Pretty average McDonald's with decent hot fries on two of the three occasions we eating here, and it's located across the street from the vet which is a great location for us cuz we can go over and get fries while we're waiting for the vet. We came here curbside to get drinks, coffee/smoothie drinks and even went as far as to put in a mobile order to get them in a timely manner. We waited close to half an hour and even then the quality seemed less than expected for a McDonald's product of all things. I ordered online to pickup breakfast. I specifically chose egg white instead of the egg that comes with it- they didn't make the change to my order. They gave it to me "as is" with the folded egg and I paid an extra 0.90cents for the upgrade. Needless to say I was not happy. Also, I ordered pancakes for my daughter and nope no maple syrup!!! So, I went to this restaurant a week ago. I had ordered through my mobile app to pick up in the drive-through. When I got to the speaker, the guy tells me, "just so you know, we only have drinks at this time, no food" I asked then why was I able to order food in the app if you don't have food here? He didn't have a answer for me. I drove off and called the store and spoke to someone else, and they told me to come back that they had breakfast ready and that I can go ahead and grab my food. I come back to the speaker and the same guy comes on and tells me the same thing."just so you know, we don't have any food right now only drinks". I asked him why then did somebody just tell me on the phone to come back and get my food? He tells me to pull up to the window, they give me my receipt, and I pull up to the second window. Through the first of a two lane drive through speaker... "yes we do serve that." Now, not every McDonald's (or every operator for that matter) in the Houston area will know what you're talking about (and heck you may not know what I'm talking about...). Had to get my daughter some food there and I really don't know if they employees think it's cute or funny or what, but they like to repeat my order back to me incorrectly at least 3 times. I have given this location too many chances because it is so close to my house, but this is it. I will never return to this location ever again, I don't care how close it is. First, I was told the incorrect price of my order. So after having exact change ready to go, I had to dig for more money because I was told the incorrect price. Second, I sat there and watched the manager and the person that is supposed to be handing out the orders at the second window, joking around and playing grab ass while my order just sat there on the window in front of me. Then when I was finally handed my order I get "Here." from the employee. No "Thank you", no "come again.", just "here." and the window slammed shut as he went right back to screwing off with the manager. Third, get home and 1/3 of my order is wrong. I don't understand how this location can be so consistently awful. If people apply themselves they can perform even the simplest of tasks. But I suppose when the person in charge of leading a crew and setting the example of what a good job is supposed to be, is right there with everyone else screwing around, not caring what is happening with his customers and pretty much letting his employees know that he doesn't care they won't care either. I'm done with this location. The owner of this place needs to take a good hand look at his staff and take appropriate action if he wants his business to get any better. read more

I never thought I would be writing a review on a McDonalds but this particular one blows me and confuses the crap out of me. The other day I asked them if they had any nugget meals smaller than the 10 piece one. The lady said yes I could get the 4 piece one. So she gave me that one with no problem. Consistently get your order wrong. You order a sweet tea, you get unsweetened tea. They also fill up their large fries maybe halfway, and if you ask for a sauce, it's about a 50/50 chance they are out of it. I have mixed feelings about this location. Today was my first time going to the McDonalds and there were things liked and things that I didn't. First of all it is murder to get to because of the 290 construction. They are one of the faster locations I have been to. I'm usually waiting in line for ages. I went simply for a cup of coffee....which I actually went out of my way to get because the location closest to me hadn't opened up yet. I received my coffee fairly quickly, but my problem was that the coffee was not hot...it was lukewarm. However, the parking is odd, about 8 spots of each side of the building, and it's easy to get run over when crossing from the parking to the building as you walk right across the drive though lane. Also, there are two driveways... it's really not clear which is "in" and which is "out"... look both ways before pulling in. read more

Better hope they get your order right during lunch or expect the worst customer service. They had a lady waiting before I came in to notify them of their mistake at the drive thru. I received my order fixed and they last before me was still waiting on a French fry. That is absolutely ridiculous. The whole time I stood there the lady working the window laughed at the mistake, the young man who took my order moved like a sloth and seemed not to even want to be there and the manager said nothing. Once I got to the window to pay they got my order wrong, when I pulled up to get my food (which had already been corrected at the paying window) it was wrong STILL.
