and they would replace all of my food. I'm not an idiot, everyone knows they will spit in your food when you complain and get it replaced so no freaking thanks...BUT, no one in my family will ever purchase so much as a water from this McDonald's again. Seems to me that the manager at this location does not know what she is doing and should be demoted or fired. Very poor customer service skills and very poor management skills.if anyone knows the owner of this restaurant, please share my review so they can clean up the restaurant starting with her. McDonald's - This is what we were given for medium fries - Burgers Near Me - Jacksonville, Alabama

First of all, the girls working the drive through and window were extremely rude. The girl taking my order kept cutting me off and was rushing me. The girl at the window all but threw the food into my car and slammed the window in my face. I asked for my fries to be cooked to order and when I double checked at the window she sneered and responded unprofessionally with an "uh-huh". On top of this, when I checked to make sure my fries were fresh, only the top few were, cant say the same for the ones underneath. Now, I don't think lying and bad service was in the training that these young ladies received, but I highly suggest giving them some proper training. Moving on to my chicken nuggets, at first glance, the looked disgusting. Thrown into the box haphazardly, they shorted me 2 in my 10 piece. The chicken nuggets I did receive were cold and stale. This was extremely disappointing. lastly, my sprite. How does one mess up a sprite, you may ask? Well they give you carbonated water is how. I received carbonated water instead of my sprite. The stuff that they clean the grills with. I am very disappointed with my experience here and would highly recommend going to a different establishment for better quality food. Be careful turning right out if the parking lot on Pelham Road (HWY 21) - as the curbing is a little prominent.

Probably one of the better McDonald's in this area. If you ask for something fresh or special, they'll be sure to make it correctly. If they do get your order wrong, the staff are nice and will fix it for you really quick. The food here is usually as close to fresh as it gets and the WiFi is pretty great, but the inside of the restaurant and the bathrooms aren't the best. The drive-thru is obviously the fastest place to get your order, and they might forget about you for a few minutes if you're in the lobby and they're particularly busy. read more

Can't think of one time I've left this McDonalds satisfied. Whether my cheese isn't melted, something is missing, cold frys, or get a total messed up order. Had an argument over the drive through speaker with an older lady, ordered a biscuit off the menu for breakfast she told me that McDonalds didn't make that biscuit. This location is a joke. It is probably one of the WORST ran of ANY McDonalds I have ever been through the doors of. I swear that 8 of 10 times that I have went, they can't get it right. The ONLY thing that they are good at is taking your money and shoving what they want you to have not your order. The owners are so cheap that you must ask for ketchup in the drive thru because if you don't ask for condiments, you will not get any. I will never return to this location as long as I live. They are best at saying "I am sorry" and don't seem to put forth any effort at getting a order right. I am not sure that the people who work there can read as if they could, the orders would be right. You are warned that if you want your order right, you will find another place to eat. read more

we went to the mcdonalds in jacksonville alabama. placed my order, my wife and i , was going to eat inside, ordered for there, i recieved it to go , we were eating there . then they put it on a tray.., when we got to he table, seating was dirty, i looked around floor was nasty, other tables, were not cleaned, when i asked what the store number was , 6920, then they started to clean up the floor, i didnt wait around to see if other tables were cleaned or not. i give this place a bad review.. if you want a clean place to eat, go somewhere else, not mcdonalds in jacksonville.. personal thoughts. read more

Worst Mcdonald's I've ever been to. I ordered bacon cheese fries (which are on the menu btw) and when i opened the box it had a couple drizzles of cheese and hardly ANY bacon, i literally had to check to see if there even was any bacon on them. we also asked for ranch and honey mustard for our food and there were NO condiments in the bag. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and got bacon instead... not that big a deal, but it's not what i ordered or paid for. definitely won't be going back. read more

For breakfast the best service in the world, and although slower for lunch and dinner, is very good.
