The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been in. There was more people worried about taking their break. There was never anybody standing at the register and the service was absolutely terrible. I've never waited this long for my food at a McDonald's before. read more

HAVE AGAIN: Fries and bacon cheese Quarter Pounder were just fine. Good. Service was good but not enthusiastic.

So I order a quarter pounder cheese with bacon and EXTRA bacon no pickles and no onions. Guess what I got. I got no ketchup no mustard, no bacon not even the extra bacon. I got pickles and onions. like bro. I payed more than 10 bucks, like what the flip flack?!!!!!! Yall are sooooo bad! And the service? This is a McDonald that is close to interstate so it's a busy location. The meat from our Double quarter pounder with cheese tasted overcooked. The French fries were not salted enough. The bathroom is clean and there are a lot of bathroom stalls. It's a McDonalds! What else can you ask for. I'm glad they got my order correct and that I was given napkins. lol. read more

One of the cleanest McDonald's that we've ever stopped at! Service was great and the atmosphere was very upbeat! Loved it!

I ordered an ice coffee with cream no sugar or flavor. The kid at the register messed up. I wasn't mad I just took it back and told the manager how I ordered it. She walked away from me and started shouting at me that I put the order in wrong except it was a kid that took our order. I'm a diabetic and I can't have sugar. I'm very sure this is not how to talk to a customer. I told her I'm a diabetic and she just kept going on about it was put in wrong and never said I'm sorry nothing. She gave me another coffee and said she made it herself so it's right. It was right then. Still no I'm sorry. I asked if she was the manager no one would answer. I ask for her name nothing. Apparently if you switch your fountain drink to a coffee it's called a 'beverage upgrade' and a coffee that would normally cost a dollar and change costs nearly $5 when including tax. read more

Poor customer service. Can't get order right. And they just don't care. It is very unfortunate.

Quick stop for breakfast just driving through. We all had the senior coffee for 50 cents. The breakfast burrito was a good size for the price. Others had the eggs & cheese biscuits-they enjoyed them . The bathroom was being cleaned as we went to use it-the toilet seats were damp. Nice staff clean place! read more

My family stopped here for lunch as we traveled from Houston to Memphis. The first thing we noticed is how clean the interior was. Not a speck of trash could be seen on a table or the floor. We also noticed they had these new self order touch screens to order from... which we had never seen before. Ordering was easy and if it was wrong, it would be our own fault. A friend of mine was moving to Philadelphia and I agreed to drive out there with her for essentially one reason: a BILLGRIMAGE. This obviously included a stop in Hope, and it obviously included eating at McDonalds. While the McDonalds in Little Rock might have been more appropriate, our schedule dictated that mealtime would take place in Hope. And so, not a McDonalds fan at all, found myself eagerly anticipating those Golden Arches. The Hope McDonalds, conveniently right off of the freeway (highway in AR, I guess) and on the way to the Clinton Childhood Home, is recently renovated and very new and shiny. They had a flat screen tv (showing Fox News) and plants and chic wood booths and green paint. Very fancy. I ordered the new mushroom swiss angus burger, which was surprisingly good and much better than I'd have guessed I'd be able to get at McDonalds. And, of course, our meal was beyond affordable. The disappointing part? NO MENTION OF BILL CLINTON. Come on, McDonalds. We're in HOPE, ARKANSAS. This is BILL CLINTON. Arguably the most famous McDonalds lover on Earth? Or at least one of. Can't you even have a photo of him? The Culvers in Edgerton, Wisconsin had a Brett Favre poster. So, it was an amazing journey, but the Hope, AR McDonald's didn't really pull its weight in our Billgrimage as much as it could have. Still an experience worth having though. read more

Right off the highway, very convenient to get off and get back on. The dining room and toilets was very very clean. Our food was bought to our table. Nice service. The staff was very friendly. Rude customers. Non-helpful employees. Got too frustrated trying to order and just got my friggin' coffee. I've never been to a McDonald's with such dense and rude employees taking orders in the drive-thru at lunch time. A sausage burrito combo with a large coffee isn't rocket science. read more

The restaurant and bathroom weren't filthy, but they weren't particularly clean, either. One of the employees came out of the toilet stall, then went back out without washing their hands. There were no paper towels and the toilet paper was almost out. One of the drink station ice machines wasn't working. It was only partially stocked. My order was right on the receipt, but made wrong when I got it. read more

Worst of the worst. Specialty drink machine seems to be down more than it's working. If you go late at night you can forget getting decent service in a timely manner. Been waiting 20 minuets in the drive thru for a sweet tea and to top it off they're only taking cash right now. Hope they don't mind getting paid in change since literally nobody carries cash. read more
