However, there is also now a separate man who makes fruit bowls out of the back of his pickup truck, which doesn't seem clean or up to code. He has a table set up in front of him, but we saw him cutting up several larger fruits on the actual bed of his truck. We did end up waiting double our estimated wait time, but they were super busy, so it was to be expected. They gave us an extra soda when our food was ready, which was really nice.

I come from Texas, where there are multiple Jack in the boxes and they would all have a conniption fit with the way you put out your food. Shame on you Jack in the box and at corporate. The Monster Tacos were very much worth taking a short detour off of I-65. The staff we encountered (cashier, primarily) was very nice and helpful. For the most part the staff was busy taking care of things, but during the 45 or so minutes of our stay, no one came out to take care of the dining room.
