For one their not open 24 hours the employees always close at or around 2 and open around 4 . Lazy employees , one day the ice cream machine is broken the next day it works in reality they never want to clean it so they say it's broken . Your told to drive around to get your total while still trying to order (very impatient) . Nobody looks like they want to work . You find flies in your food . They take ages to get your food prepared at times . Need I say more? I go here every night because I work down the street and let's just say I rather go to Wendy's and get chicken chili or a salad when there grill is closed from 3 am to 5am everyday than deal with this excuse of a restaurant .... read more

MOST McDonald's are "Good enough" because they have to live up to some standards, which is why I'm baffled that this particular location in Jackson, GA managed to slip through the cracks. The counter person who took my order was named China. I didn't know that from her name badge, as she wasn't wearing one. I had to ask LaToya. China did not greet me. She didn't say ONE word of greeting. No "Welcome to McDonald's, may I take your order?" NOTHING. She merely stood behind the cash register and waited for me to speak. She didn't even LOOK at me. She looked down at her keyboard. I ordered the 20-piece nuggets. She said "Five fifty-five." and handed me the receipt. She did not say another word at all. She just disappeared. It would have been nice if China had advised me it would be a few minutes for the nuggets, as they'll have to be made fresh. No such luck. She just disappeared. LaToya brought the meal when it was ready. I told her about my extremely substandard experience with my order taker. LaToya was sympathetic. She apologized profusely, and was able to find out my order-taker was named China. The nuggets themselves were hot and fresh, but the way China treated me left a bad taste in my mouth for this particular location. I advised LaToya I wouldn't return. I'm a truck driver; I can eat almost anywhere, but when a place has really bad service like this one, They get only one chance, really. Eating here is not worth the bad feelings it engenders. I called the customer service line and discussed the problem with someone named Shanequa (I'm not sure of the spelling). She was sympathetic also and asked if I wanted someone to follow up with me. I advised I would LOVE that. I want to see if anything has been done in the way of personnel or training to rectify the issue. Sadly, it's been several days and no call. I called the Shanequa line again, and was told to give the store a few more days to respond. I shan't hold my breath. This place is so amazingly substandard, I can't fathom the one or two "good" reviews the location has received, other than to suspect they were fabricated by an interested party. Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food place.... i called to see if it was open to be sure since it was 12 am and the lady screams at me and hangs up in my face, then my sister in law calls and the employee is very rude with her as well but says they are open. So we decided to stop by, the lady says well we're only accepting credit cards like she didn't want to take our order, but we had a credit card so then she tells us there is only 4 things off the menu available, so we order, then she forgets to give us our drinks and all you hear back there is her and another employee screaming loudly and cussing. Well some truck drivers come in to eat at this McDonald's which is supposed to be open 24 hrs and she tells them "we're closed", and then more people come in and she says "we're closed we'll be open in 30 minutes" so as we were waiting for our food for God knows how long the people come back and she continues to tell them they are closed and shows them no respect, plus she goes out to smoke a cigarette and a guy walks in to order , stands at the counter for 10 minutes and she opens the door and just peaks at him so he wont see her, and continued to smoke her cigarette. These employees showed no respect to anyone and I will not be going back. After looking at the other reviews, knowing it wasn't just tonight that this stuff has happened, I dont know how this McDonald's even manages to stay open. I hope they fix this and find more friendly and respectful employees for this restaurant. read more

This is the worst place I've been to I stood in line for 10 minutes I ordered a milkshake a quarter pounder with cheese and a fry they made the milkshakeand let it sit and I asked why was my milkshake runny when he he say because you let it sit you didn't drink it I want to drink my milkshake with my food I'm sitting here waiting for a half cooked quarter pounder with cheese and asked for no salt on my fries I got salt I would not be returning here ever matter fact I think I am done with McDonald's the quality of their food is now garbage thank you read more

I was running out of time to find a place to park for the night so I stopped at exit 201 Love's truck stop in Jackson ga. I went to the McDonald's to grab my boyfriend & I some dinner. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I was told they didn't have my parfaits. I had to wait over 15 minutes for a empty bowl of salad that was just thrown in a bag sloppily! The salad was literally empty! Why did the cashier's leave their registers to abandon the register to gossip in the back. A young girl was sprawling out on the counter no older than 12-14 years old. I had to wait longer than anyone else to receive an empty Southwest salad not one but two of them and an old Parfait. Terrible! I will never come back to this place what a rip-off! Their chicken in the salad did not seem real! The Parfait looked like it fell on the floor and was put back in the fridge. Tanya was a huge bitch. If your soda sucks where a customer is supposed to fill their drink then you're supposed to fill it up behind a counter. Don't fill my large up the size of a small and have it all over the sides. I respected you so give me the same respect. Don't give me an attitude because your lines are crossed and the soda on the left should be used over the one on the right. Skipped the onions on my burger after asking for them 6 times and fries were cold and soggy. Won't be retuning to this location. read more
