While my order has not been screwed up (except one time when they gave me a sorry excuse of an ice cream cone that was supposed to be dipped in chocolate), I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru. I waited probably 20 minutes, and it wasn't even a usual lunch rush time. read more

Manager hoving over shoulder the whole time im eating. To make sure i like the food. Its McDonald's. Not a 5 star restaurant.

You will NEVER receive a proper order here, and you will not likely receive it in a timely fashion. The staff is indolent, arrogant, rude and lazy. They are incapable of simply listening to your order and always give an attitude when asked to correct their various screw-ups. Management is equally incompetent and disregards all complaints. This location truly embodies all of the ( very true ) hazel park stereotypes, don't bother stopping here. Save yourself the headache and money and take your business elsewhere as you would be hard-pressed to find a worse location ( except of course any of the detroit McDonald's. ) Order double cheeseburger, receive mcdouble. Order large anything, receive large cup maybe half filled. Order mcnuggets, receive fries. Order sausage burrito, receive hash brown. Etc etc etc to infinity. These people are mentally incompetent, entitled degenerates. read more

Please choose another Mcdonalds restaurant to go to, why because the store manager who took my order through the drive thru was not pleasant. I was driving my son to work that night, and he decided to order two mc chicken and two double cheese burger and also he order me a fish sandwich and fries. After receiving the order, I rush to take my son to work, he told me the food was not hot, and I notice later that my food was not either. I contacted the store later on that night spoke to another non-pleasant manager. John expected me to bring food back and receipt that evening. I guess I'm suppose to go to my sons job and interrupt his shift and ask him for the receipt and food, give me a break. I ask the restaurant manager, what is the name of the owner, and he claim he could not give out any information. I will never take my relative to this Mcdonald's, and furthermore, that food is unhealthy for human consumption. read more

The machines are incredible and the service there is great. However, the mcnuggets have been lacking lately. Other than that it's a great place and I always go there. read more

The 9 mile location of McDonalds serves to be both the best, and the worst locations - due to its savage traffic, and fortunate placing of this location! Not enough McDonalds around this location to let service effect traffic here anyhow.... read more

Unfortunately, I eat McDonalds much more than I care to admit and frequent this location because it's the closest to my house. Today was the last straw in dealing with this sorry bunch. Went through the drive thru, placed my order and pulled up to pay. The only reason I knew my total was that I read the drive thru screen. The cashier said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to me, no words, no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Practically threw my change at me. Same thing with the clerk handing out the food. Almost got food dumped on me as she couldn't even make eye contact. No words at all. Like I got the dumbest, mutest Mcd's crew on the planet. I was pissed. Going to whomever claims to be the manager here is pointless. Fries were cold and chewy too. Going to speak up with my dollars and head a little further up the road from now on. This place sucks. read more

This is the worst mcdonalds ever. They always screw up my order, ALWAYS!, and the guy at the window was so rude and disrecpectful to me and my friend I will never go back there. read more

The customer service is lousy, the people who work here never smile and the drive-in is super slow.

Worst McD's ever been 2. Drive-thru extremely slow, went inside just as bad. Walked out. Fast food, don't think so. If U can't McD's right what's going on. Doesn't deserve one star. read more

I am done going there. Last (3) times in less than a month they say "Cash Only". Well I do not know about you but I always use my debit card. There is no sign so not only can't you buy anything you are stuck in the drive-thru. Once I can get over it but three times? read more

Came thru bout 3:20am or so today and had 2 seperate orders. Cash only apparently. Ordered a bacon smokehouse a couple pies and a small smoothie. The smoothie wasnt what i had in mind, but you were out of caramel for the frappes. The young girl taking my order was very sweet and patient, offered as many similar options as possible and gave descriptions of each drink leading me to the smoothie, one of her favorites and i can see why. She also gave me my food at the next window too. Should get more employees if that was needed. Overall a great place. Food was spot on read more

I cannot believe the people that work here. I literally had my order gven to me wrong twice even with a receipt I her hand. I think they need to raise the standards of the employees at this location, because it s pathetic. read more

The only reason I go here is the location. Employees are indifferent at best. Id say if you have the time then pass this one by.

Please STOP re dropping your chicken nuggets & your fries. I am never gonna go to this McDonald's location again because this is not the first time I had the worst chicken nuggets ever. Bullshit, I'm a loyal customer & did come to this store a lot. But I will not come here again. read more

Only 2 people never mess up my order and give me the correct amount of food. It's like everyone is high or maybe just plain slow and think the world is owed to them read more

I was at this location on January 17th from 3a.m to 3:15 approximately. I was told cash only which is fine but when I asked for a receipt he said no because they reboot the computers every night at that time? which was strange because I go to this location at this time a lot and I've never encountered that. I look at the computer screen behind him and it was not rebooting at all? Anyway he seemed kinda nervous about me asking questions and I just blew it off as no big deal. I get my food at the next window and head home. When I arrived home I noticed all of my food was hours old I ordered a mcchicken with cheese and the cheese was on the bottom which was very strange because I never gotten it like that and my single burger was literally rock hard. I have never seen a order being taken down with a pen and paper at a McDonald's lol. Anyway I'm not going to say they are reselling old food and pocketing the cash but hey if it sounds like a duck it must be a duck. Maybe the owner should check the times and camera if this sounds suspicious but regardless I waited five minutes for super stale old food. Lame. read more

Always a long wait at the drive through. Grubhub and Ubereats always require an extra 10-20 waits wait time. Good food, but always an extremely long wait! read more

Slow, no where to "pull around" while you wait. Lots of employees standing around. Is it really this slow for a fresh hamburger.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy waiting 15 minutes in drive thru (with no one in dining room) and rude service.....tell me again how you can support $15 an hour for this? read more

they do not answer phone calls. No silverware, jelly, butter, only napkins with my big breakfast this morning. Tsk Tsk...no pepper/salt either. Horrible drive thru window today. read more

Been going here since I moved to the area, and I gotta say, I'm not a fan. For starters, the place is pretty slow. Between a crappy parking lot, one drivethrough lane, mediocre workers, and constant traffic, everything seems to go by at a snail's pace. The employees seem to be half bad, half decent. For whatever reason, the worst ones are always on the drivethrough, so you get these monotonous people that barely talk above a whisper trying to take your order, which they often make you repeat completely. Meanwhile, the cooks take forever to get anything done, and I've never once heard someone apologize for my 20+ minute wait that happens on a night with even five people are in line. In the end, I'll give them two stars because they've been surprisingly accurate with my orders, and a couple employees have at least shown some general courtesy. Still, it's a pretty bad McDonald's, which sucks because the location is so convenient. read more

I cant say much but there alway food in my hair is wat it starting to seem like. Matter wise order hair mabey they will give me none hairy burgers. read more

My trip to this McDonald's always goes as planned. They never mess up my food, the line moves pretty quickly. Good experiences.

I have been inside this McDonald's location 5 times in my life. Without fail, every time I have paid a visit, a male employee approaches me in a flirtatious manner. Whether they are biting their lip and looking me up and down, or asking me weird questions about my tattoos - it's always incredibly awkward. I no longer patronize this business. Seriously, you guys need to have an ethics meeting and learn how to properly conduct yourselves at work. The last time I came in, I was literally completing my order at the automated kiosk, and a young man in a McDonald's uniform approached me and said "you look like you need some help" while licking his lip. No. I didn't look like I needed help. I was actually done. Also I'm not a moron. I know how to order a sandwich. read more

only mcdonalds around the area that has fast service, Hot food and friendly employees from my experiences

I try to give this McDonalds a chance every few months in hopes that they have new employees each time. LONGEST DRIVE THRU WAIT TIME OF ANY MCDONALDS EVER! Drive through staff is so rude! The tipping of the iceberg for me was the cold food I got. Fries were so cold and hard. Never again will I come back here. read more

this place was okay... until tonight. I ordered and had to wait in drive thru way longer than anyone should have to sit. The line wasn't moving...and for what? my food was awful. the bread was hard, there was a white hair in my burger and the fries were cold. Like wth did I just put into my mouth??? I called to complain and the guy that answered could give 2 damns. Don't do it! Hope the health board shut their asses down until they learn how to hire the right staff. read more

very nasty place the woman who is a manger on mornings has long hair and doesn't ware a hat I can just see having hair in your food the one guy who wraps your stuff has gloves on but rubs his nose touches his fore head grabs a broom and sweeps the floor doesn't ware a hat and he doesn't change his gloves that's just sick and why would I eat there when I was in the army we didn't do stuff like that and we were serveing more people than they do, I wonder if they even wash there hands read more

Went in today and actually had one employee with a nasty attitude follow me to make sure I was getting the free water I asked for from their ever so valuable pop machine. Then as I was leaving with an associate, I found I was being racially profiled by an employee as he stared angrily at me, cell phone in hand ready to call the cops. He thought by our dress and what we ordered (just some dollar burgers and fries) we must have been some thugs about to rob the place. He eyeballed me until we left the building and I was just shocked at what I was witnessing. Horrible service and will never go there again and for any black people who don't look like they work at a million dollar corporation...please stay away! The lady was little, old and looked like a dude and the boy looked mentally deficient and together they thought I was their worst nightmare. The joy of living in the good ole U.S.A..
