I placed a mobile order and pulled into the pickup spot, but the app wouldn't let me notify staff that I had arrived. I went inside to pick up my order, but it wasn't at the pickup window and no one would help me. I asked multiple employees to check my order and was either ignored or told they were too busy while they continued helping DoorDash drivers. The cashier eventually closed the register without explanation and walked away, leaving several customers waiting. Another customer even told me this happens regularly. I finally went through the drive-thru and spoke to the manager, who said my order never came in. However, the app showed my order as completed, as if I had already picked it up, and I was charged for food I never received. No one took responsibility or helped resolve the issue. Fuck this McDonalds and everybody who work here! I ordered through the mobile app at 10:30 got to the drive thru at 10:55 with six cars ahead of me but my order registered as soon as I got there. When it came to my turn I gave the order code off the app. She said my name and told me to pull up. When I got to the window she said breakfast is over we don't have your order. Mind you when you order through the app you already paid for your food. I told her mam I already paid and she just kept saying we don't have it sorry and refused to give me a receipt then told me to go to the next window. That lady told me oh it's on the inside. So I went inside and they said it's nothing here. They all started laughing like wtf this isn't funny or a joke and I had my gun on me if I was an unstable person this would have went south really quick! I mean this was so unprofessional...I'll NEVER come back to this store I will drive my ass back to 96th and Meridian location first! I had to call corporate on them because they never gave me the food I PAID for. Supposedly corporate is refunding me in 2 days (I'll believe it when I see it). This mcdonalds has since been completely remodeled and the staff are a lot more attentive and actually make an attempt to get your order right. I've been twice since the remodel and I'm very impressed with the improvements they've made. read more

I almost always go through the drive-thru when eating fast food, but for some reason I opted to walk into the lobby of this McDonald's location. I'm very glad I did. The store was very clean, food was served hot and fresh. However, a lady named "Miss Mary" really made my visit a great experience. Miss Mary served in a role I would call expeditor/manager, is very energetic, and does a remarkable job of keeping her crew on task getting food to the customer, while taking a moment to personally connect with each customer as they pick up their food. I watched her effortlessly alternate between calling for orders and connecting personally with patrons. The level of pride and professionalism Miss Mary embodies is becoming more rare as time passes. Of the 100s of McDonald's visits I've had, she made this one my favorite. Keep it up! read more

This is a good McDonald's. Honestly the customers are the worst part. Someone tries to cut you in the drive thru line at least half the time. I just started doing curb side orders. Online ordering never works. Girl holds bag outside pick up window and yells "come on, come on!" when your paying at the other window. Asking for condiments, they treat you as an inconvenience. This Mc Donald's has good service, friendly staff and decent food... IF they get your order right...
