The Mc food at this particular Mc restaurant is completely unpredictable at best. 40% it's ok. The other 60% I'd say its poor. Grabbed a quick McNuggets meal with a strawberry shake today. Drive thru guy dropped my credit card and the ground under my car and made no offer to come retrieve it. Leaving me to crawl under the car in the drive thru. The shake while it looked nice instantly felt like it was 50% smaller than they used to be back in the day. It's like they have a plastic cup factory that keeps downsizing by 5% hoping you won't notice. ( much the same way cereal boxes or steaks keep getting thinner and thinner at the grocery store. ) We're not fooled out here. Fries were on the browner crispy side. But ok. 60% of the chicken was way overdone badly. I literally couldn't eat most of it and just threw it in the trash. (You can pick out the ones in the photos) Both of these items feeling like the oils had not been refreshed in a long while and were left to cook for too long. I am giving them a second star for being open for business and for finally fixing that catastrophe of a parking lot and putting down some new asphalt. Look...it's McDonald's. The bar is pretty low as is. That said, this particular location is so much worse than its counterparts I was compelled to share some thoughts. First, a lot of reviews discuss the slowness of the service. Spot on. Yesterday, I was in line for 22 minutes from entering drive thru to leaving. Super slow. Second, I got a quarter pounder meal that had the hardest bread I've ever seen in my life! It was like the bun had been sitting outside for weeks. Lastly, as many mentioned, forgetting items is a mainstay of this place and they did so again yesterday (4 pc nugget). When I had my curbside order brought to me it was missing items. the employee seemed irritated that he had to go back and get the rest of my order. when he came back out with the rest of my order, I asked if he had the straws since there were no napkins or straws in the bags. New deals have made McDonald's a more compelling place to eat. If you skip the combos and go straight for the $1/$2/$3 items, you can get some good deals. Some of the combos can be nice, if you're up for something a bit more expensive. One of the nice things about McDonald's is that their Coca-Cola is made in a non-Freestyle machine, so I think it tastes great! The new bakery items and McFlurries make for nice treats! Beware that this location often forgets items in the drive thru, though... be sure to always have a copy of the receipt! read more

Went inside Triphammer McDonalds to order full meal plus my son just wanted a toy. Apparently they no longer sell toys by themselves even though was ordering more food. Woman at counter said wasn't I the same person who asked same question last week with three kids? Toks me same answer. I said no I don't go to that location or McDonalds hardly ever. Asked her to cancel order, manager acted all annoyed. So I ordered one happy meal w shake so son could get the toy. She rang up 3 happy meals for $24.95. Asked her why so much just for one?
